The last 19 seconds. We are up 52. The nasdaq up 223. So heres the situation. We are indeed about to get an update from the president s physician on the president s condition and breaking news of the timing of his discharge. We will take you straight to Walter Reed Army Medical Center as soon as the briefing begins. We are told 3 00 p. M. Eastern. Its right now, 3 00 p. M. Eastern. We are watching it. Little moving target but we have the cameras set up. The testing storm that whipped through the white house since the president tested positive last friday is shining a bright light on xpresspa at this hour. Tomorrow it will roll out its Rapid Testing site at jfk in new york. Diagnosis in five minutes for anybody at the airport now, passengers, workers and first responders. Ahead of that, you are about to get an exclusive first look, the walkaround at the brand new Testing Center from the ceo who is there on site. A full 24 hours before they open. And the latest entrant in the electric vehicle wars joins countdown. It just went public. The ceo is here. Hes the youngest ceo of a publicly traded company. Hes live from the New York Stock Exchange on how he plans to win in a rapidly growing field race. First, i want to get you straight to the breaking news that hit the tape about 14 minutes ago. Of course, its the president tweeting quote, i will be leaving the great Walter Reed Army Medical Center today at 6 30 p. M. Feeling really good. He goes on to say quote, dont be afraid of covid, dont let it dominate your life. I feel better than i did 20 years ago. Now, the backdrop for the update we are waiting on from his physician is the news that the white house covid outbreak has just sprouted another head here again. This after press secretary Kayleigh Mcenany became the latest white house staffer to announce she has tested positive for covid. Lets go live to edward lawrence, who is at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in bethesda, maryland. We are waiting on the doctors so if i interrupt you, i apologize. Give us what you can tell us. Reporter right now, as you know, doctors are coming out. The president in three and a half hours will be leaving, walking out of Walter Reed National Naval Medical hospital here, going back to the white house. There is a unit at the white house where he can get care there. You mentioned press secretary Kayleigh Mcenany, two of her aides also tested positive for the coronavirus. Its spreading throughout the west wing, that it seems theres a number of folks who have it now. You can see them on your screen there. The spokesperson for the white house who is left there now saying they are following cdc guidelines. Listen. Weve been in the pandemic now for many months. We know what to do when someone gets sick as we reassess, has anybody been in close contact, do they need to get another test, do they need to work remotely. Reporter President Trump giv g getting the latest treatments at walter reed and among those treatments, you can see on your screen, supplemental oxygen hes received over the course of his stay, the regeneron cocktail remdesivir. Dexamethasone. A lot of support for the president. You may be able to hear the honking behind me, spectators, friends of the president , supporters, waving the flag. They want to get one last glimpse of him as he comes out of the hospital after the doctors here give their briefing. Back to you. Liz important to note we just showed the chart there. Regeneron spiking 8 . I do think its important to point out because we are hearing people within the white house saying that it is important to say that of course, the president was able to get some of this cocktail that was done by regeneron. Not everybody can get that. Certainly, it appears at the moment that it is indeed working. Regeneron standing at 609. 37. Big spike today. Let me get to this other piece of the market party here. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and treasury secretary Steven Mnuchin spoke via phone just a few hours ago on a Coronavirus Relief package. This is what we have been waiting for, which included justifications for, this is how we understand it, various numbers. The two plan on speaking again tomorrow but we do understand that there will be paperwork exchanged between the two later today. That from our fox business washington, d. C. Bureau. But this wall street rally is very much focusing on the ongoing stimulus talks which appears to be helping the markets, since the start of the week with a very nice rally recovering part of last fridays selloff or at least at the moment, all of last fridays selloff. But it is not just stimulus talks. As we mentioned, President Trump apparently on the mend but any moment now, we do expect to hear from his physician. We are waiting to hear about his discharge. Also, indications that jay powell will tackle the economy in a speech tomorrow. The Federal Reserve chair has consistently said yes, the fed is there no matter what is needed but he would very much like to see fiscal response from congress, i. E. , lets get the stimulus package ready. Thats what hes trying to say. But lets talk quickly about this stimulus deal with our floor show traders. Lets bring in jpmorgan chief global strategist david kelly. David, the question becomes will this light a fire under stimulus talks to get something done sooner rather than later . We are still waiting but now that the president and a whole host of people from the white house have tested positive, what are you hearing, what do you expect . I think it adds further urgency to it because what it says is we are not past this pandemic. We like to say we turned the corner here but we really are not there yet. This economy does need further support. We are going to get a very strong Third Quarter bounce but we have only regained half the jobs we lost in the pandemic, so what we need to do is help the economy through the winter months until we get a vaccine. It does give impetus to the talks on both sides but theres still a lot of politics here. I do think we will get i hope we get an agreement in the next few days. The economy needs it. But if not, i think we will get one very shortly after the election and another one early next year, because we are really going to need that support until the middle of next year, probably, even in an optimistic scenario because it will take us that long to crush this pandemic and until we crush the pandemic, this economy is not healthy. Liz well, it isnt. Nothing like experiencing something horrific firsthand to look at it through perhaps a different prism and maybe the president is on the phone constantly with Steven Mnuchin, treasury secretary, saying lets quickly get something done. But let me just shift here to what september was. September was a bit of a difficult month. October, we are several days into it and we begin to ask which sectors might start to look like real opportunities here, david. What do you see . Well, i think we have to take a bit of a pause here. If you look at the pace of job gains, we were about 651,000 job gains in september. My models are telling me Something Like 200,000 job gains in october. We are going to lose on the krens s census workers. There are opportunities here. But the market is pretty high but the economy has miles to go before we sleep here. Miles to go before the economy is recovered. I think there will be particularly in the cyclical sectors, if we get stimulus, i think that helps. But overall, i think people should temper their enthusiasm here because we really do need to get the pandemic under control before this economy is going to be healthy. Liz well, let me tell you what i saw. I just was in los angeles visiting my mom for her 90th birthday. Happy birthday, mom. But one of the things that struck me was that i was walking down the street, now, this was an area, this was south Beverly Drive in beverly hills, hottest area a year ago where the leases im sure were through the roof. I started to take some video because it truly was depressing. Almost every storefront, we can show you some of this, was store will d storefront after storefront either empty or showing for lease. You could come to madison avenue or anywhere usa, gary, indiana, columbus, ohio, and you may very well see the same thing. What are you looking at when it comes to commercial real estate and are they, excuse my thumb as i was shooting that video, but are they going to come hat in hand and try and get some type of bailout . Well, i mean, it is heartbreaking because yes, on the commercial real estate issue, but there are so many businesses people put their lives work into building the business and now its shut down by the pandemic. We talk about supporting workers through this. We need to do that. But we need to support Small Business owners through this also. That of course will ripple through the commercial real estate sector. I think there probably will be some aid, certainly before next spring, i think we will see some aid for this problem once the political season has is behind us, but yes, we need to see that. I think ultimately, we also need to think about how can we make it easier for bricks and mortar retail, at least to compete on a level Playing Field with online because i think there are big issues on sales tax and other taxes which make it difficult for bricks and mortar retailers. I think there is obviously something very nice about the interaction of people and retailers and thriving cities. We want to foster that. These retailers are in trouble and these businesses are in trouble and we need to, you know, protect them through this pandemic so that they are healthier or are able to get going again when we get on the other side of this. Its a real problem. Liz well, yeah, although you look at the headline numbers right now, weve got Dow Jones Industrials up 430 points. Quite a rally. One last question, as we await the president s physicians. We understand that they are at this moment gathering. David, do you see an opportunity where people should be rotating out of one thing and into another . We keep hearing about rotating out of big tech and into value stocks, yet these markets continue to go higher. Quickly, because the president s physicians are assembling. Well, yes. I think International Equities and not the megacap Growth Stocks so much as middle of the road stocks. Theres a lot of value within the market, just not in the best known names there. I think people should think past the pandemic to where we will six months or particularly a year or two from now. Liz got you. David kelly, jpmorgan. Lets listen into the trump physician, sean conley. Then we plan to get him home. Its been more than 72 hours since his last fever. Oxygen levels, including ambulatory saturation and his work of breathing are all normal. Though he may not entirely be out of the woods yet, the team and i agree that all our evaluations and most importantly, his clinical status support the president s safe return home, where he will be surrounded by world class medical care 24 7. I would like to bring dr. Dooley up to review more specifics. Good afternoon. Just a brief update. This morning, as dr. Conley mentioned, the president continues to do very well. His vital signs this morning were notable for a temperature of 98. 1, his Blood Pressure was 134 78. Respiratory rate of 17, respirations per minute, his heart rate was 68 beats per minute and his last oxyhemoglobin saturation was 98 on room air. He does not endure any respiratory complaints. Aside from our evaluation with the multidisciplinary team, has maintained a full schedule, ambulating and working on the white house medical unit. I will turn it over to dr. Garabaldi to discuss therapeutics. Good afternoon. I just wanted to echo the sentiment of what an honor it is to be part of this Wonderful Team here at walter reed. Yesterday evening, the president received his third dose of remdesivir. He tolerated that infusion without difficulty and his kidney and liver function continue to be normal. Our plan is to give the fourth dose of remdesivir this evening before he goes back to the white house and we have made arrangements to deliver the fifth and final dose of his treatment course at the white house tomorrow evening. He continues on dexamethasone and the plan for today is continue to be up and out of bed, eat and drink and work as he is able. I would like to turn it over to dr. Jason blalock, an Infectious Disease specialist and chief of medicine here to give us updates on Infection Control. Thank you. Good afternoon, everyone. First of all, i just want to say what an honor its been to be part of this medical team behind me and to care for the president. Since the president s arrival at walter reed, hes received medical management that remains in line with national clinical, societal guidelines for treatment of covid19 infection. In addition, both myself and dr. Campbell have worked very closely with various laboratories in the area, state of the art facilities, to include rare on obtaining advanced diagnostic testing to really inform the White House Medical Team of both the status of the president as well as his ability to transmit virus to others. Also, we have worked very closely with the walter reed team to ensure that we are looking very closely at Infection Control Prevention Strategies and the right posture so that the president can safely return to his residence. With that, im going to turn it over to dr. Conley, who will answer any final questions. I mentioned it saturday but i would like to reiterate myself how grateful the president and i are to the men and women of walter reed, our colleagues at Johns Hopkins as well as the many federal, private institutions we have received support from. So long as everything continues on the track that were experiencing right now, this time, the president already tweeted out, get him home later today. With that i will take a couple questions. Reporter discharge back to the white house when he was getting steroids and is still on those steroids, medicines that are usually given to Covid Patients who are on ventilators or with low oxygen, so did you overtreat him and if hes still on that medication, how is it safe for him to return to the white house . We send patients home with medications all the time. In fact, yesterday afternoon he probably met most of his discharge requirements safely from the hospital and hes returning to a facility, the white house medical unit thats staffed 24 7, topnotch physicians, nurses, pas, and the unit here, the team here behind me is going to continue to support us in that nature. Reporter what wider Infection Control measures are you taking and how was it safe for him to drive around in a cloth mask yesterday and how is it safe for him now to return to the white house where there have been so many cases . How is any of this safe . So the president has been surrounded by medical and security staff for days wearing full ppe and yesterday, the u. S. Secret Service Agents were in that same level of ppe for a very short period of time. We have worked with our Infectious Disease experts to make some recommendations for how to keep everything safe down at the white house for the president and those around him. Were looking at where hes going to be able to carry out his duties. Office space and ill just say that its in line with everything weve been doing upstairs for the last several days. Reporter sir, can you tell us please on testing, will you tell us when he had his last negative test . Was it thursday, was it wednesday . Do you remember when he had his last negative test . I dont want to go backwards. Reporter for Contact Tracing for people who were around him i understand. The Contact Tracing as i understand it is being done. Im not involved with that. Reporter or was this somebody he pushed for . We try to get patients home and out of the hospital as quickly as is safe and reasonable. Every day a patient stays in the hospital unnecessarily is a risk to themselves and right now, theres nothing thats being done upstairs here that we cant safely conduct down home. Reporter you said 7 to 10 days was a window you would be concerned about. I dont think we are there yet. So do you have concerns about potential worsening or reversal and what are your plans for addressing that if it were to happen . You are absolutely right. Thats why we all remain cautiously optimistic and on guard, because we are in a bit of uncharted territory when it comes to a patient that received the therapies he has so early in the course. So were looking to this weekend. If we can get through to monday, with him remaining the same or improving, better yet, then we will all take that final deep sigh of relief. But as i said, 24 7, world class medical care, surrounding him down there. We are not going to miss anything that we would have caught up here. Reporter physically going to be in the white house and what does that look like . How do you keep him safely quarantined . I wish i could go into that more but i just cant. Reporter dexamethasone treatment . That has something yesterday we talked about that, several little temporary drops in his oxygen and we had discussed that as a team, and elected to start it early in case that persisted or worsened. The potential risks and side effects, we all discussed. We looked at the data and decided that we would rather, you know, push ahead on it than hold and risk the opposite. Reporter what about campaigning . As far as travel goes, well see. Reporter can you talk about whether he has any neurological symptoms . Does he have any side effects from his medication, any fogginess from the virus . No. I think youve seen the videos and now the tweets and you will see him shortly, you know. Hes back. Yeah. Reporter what about pneumonia or any inflammation in his lungs at all . We have done routine standard imaging. Im just not at liberty to discuss. Reporter you are actively not telling us what those lung scans show, just to be clear . There are hipaa rules and regulations that restrict me in sharing certain things for his safety and his own health and reasons. Reporter how many times, you said his oxygen dropped several times. Can you share how many times he was on oxygen . So two episodes like we talked about yesterday, and both times did he receive a little bit of oxygen and recovered immediately. Reporter [ inaudible ]. No. It wasnt required. He wasnt short of breath. He wasnt looking ill. It was more of us trying to anticipate needs and see how he would respond and in both cases, he came right off. He didnt need it for very long at all. Reporter you were aboard air force one for multiple trips. Are you at all concerned about your own exposure and exposure to the medical team . I am concerned but as the cdc says, there are caveats for essential employees that as long as you continue to test negative, you remain symptomfree, and you keep a mask on when youre out and about which we do, inside the hospital 24 7, then you can carry on your duties. Reporter the president is an impatient man. Has he been itching to get out of here . The president has been a phenomenal patient during his stay here and hes been working hand in glove with us and the team, and today it got to the point hes Holding Court with those of us around him, the whole team, going over all the specifics, the testing, what the future is, and we have been back and forth on whats safe and whats reasonable and he has never once pushed us to do anything that was beyond safe and reasonable practice that we all reporter on the medical team who recommended against the president leaving here and going back to the white house today . No. Reporter the president said dont be afraid of covid. Do you agree with that . Should we not be afraid . Im not going to get into what the president says. Reporter his heart, liver and kidney function was normal or improving. Improving, does that mean there were effects and is it all normal . Whats up with that . Its all normal right now. I would say he appears to be a little he hidehydrated friday. He was able to just drink and recover from that. Yeah. Everything looks great. Reporter [ inaudible ] campaigning out in the country . What sort of things the first thing we need to do is there is no evidence of live virus still present, that he could possibly transmit to others. Thats what the Infectious Disease experts and some of our partners, military and civilian entities doing advanced diagnostics just to see, as soon as we can identify that, routinely, we talk about a tenday window. Cdc guidelines. But we are checking him more routinely than just waiting ten days. Theres a possibility its earlier than that. Theres a chance that its a little bit later. But we will know as soon as possible and then we will look at him clinically. How are you feeling, how are you doing. Reporter why have you decided not to administer hydroxy chloroquine to the president during his time here . Im not going to go into all of our debates about specific medicines and therapies. There are dozens of therapies that we were made aware of that we considered that we discussed and debated and looked at existing literature on. This is the regimen we chose. Reporter is he having some of the muscle aches, has he lost his sense of taste and smell . No. We were just talking about that. What symptoms he has left. Even the slight cough he used to have, he doesnt really complain of at all. He hasnt ever complained of muscle aches and yeah. Hes up and back to his old self predominantly. Reporter just to be clear, how long will he still be actively shedding the virus . So this morning, i believe there was even an accounting by dr. Fauci referencing a fiveday, the first five days of illness that people are most likely to shed live virus. Theres a reason theres the ten days is because most people by that time after seven days, most folks dont have culturable live virus. They put it to ten just to give some extra space. Its never 100 between everybody. So we will see. I cant im not going to put a specific number, but we look at that, that window. Reporter will he be confined to his residence or will he be allowed to return to the oval office . We will do whatever it takes for the president to safely conduct business, wherever it is he needs to do within the residence and white house. Reporter if you are on blood thinners and also, has he been have you been giving him tylenol, advil . I would like to say, he has not been on any fever reducing medications for over 72 hours. Reporter what about the cholesterol . Hopeses on a routine regime covid therapy. Im not going to go into specifics of what he is and is not on. Reporter that the president had a mild cough, some nasal congestion and fatigue on thursday. Back to my colleagues question, the words you said and also for the Contact Tracing, would you recommend that given those symptoms that he go, the president go to that bedminster fundraiser . Its not up to me necessarily. The president s schedule. But i would say it wasnt until after he returned that we really sat down, then knowing the news of the day that we really dove into how are you feeling, whats going on. Reporter the symptoms he was experiencing on thursday . Im not going to get into operations. Reporter when was his last negative test and what was his viral load . Everyone wants that. I dont have his viral load. Those are some of the diagnostics that we are sending out that would really tell us when its safe for him to get back out and around people. Reporter any abnormal tests, any lab tests that were abnormal . Hipaa kind of precludes me from going into too much depth at things im not at liberty that wish to be discussed. At some future point, maybe. But today, sorry. I think thats it. Thank you. Liz dr. Sean conley has made the announcement the president will go home at some point today. In fact, let me quote a couple of things that he said. He said the president has taken a couple of medications and a couple of therapies, the regeneron cocktail, but has also had a third dose of remdesivir. That of course is the experimental nucleotide antiviral therapy made by gilead. He will get one before he leaves and another at the white house. That would be for a total of five doses. Again, the experimental remdesivir. He also said the president was tweeted with something called, as you heard before, dexamethasone. That of course is the corticosteroidal drug that decreases the risk of dying for very ill hospitalized covid19 patients. He was very clear to say the patient is doing quite well and the markets like that news. We are at session highs, a gain of 473 points for the Dow Jones Industrials, followed by the s p and the nasdaq. He did default talking about the lung imaging and whether or not the president showed any congestion within his lungs. He said he was not at liberty to discuss the lung imaging of the president but he did say no fever reducing drugs right now in the past 72 hours so no tylenol and that is pretty much the important stuff, including the oxygen levels. Just so you guys know, when you use one of these pulseoximeters to get a normal reading should be 90 or above, and the president is well above 90. And therefore, they feel that while he isnt entirely out of the woods yet, they support him going to as we mentioned, back to the white house. That should happen sometime this afternoon. Heres the s p 500, a gain of 60 points and we have seen quite a rally in hospital stocks and of course, gilead, regeneron which makes the cocktail, and so when you look at all of this coming together, it does indeed appear that the president has had just about the whole kitchen sink thrown at his covid19 diagnosis and it has apparently, according to his doctors, worked. Therefore, he will be released in a minute but weve got so much more ahead. Youve got to stay with me. With the closing bell ringing in 31 minutes, the company that flipped the script on its business plan. Yes, the foot spa in airports across the nation turned coronavirus Testing Center is about to give you an exclusive walkthrough, a sneak peek at its new Rapid Testing site at jfk airport. Liz all right. With the breaking news that the president is expected to leave sometime today and go back to the white house from the hospital, this focuses on testing because as you know, there has been a testing storm trying to Contact Trace everything that has happened at the white house since last week. Now, over the course of this pandemic, the coronavirus has hammered not just the white house but the nation. Specifically, the travel sector. With the Transportation Security Administration reporting daily passengers being down more than 50 . Well off the lows, though. As Airlines Hope for more stimulus, the company thats looking to increase airport foot traffic by completely pivoting its business and offering rapid covid19 tests is xpresspa. They have more than 50 locations and during the pandemic, talking early march, they looked at themselves and said wait a minute, we cant offer manicures and massages, nobody is coming on. To survive, we have to pivot. They figured out how to transform their operations to covid19 Testing Centers. This of course takes a lot of time and a lot of regulation. But tomorrow, equipment will arrive that will allow xpress check this week to debut its abbott id now tests which show positive results in five minutes, negative results in as little as 13 minutes, and this service might be on its way to an airport near you sooner than you think. The ceo doug sassman in a fox business exclusive has agreed to give us an exclusive look live from terminal 4 at john f. Kennedy airport in queens. Thank you for joining us. Tell us exactly what will happen if i am a passenger arriving from any country in the world, what they will see when they pass your location at this terminal. Well, thank you, liz, for having me back. Welcome to jfk terminal 4. Pretend you just arrived from paris and you want to see your health. I will take you for a tour. First you come to our unit here and you will see theres a place to queue. People can either get an appointment or they can do walkup. They would first come here. Theres no waiting room. They get their temperature taken, then they register. We come through, we take you back to one of our rooms. Here, you come and sit in one of our chairs and we take our vitals, you get a visit from a doctor, or nurse practitioner, and one of our medical technicians would come treat you or take a sample. Then you will come back to our lab. Back here is where we either send our lab work to outside labs but with the new rapid test coming this week, we will be doing testing here on site. Heres our lab setup. Here is where we are setting up with our abbott id now analyzers. Test kits are coming this week and we will be starting by midweek. Liz by midweek. Okay. It was supposed to start tomorrow. But in the last hour or so, you found out that your delivery was going to come tomorrow so you will kick off wednesday. Thats the breaking news. The abbott id now, this is the molecular point of care isothermal Testing Technology so within five minutes, you can get the positive diagnosis . Yes. You will get a positive diagnosis as soon as five minutes after the test is started by our technician. Hopefully, you are hoping it takes a little longer than that. It will take under 15 minutes to get the results. We then input it to your medical file and you can access it on a hipaa compliance portal that you can show your employer or the destination where you are going or just have it for your own medical records. Liz im thinking beyond this and beyond the airports where you say you will expand after jfk is rolled out for passengers, because up until now, you have been testing it with ifirst responders and airport workers. We can just look anywhere usa but lets look down sixth avenue which is lined in manhattan with skyscrapers. Do you envision at any point going beyond just gates at an airport to lobbies, for example, in skyscrapers where 10,000 people work in any given building and perhaps scale up that way . Is that sort of as you look forward, having been at starbucks for many years, expanding into europe, you know how to open these things pretty quickly. Yeah. My background and my nature is opening on the high street, opening hundreds and hundreds and even thousands a year, not only in the u. S. But internationally. But right now, the greatest need is in the airports and there is so much ahead. We have a full pipeline of airports we are coming to. This Rapid Testing is particularly important. But another thing thats emerging are the bridge cities where you can have a safe bridge between city to city. We are working with several airlines, for example, from newark to london. That will be a big game changer when that comes available. Our focus right now is with the airport but phase two could be outside of airports which is where a lot of my background came out of. Liz okay. We do want to let people know what you are seeing now with the swab is the test you will be giving. One quick last question, the last time you were on and shortly thereafter, late august, you guys put out a direct stock and warranty offering about 35 million and some of your shareholders were not thrilled because it diluted the stock. Do you expect to do any more of those direct listings in the future or near future at least . We dont have any plans in the near future and after i held my shareholder meeting, i was asked a question and an opportunity had come up where we were presented with something important to help our Balance Sheet and fund future expansion thats coming up. We do have to be careful on how much we announce ahead of time. Im pretty conservative when contracts come but we are lobbying the federal government for the next stimulus package. We have been in mnuchins office and Nancy Pelosis office as well as mcconnells office to urge stimulus funding for airports in the next package because this is super important to getting our economy back, our front line workers safe and airlines back to being profitable. Liz i understand. Well, youve got a brilliant setup there. I wish it had been at newark yesterday for passengers when i flew back in from lax. I had to go to an urgent care place in new jersey which is fine. Good work you are all doing. Thank you so much. Next time we will take care of you at newark or jfk and a number of other airports coming up. Thanks a lot. Bye. Liz great. Just love those swabs jammed up my nose. Doug satzman, xpresspa ceo. You got an exclusive first look at what any passenger who arrives there can get, an immediate test right there, positive results, five minutes. All right. We are near session highs. Of course, much of this is driven by the fact that we are waiting on stimulus that appears to be at least a few steps closer, and the fact that the president is doing well and will be able to leave the hospital and go back to the white house. Right now, the s p is up 58. We do have the nasdaq better by 245. Let us get to this. The electric vehicle wars just got a brand new participant. Electric power train maker hyllion, the new company has just gone public. The ceo thomas healy rang the bell for the New York Stock Exchange this morning. Lots of green there because this is a green company. Now, the stock is down since debuting on the nyse friday. Based on its spac, special purpose acquisition company, which is called tortoise, the last Closing Price at the moment we are looking at it at 38. 65. What specifically do they do thats different . They make electric power trains for trucks, semis, 18wheelers. Its a competitor to companies in a way like nikola and tesla but unlike them, hyliion makes power trains that can be retro dlt f retrofitted on to existing trucks. That makes it easier to scale up, according to a company. Its announced a deal with Grocery Store chain wegmans to retrofit a bunch of their trucks. The ceo joins us live from the New York Stock Exchange. Thomas, first of all, congratulations. I know friday, you guys actually started trading but this is your first full day. Im not a negative person and i know how these things go. The first day usually means nothing. But if the market is a big voting machine, it may be voting that this space appears to be at least in the near term a little crowded. What would you say to that . I think were at a point right now where there are a lot of electrification technologies coming forward but only a couple of us focused on the commercial vehicle space here. You have ourselves, you have nikola and you have tesla. As we look at long haul trucks like the one behind me, its really only the three of us delivering solutions for this market. We are the only ones that actually have technology deployed out on the road already. Liz i want to show the one behind you. If we can take the live shot of you right now and your tie matches the truck perfectly. Got that acid green. I like it. Tell me exactly how much it costs to retrofit one of these trucks, if thats already existing because i would think thats very costeffective for a company that doesnt have the capital to buy 10, 15 or even one brand new truck. So we have two different products we are bringing to market. The first is our hybrid electric system which, when you are installing that on a new truck, really is only about a 15,000 adder on top of the cost of a base vehicle. Then we also have our hypertruck erx, a fully electric drive truck but as opposed to plugging into the grid to get recharged, we actually refuel the vehicle with renewable natural gas and that recharges the batteries as youre driving. That system is about 100,000 power train. But the great thing with that is that system can save you about 30 over the life of the vehicle on operating expenses which for fleets, thats what matters to them. Its about getting goods from point a to point b and doing it as cheap as possible. Liz thomas, im interested about the government incentives that are here and there and we know at least with this administration that while some of them have been renewed, others are in danger of being just eliminated. So have you modeled for zero incentives when it comes to retrofitting these trucks and if so, what does that look like . So we actually have modeled for zero incentives. Everything i just mentioned is with no government subsidies behind it, and thats one of the things that really differentiates us from when you look at nikolas Hydrogen Fuel cell technology, teslas fully electric battery truck technology, and ours is that we are able to save money without government help or incentives. Thats what really drives fleets toward our solutions. Liz you know what i would love . I would love to have you back as we continue to watch the progress of this company, because its a Fascinating Development and we wish you the best of luck. I know that penski ordered a truck. You have a bunch of other companies, including agility, 1,000 trucks they ordered . 100 . Tell me how many. Agility Global Logistics came in with a 1,000 truck preorder for our hyper truck technology. Liz wow. Okay. I was going to say, do i have that wrong . Well, thats a great first start. Thank you, thomas. Thomas healy, the youngest ceo of a publicly traded company. Congratulations. Thanks for having us on. Liz good stuff. Thank you so much. Closing bell ringing in 13 minutes. Yes, we do have a very bright acid green rally on our hands, up 443 points for the Dow Jones Industrials. Up next, airbnb. Yeah, when is that thing going public . Its inching closer to its eagerly awaited ipo. Putting a new dollar figure on its flight to unicorn status. The details, straight ahead. And the man who digitized the mortgage process which can be a total migraine headache. He helped dish out 3 billion in loans this month alone, and guess what . You never have to look at a banker. Its all online at better. Com. The founder and ceo shares his journey of building a Digital Mortgage company which locks in rates in fewer than 15 minutes and helps americans from all walks of life secure the home of their dreams. Then you dont have to sit if front of a banker. Its all on everyone talks to liz. We are more than 100, i think. We are killing it. You got to listen to these inspirational American Dream stories. You are looking to buy a home, refi as well, tune in today on spotify, apple, and alexa. Well be right back. I had saved up some money and then found the home of my dreams. But my home of my dreams needed some work sofi was the first lender that even offered a personal loan. I didnt even know that was an option. The personal loan let us renovate our Single Family house into a multiunit home. And i get to live in this Beautiful House with this beautiful kitchen and its all thanks to sofi. Liz all right. Im just checking stocks. What a move we have made, just since the top of the hour. When we started, the Dow Jones Industrials high of the session was certainly below this. We are at 452. We had been up 404 for the high of the session. S p is better by 58. Nice 2. 25 move, biggest one when you are looking at the major indices, biggest percentage jump, up 251 points. Closing bell ringing in about eight minutes. As we continue, we are looking specifically at airbnb. Reportedly, it is working on its holiday ipo wish list. Sources telling reuters that the shortterm home rental site is hoping to raise 3 billion. Okay, thats a lot when youre doing an initial public offering. Its targeting december for its market debut. Little christmas happiness there. Sources adding that the companys value could be upwards of 30 billion, depending on market conditions. Again, market conditions, its sort of a you never know type of situation. But we have seen companies on a very tough market day like unity technology, the Gaming Software company, they did extraordinarily well on a tough market day. The travel unicorn is set to potentially round out this years ipo parade from warner music to snowflake, yes, to palantir. Palantir, by the way, in the red at the moment. Its down just about 2 . But look at snowflake, up more than 4 into the close. Almost 5 there, to 238. 32. For the cloud warehousing company. Contact tracers, lets get to that, right now zeroing in on the source of the covid outbreak at the white house. Let us go live to charlie gasparino, who is fresh off the phones talking about this, getting some source information. What can you tell us, charlie . Charlie liz, this is fascinating. The conventional wisdom is that President Trump may have contracted the covid virus at the Amy Coney Barrett White House Briefing on the 26th or maybe an event before that, just before that on september 25th. But heres the latest that a lot of people inside the white house and talking to gop advisers, that they are talking to us, when they think the president may have come in contact with it is on september 24th, he attended a Health Care Event in North Carolina. He met with, interacted with doctors who were actively treating Covid Patients at that event. So a lot of people are talking about that may have been ground zero for President Trumps covid infection. Obviously some people talk about it was hope hicks who first came down with it, one of his advisers, but that is an alternative theory out there, and obviously, when you get those alternative theories, people are looking for Contact Tracing, you know, that basically expands the Contact Tracing net even wider. So thats a new date. I have not heard that before. September 24th at a Health Care Event in North Carolina and you know, it kind of matches up, if you think about it. Its a sevenday period where you can show symptoms and if you take seven days after that, thats kind of when he started showing symptoms and he was obviously admitted to the hospital i believe he tested poe they announced on friday, last friday. So, again that is about seven days between the two. Liz well go ahead. Liz about seven, eight, i would think, yeah, because if youre going september 23rd and you count all the way to that, that is interesting. But doing genetic testing, charlie . Trying to trace who may have given it to him . That is a knew date at this conference that people are talking about. So obviously the net, if that is true is getting wider. A couple things i want to talk about here. Number one, if the, again, this is coming from people that interact with the white house. Lets just hope this the virus spread stops here. As you know Kayleigh Mcenany tested positive today. There are a few other people recently tested positive. If it stops today, you know, and president keeps improving over the next 10 days, it is probably business as usual but there are scenarios where if more people get infected it, could really shut doesnt white house. I mean there is, that is more than a theoretical possibility that the white house, you know, sort of moves off site so to speak. That they dont have, conduct the official business from the west wing that, it is somehow the president is there but may need many of his advisors arent and they are in a quarantine. That is talked about i will tell you at senior levels from gop advisors that deal with the white house. Again if this continues to spread and we have, you know, kayleigh is the latest one. We dont know if it is beyond that today. But if that does continue to spread, that has been spoken about. One other thing, liz, markets are going up on talks of stimulus. Our sources are still doubtful at this moment. Mnuchin might be talking. Pelosi might be talking, talking together. You have to get the gop senators sitting there saying you know what . There is not a lot of money left. We have a 4 trilliondollar budget deficit. You need Mitch Mcconnell on board. It will be a uphill battle getting those gop senators. That is the deciding factor. Back to you. Liz okay. Thank you, our viewers have heard from jpmorgans david kelly earlier he does not expect a big stimulus package that is coming. Charlie, thank thank you. Let us go to t3 trading scott redler we have two minutes left. Your favorites, amazon, apple. Tackle apple first if you think its a good buy right now . I think right here over 15 off the highs, put history inside, apple 15 of off the highs you tend to do very well. We need to simplify it f you go with apple, dont have exposure to it as an investor. You have a dividend, buyback, you have potential for 5g cycle. You had a stimulus package, that will benefit with them new iphones for apple. Technically it is great, eight to 21 days. Right here is a good spot to dip your toe in. If not a few toes. Liz give me the big toe for amazon . Amazon isnt easy to trade, barrier of entry is. 10 off highs what amazon is. They will get a boost if we get a stimulus package, we should at some point preelection or maybe december, if we get a new group in the white house. Theyre firing on all cylinders there is small chance that they have a stock split because other stocks have split. One is trading here at 3200. I think it can make alltime highs. In a period of very complicated headlines even if you dont do phenomenal next month or two i think you will do well, if the market takes a turn and over time they tend to work out for you. [closing bell rings] liz especially when youre at the helm explaining to us, scott redler well put those on facebook. Com lizclaman. Much more news after the bell. Stay tuned. Connell were kicking off the week with gains on wall street. You look at all three major averages and they do end the day firmly in positive territory. Were around the highs at the close.
