And i appreciate all the good words. Lou well, last nights debate was tense and often times rough and tumble. President trump showed americans once again he is a fighter. The president offering razorsharp criticism of biden. He challenged biden on law and order, questioned his support among the Bernie Sanders radical left and, of course, his son hunters corrupt dealings overseas. China ate your lunch, joe, and no wonder. Your son goes in, and he takes out, he takes out billions of dollars no. Takes out billions of dollars to manage, he makes millions of dollars simply not true. Why is it, just out of curiousty, the mayor of moscows wife gave your son 3. 5 million. What did he do to deserve it . You cant even say the words law and order. Why dont you say the words Law Enforcement . No, i dont support the green new deal. You dont . Oh, thats a big statement. I said i support the biden plan. Let me just tell you, joe, ive done more in 47 months, ive done more than youve done in 47 years, joe. Lou throughout that debate, joe biden continuously rolled his eyes, he made strange faces and was often scoffing at President Trumps remarks. His mannerisms of exasperation were reminiscent of a fellow by the name of al gore back in 2000. Those president ial debates against former president george w. Bush. Biden claims hell restore, by the way, civility and decency, but his conduct last night was hardly exemplary as he hurled disrespectful insuggests and insults and calling the president of the United States names. Last nights debate, the second highest rated in history and of those who watched, many said the president won according to some of the instant polls mostly hispanic viewers of telemundo preferred President Trumps performance, giving him a 66 approval rating, biden only 34 . A wgn news nation poll found 61 of viewers saying President Trump won, only 33 thought biden did. Cspan viewers voted 53 in favor of President Trump, 29 for joe biden. Other news outlets that did do some form of polling favored at least slightly biden but, of course, they are not reliable. The Washington Post said the only reliable polls are the ones that show biden winning. We disagree, of course. Fired fbi director james comey today testified before the Senate Judiciary committee. Comey answered questions about the fbis corrupt efforts to bring down President Trump. Throughout the questioning, comey appeared hell bent on shedding any responsibility for using the phony steele dossier as a predicate to lie to the fisa court and thereby spy on the trump campaign. Chairman senator Lindsey Graham and other republicans grew increasingly agitated throughout the comey hearing as comey appeared to forget about most of his time as the leader of the fbi. I dont remember. I only know what ive read in the public record. I dont know specifically. I dont know the answer. Well finish. I dont remember learning anything additional about steeles sources. Not that i recall, no. I dont recall being informed of that. I dont remember being told anything like that. I dont remember anything about interviews of the subsource. Youve got a letter now from ratcliffe saying that there was they intercepted information about an effort in july where Hillary Clinton approved an effort to link trump to russia, the mob. Did you have an investigation look and see whether that was true . I cant answer that. Ive read mr. Ratcliffes letter which, frankly, i have trouble understanding. So what kind of system do we have . We look at all things trump all the time, and when we get exculpatory evidence, we keep looking. When were told its not reliable, we keep using it. And when theres suggestions that the other side may be up to no good, we just ignore it. Lou our first guest tonight also questioning the fired fbi director whose mental impairment was on surprising display today. Joining us now is senator marsha blackburn. You know, when there is an Oval Office Meeting that takes place on january 5th and he cant recall who put the meeting together and who issued the invitation to him, really . Lou, i asked him if we were going to find his books in fiction or nonfiction. Its amazing, he can remember nothing that were asking hum, but he remembers enough to write these books. Our next guest has been uncovering the Critical Race Theory training within the federal government, and it is pervasive. President trump signed an executive order to stop it recently and followed that with another executive action. Joining us tonight is christopher rufo, filmmaker, discovery institute, a think tank, and he has been at the forefront of the revelations that the country is coming to terms with right now. Christopher, good to have you with us. Did you notice the reference in the debate to sensitivity training rather than critical a race theory training . Absolutely. Its really a form of psychological manipulation. Its abuse of language. This isnt Racial Sensitivity Training. I think everyone could support something which teaches you to treat other people as equals, no matter their racial background. This is something very different. Its an academic theory called Critical Race Theory, and it advocates, in short, for the overthrow of the system of captain limb, meritocracy and even the constitution itself. Its a radical leftwing ideology. Unfortunately, people have been gas lit into believing its simply Racial Sensitivity Training when nothing could be further from the truth, and im very glad to see the president Standing Firm and calling it like it really is. Lou and then the Vice President used the expression racial sensitivity, insensitivity. This was a e peculiar use of language, i thought, when its so important that we define the terms particularly for these two candidates who seek to lead the country for the next four years. On one hand, this president is doing everything he can to end it despite it insinuation into nearly all of our major parts of our government. How, how likely is it that Critical Race Theory has been totally he eliminated from every branch and agency . Its happening with really stunning speed. Ive been getting reports from dozens of different agencies and offices. Critical race theory trainings have been shut down, contracts canceled, speakers have been sent home. So there is a high level of compliance as well as a hotline if you see training in a federal agency, you can call them. But something that is really stunning thats also happened is that the executive order extends to private companies that do business with the government. So this is the majority of fortune 500 companies. Im hearing reports that theyre actually scrambling to reverse some of their h. R. Policies and eliminate some of the trainings with the divisive concepts of Critical Race Theory. Lou Corporate America has a real responsibility here because they are buying into all sorts of nonsense about which they the either have no true understanding, or they are a aligned with an Interest Group that is not, certainly, putting forward American Values first. Your thoughts about that. Thats exactly right. Think the die a namic dynamic at play is that Corporate America over the last generation has achieved all of their economic goals. They have very low tax rates, free and fair trade around the world, theyre enormously profitable, we have some of the most Profitable Companies in human history. But now what theyre doing, because they have no use for the right anymore, the free market faction of conservative party, theyre really buying into the kind of social status of the left. Theyre trying as hard as they can to insulate themselves from an attack on social issues. So theyre really trying to play both sides, and i think its been working, but now its become untenable. Theyre going to have to really look at whats happening with the American People, what the American People actually support. And as more people learn about the political agenda of black lives matter, of Critical Race Theory, theyre turning away in horror, and i think corporations have to be held accountable. Well, i do think that, and thats the reason i got involved as well. This president should be, he should be given the credit for what hes done for america which is a lot. I think one of the biggest problems the Democratic Party has, theyve nominated a guy that has 47 years in office and yet can you name me two things that hes tone for america . And done for america . And most of all, name me one thing hes done for africanamericans, name me one thing hes done for hispanicamericans. I can name you a bunch that Donald Trumps done for america. And im not taking anything away from Vice President biden, i think hes a great man. I think hes a wonderful man. I was amazed, though, that Chris Wallace said asked him why are you against race sensitivity training. And as chris rufo pointed out, that is not racial grievance. I was happy that chris has rooted it out and exposed it for the evil that it is. But i think it was alan patton who said its not enough to, when you remove something in the court, to replace it with something of value. And thats why, and the gospel said if you remove a field of bees and you dont replant it with something, itll grow back worse. Thats why what we are doing is promoting an organization, the Piney Woods School. It is americas oldest black boarding school. 908 1908, it was founded and on good christian values. It has resulted in thousands of children from if really challenging homes, 98 of them graduate from college. So it is important, and they exemplify the values of this nation. And, therefore, lou, i think its fine to address Critical Race Theory, but we ought to replace it with something of value, and the Piney Woods School exemplifies the kind of American Values that we all ought to support and make them successful. And thats why the Woodson Center is really sponsoring a fundraiser tonight so that we can promote and support an organization that trains inner city kids to embrace traditional values thats going to make them productive citizens. She says now the 1619 project does not define our birth date, and we now know our nations birth date is 1776. And black lives matter has also removed some of it attacks on the country.
