Charles it is the Great American comeback. On november 26th, 2018 General Motors announced the closing of its lordstown, ohio, plant. A devastating blow to hardworking americans right before christmas. Politicians promised to step up but there was skepticism. Not anymore. Lordstown motors is showcasing the 2021 endurance electric pickup truck to President Trump at the white house. The company is reporting 40,000 preorders for the new truck so far, it is working towards becoming a publiclytraded company, making this story even greater, the truck produced in that old lordstown plant that gm closed down, something that did not escape the president. President trump the area was devastated when General Motors moved out and then we worked together and we made the deal on the plant but beyond the plant, i mean its incredible what happened to the area. Its booming now. It is absolutely booming and really great. You also have room for expansion in that plant. Oh, yeah. Well come out with multiple models. This is our first model. President trump thats great. Charles for more im joined by white house trade advisor Peter Navarro at this event. Peter, congratulations. This is huge. This was serious blow to the heartland. When the news came out i remember distinctively, it wasnt first time General Motors had bad news on eve of christmas and ohio and other places in the midwest. How did this all come about . This is a great story. After that news hit, my office across the street got a call to come over to the oval and President Trump literally demarched ceo mary barra, a great guy, greg clinton, general counsel there, he said hey, lets fix it. My team worked closely with craig and the gm team. Rob portman, the senator did a great job as well. What we started out, charles, trying to figure out what would fit in that footprint what we could do . Every many months two things happened. It is really made a great future for the mahoney value in ohio. The first thing gm did was partner with lg chem, two billion dollar joint venture making batteries for the electric vehicles. Gm is making a big bet. Theyre going all ev. At the same time were looking inside of the perimeter, charles, saying what could go there . The lordstown motor thing came up, okay, gm if this is going to work, you have to put your full expertise and financial might behind them. They agreed to do that and today, i mean that truck is the coolest thing, charles. The wheels, the four wheels are the engines, right . You open the hood, it is storage space. This is like state of the art stuff. It is designed to be a commercial vehicle. By the way, the kind of trade deals that the president has done to step up to mine, one is when we renegotiate the south korean deal we kept the tariffs on pickup trucks through 2041. Those were going to expire next year. That would have been a disaster. Charles right. Usmca is all about the autos because that is a 75 north american content rule with a lot of it coming here. So this was all, this was President Trump. This is what he does, charles. He sees a problem, says, fix it. We go to work and we get it fixed. We love what happened today. Charles right. Peter, im reading over and over for about a yearandahalf now where all of these major automakers around the world are saying hey, we want to be in the ev space, electric vehicle, to the point you know, it feels like weve heard that china may have the lead there. What is the white house doing to make sure we continue our preeminence when it comes to particularly trucks but the Auto Industry in general to make the transition to ev . Well, first of all the usmca makes that happen because of the high domestic content that were going to have. And a lot of that is going to come here because in the usmca there is tough labor and environmental restrictions on mexico. So it is not going to go down there. The south korean deal is good. Communist china, charles, what they do, they steal all our technology and then they use sweatshops basically to steal market share from the rest of the world and thats why the president s tariff policies are really so important. When he first got into office i think a lot of americans were kind of wondering whether tariffs were good. I think President Trump has shown with communist china now they understand when communist china comes here to try to steal our jobs, steal our factories, one way to protect it is through tariffs. Charles right. But with this pickup truck, the the lordstown thing, it is like state of the art. It is lighter because the wheels are on, engines are on the wheels. It is basically simple, elegant. Its a great design. Charles you know, peter, the thing thats interesting here for me is, wall street and economics, this thing called creative destruction, right . New things come in, old things go away. Creative destruction, offshoring jobs, whatever you want to call it a combination of all those things hollowed out the heartland and i got to be honest, you guys really worked really hard to bring manufacturing back to country and youve been fairly successful this is something i dont think you get enough credit for . Well, youre absolutely right, im working on a big report on buy american it, will lay all of that out, things like the Defense Budget increases t really elevated our manufacturing, things like combat vehicle plants in york, pennsylvania, or lima ohio, or oshkosh, wisconsin. The shipyards in marinette or philly. Buy american, president come in, signed 10 executive orders, doubling amount of steel and that pops up our steel and aluminum industry as well. Right. Full on approach hire american, buy american, made in the usa. At least prior to the Chinese Communist hitting us with a deadly virus we had over 600,000 new manufacturing jobs versus minus 200,000 in bidenobama. I mean he pays attention to this stuff. Take a victory lap in that my friend. Thank you very much. Dont mess the grass up. Charles do a wheelie. I would love to see that. Holding a flag in one hand, doing a wheelie in the other. Well talk real soon. Folks, i got to tell you stock market is excited. Oil picking up on fridays strong bounce, motivated by many of the same things and catalyst. Reopening trade got big boost. Cruise lines were upgraded. The state of florida would allow restaurants to operate at 100 capacity. Investors torn between the hot growth names and badly beaten down names. Im talking oil stocks, making the Energy Sector the taupe top producer right now. The angst between u. S. And china and potential impact on seem subpoena there is, but there is a belief also if confirmed that Justice Barrett would be far more friendly are to business than Justice Ginsburg was. Is the worst over for september . Is the swoon done and what names will lead the way as we head into october . I want to bring in money map press, their chief strategist, shah ghailani, and shana sissel. Before we start we heard from peter navarre. Trump administration leaning into this ev push, helping manufacturing. Shana, do you have exposure to the electric vehicle industry names . These are pretty hot stocks right now . We dont have any explicit exposure, when though think exploits sit they think of Something Like tesla. We do secondary exposure through semiconductors. People dont realize the semiconductor industry, people like nvidia, Advanced Micro Devices are huge beneficiaries of this move from electric vehicles and autonomous vehicles. They have a huge tailwind involved in the production of those chips that are really important to these types of technologies. So thats where we have our exposure right now. Charles okay. I want to talk about the Broader Market here, the swift turn of events. Shah, where does the market have to go go we think maybe the worst is over . For a couple of the indices, charles, were right there, above where we need to be, need to stay above them. The day isnt over yet. Im looking support resistance levels for the major indices and dow jones is above its 50 day moving average. It needs to stay above there. I think it needs to get to 28,000, basically consolidate around there. For this rally to me to hold water. As far as the s p, it is just barely trying to get above its 50day moving average that could be worrisome for investors. Nasdaq composite above its 50 day moving average. Again were not at the end of the day. I think we could see market the slip back. The rise based on the futures this morning didnt give a lot of investors a chance to get in. Whether or not they will chase this market higher remains to be seen. Charles you know, shana, it is interesting because there are four or five sectors up more than technology but i know you still like technology. Are you concerned about some of the other potential headwinds out there . Yes and no. I think technology as a whole there is a lot of opportunity there. As i kind of alluded to earlier with some semiconductors, there is pockets of value in Technology Stocks that benefit both from work from home shutdown trade and also from longterm trends like a. I. , like autonomous vehicles, that i think are excellent longterm investments. These are companies that might be trading at a slight premium on valuation basis but it all comes down to, is that denominator, that e, the earnings, really reflective what these companies are doing . You have to look were in a slow growth environment, low interest rates. Charles right. Companies experiencing doubledigit growth rates on a consistent basis should be trading at a premium. Im taking the opportunity, especially today where technology is still little weak to find these opportunities in a space that has really strong longterm trend. Charles by the way, todays action kind of reminds me of the old the meek shall inherit the earth. Most of your top 10 winners have been horrific losers for 2020. Shah, you talked about some of the rotation trade going into some cyclical names. Are you look into really beaten down, for instance, it is boeing, some of the oil names, are those the kind of value names that would interest you . Theyre definitely, all the names that would interest me. I think that trade is premature. I think the lowtation into the cyclicals proven so far so good for investors jumped in there i think it remains to be tested. I dont see the v recovery as strongly as other folks in term of the economy, charles. So i think well see perhaps a little bit of a test in terms of the economic growth. I dont think that the cyclicals are, this isnt the time to be in there right now. There will be a time but i want to have further proof the economy is actually on, getting some traction and moving forward before i jump in there. Right now, those trades are just trades. A lot of investors are jumping into them, jumping out. There is not any groundswell of momentum into any of them. So that worries me. Charles right. I dont think it is time to jump into those yet. I think we need to see Technology Stocks. If they can, then the market will follow behind them. Charles no, that is a fantastic point, sustained, these socalled value names have these blips but theyre not sustained. Well get more on the jobs number on friday. Shana, shah, great stuff. Thank you both very, very much. President trump will updated nations coronavirus testing strategy from the rose garden in a little more than an hour. Well have a preview with dr. Nicole saphier later in the show. Republican lawmakers are clearing the way to confirm judge Amy Coney Barrett. Coming up what does this mean for the Supreme Court . Which landmark cases could be overturned . Well be right back. Hill battle in my career. So when i heard about the applied Digital Skills courses, im thinking i can become more marketable. You dont need to be a computer expert to be great at this. These are skills lots of people can learn. I feel hopeful about the future now. Charles the nomination of Amy Coney Barrett poised to bring true conservative interpretation of the constitution. Barrett has stated before that she sticks to the text and speculation over it gets dicey. With this kind ever mentality on the bench could we see landmark cases be overruled . National republican lawmaker association Harmeet Dhillon and Trial Attorney heather hansen. Harmeet, let me begin with you, just asking about judge barretts qualifications. Seems to me there is no way anyone can dispute she is qualified for this job . Thats correct. With the exception of a few illinformed blue check journalists over across the political spectrum seems to focus on timing, not indeed her qualifications. When she elevated to the 7th circuit, she got bipartisan support from the senate. I think she is highly equaled and eminently suited to be seated. Charles heather, i hear a lot of talk, rather, about a harsh hearing here ahead of her, you know, this confirmation period but beyond the legal opinions and the ideas, how would that sort of approach violate to calls ginsburg which by the way was adopted by senator biden. So senator biden put into a rule already part of the cannons of ethics that you cant ask a judge about their personal opinions or their opinions about something that kay come before them. Youve seen all of our judges avoid those types of questions by invoking this rule, either explicitly and implicitly. I think she would do the same. We know she has done the same. She was written and spoken about some cases that have come before the court in the past and that may have give us a little inkling how her rulings would be. If she is asked, charles, i dont think she would answer those questions directly. Charles do you think she will be asked anyway . Yeah. I do think there is a lot of people who intend to use this as a opportunity for politics as opposed to the law so i do expect well hear questions about roe v. Wade and what is going on with the Affordable Care act. I think we may hear questions whether or not something comes before them before the election how she would rule. She is not allowed but under the cannons not to answer those questions. Charles now we know Justice Barrett would be the youngest in Supreme Court history. Obviously that means she will hear a whole lot of landmark cases which i know which ones she would most likely have the consequential impact on. Harmeet, your ideas maybe some of these rulings and cases that could actually change in the near term, near future . Sure. I mentioned a few in my fox piece that was published yesterday. I think the first that will come out of the box if she is confirmed prior to the election is going to be the Affordable Care act argument on november 10th. That is called california versus texas and in that case texas has been arguing in the lower courts that because the, the individual mandate fine that was part of the Affordable Care act has been set to zero under the trump administration, there is no tax anymore and Justice Roberts infamously used the idea that the Affordable Care act was a tax as opposed to some sort of illegitimate, interstate commerce type of a law to uphold it. That is something that Amy Coney Barrett has criticized in a 2017 law review article that has been widely published and circulated which give us an inkling she might disagree with the chief justice which might sway the vote in the other direction on this case. Charles right. Heather, is there a landmark case out there that you think could be changed . You know, i mean, everyone is talking about roe v. Wade, charles. If you look at in 1919, judge barrett spoke specifically about roe v. Wade at a event he doesnt think a womans fundamental right to abortion will be changed. She specifically said that right will be maintained. What she said we may see further restrictions on that right in the future. When we talk about is she going to overturn roe v. Wade, no matter where you fall on that vision the answer to that is probably no. Will she have impact on cases on access to abortions . She is right allist and textualist and follows the constitution and we expect she will being like judge scalia who she clerked for. Charles two brilliant legal minds, thank you very much, ladies, we appreciate it. It is not only judge barretts catholicism is being called into question. She is being lambasted for being a working mother and having adopted children from haiti. I say the media has gone way too far. Fears of mailin ballots that President Trump is talking about will open to fraud. Liz peek will react to that right after the break. Charles we are now just 36 days away from election day and already more than 860,000 americans have cast their vote by mail. Now to put that into perspective, less than ten thousand americans have voted at this point in 2016. President trump, he has been very critical about mailin voting but he is okay with absentee voting. What is the difference . Hillary vaughn is in washington to explain. Hillary. Reporter charles, it is not just voters showing up to the polls that could decide this election but a lot much voters are deciding to stay home to mail in their vote instead could make all the difference whether or not your vote counts, could come down to what the court decides. There has been an emergency filing in the Supreme Court by Republican Leaders in pennsylvania that just filed a request for the Supreme Court to review what the Pennsylvania Court decided which was ballots can be counted several days after election day, even if they dont have a postmark on that. Right now 43 states in the u. S. At least have one lawsuit pending related to rules over mailin voting and early voting. 80 million americans are expected to vote in, by mail, instead of showing up in person but there is a big difference between absentee voting and universal mailin voting. Absentee ballots have to be requested ahead of time by a voter. They have to fill out an application first and an actual ballot is then sent out. With universal vote by mail, ballots are sent to every voter on the voter rolls but many times those rolls are inaccurate. People that passed away could still be on them. Other names of voters who are not eligible could be included in that, or some voters may receive more than one ballot. This year 10 states will do universal mailin voting but a lot have different deadlines when mailin ballots can be counted. In florida and arizona, ballots have to be received by election day. Other states like michigan will count ballots two exafter the election up to two weeks after election day. Some states extending the deadline are being challenged right now. Wisconsin had their deadline extension paused by an Appeals Court. And pennsylvania is now being challenged in a filing for review by the Supreme Court, charles. So a lot of moving parts here. Of course a lot of confusion for voters who just want certainty about when they need to have their ballot in the hands of their precinct. Charles . Charles hillary, thank you very much. Joining me now Fox News Contributor liz peek. Liz, does the president have a valid point with respect to mailin voting, whether fraud or other mistakes that can be associated with this . Without a doubt, charles. I mean ask yourself what could possibly go wrong . 80 million ballots coming in by mail. Hillary makes a very good point there is a really big difference between absentee voting, you know, you request a ballot, you send it in. It is called the chain of custody so to speak is entirely intact versus basically sending out a blizzard of ballots to people, you dont even know if theyre in the right hands. That gives rise to concerns about ballot harvesting. Ballot harvest something real. It is even allowed in some states like california. We have seen in 2018 that it can alter the vote after the election deadline has passed. Democrats have set up a ridiculous situation here. They accuse the post office of not being able or willing to handle the expanded number of votes or ballots coming in. Remember the post office handles almost half a billion pieces of mail a day and theyre already talking about 80 million ballots over a week or something. It is ridiculous. Of course the post office can handle it. Theyre using that as excuse to extend the deadlines. This makes an incredible mess. Well have weeks of uncertainty possibly in some of these swing states and that is unconscionable. It will all go to the courts. Will we get all the Court Decisions ahead of time . I doubt it. Charles well one Court Decision we got, an federal Appeals Court temporarily halted wisconsins ballot counting extension. As it stands ballots are due by 8 00 p. M. On election day. That seems like would be a step in the right direction but to your point, there is a lot of this going on. It might be like herding cats this close to the election. I think thats exactly right and again remember a lot of democratrun cities like new york, had pretty famous histories of political corruption. The ballot harvesting thing where people go around to Housing Developments or Nursing Homes or whatever, and get a lot of people to sign their name. Theyre not really sure what theyre signing, they collect those up, bring them in, put them in the mail, that really should be illegal. You know in some states there are limits but far too many places there are no limits. That has to be changed but it is not going to happen in time for this election. Everyone is trying to sow, democrats are trying sow uncertainty to class a cloud of suspicion over this election, charles, to delegitimatize it in case President Trump wins. Weve seen this before and it is really dirty politics in my view. Charles i think might backfire. I think the democrats are worried might backfire. Meantime President Trump is concerned. He put out a tweet four hours ago. Ballots returned to states cannot be accurately counted. Many things are already going very wrong. Liz, appreciate it. Always appreciate when you come on the show. Thanks, charles, love it. President trumps Supreme Court nominee Amy Coney Barrett is receiving a lot of backlash for being a working mother. The New York Times magazine journalist tweeted in fact, i guess one of the things i dont understand about Amy Coney Barrett how a potential Supreme Court justice can be a loving present mom to seven kids. The journalist went on to attack barrett for her religion but quickly backtrack after twitter users accused her being sexist and antireligious. Senior womens voice senior policy analyst, patrice lee onwuka. Patrice, apparently now its a crime to be a working mom. Im confused whether the New York Times want women to have all opportunities men have. Does it depend if the mom theyre talking about is a conserve . It does, charles. Good to see you. This is the hypocrisy of the left, radical feminists instead of supporting all women only support the ones that like their perspective and philosophy. Im sitting in this care as working mom. I have a fourmonth old and 21yearold h month old in my home. Its a privilege to balance motherhood and working. It is testament from our economy where we moved from a historical standpoint. Women have so many choices. Hey, they employ the resources they need to get that done. Instead of applauding leaning in, you have left feminist hose are criticizing her and stooping to a new low. Charles patrice, also i think stooping to a new low she is being attacked for adopting two children from haiti. In fact someone called her a white colonizer. You know, again, im just so confused about these lines of attack . Well, charles, i mean it is disgusting frankly talking about a woman, a couple, who made a choice to open their homes to two kids from another country. What is wrong with that . Really what is wrong with people who are going after her for this reason . I think it is simply because she is such an excellent Supreme Court pick that they have nothing else to hit her on. They have nothing else to criticize other than her mothering and where her kids came from. I am pretty sure those kids are very happy that theyre in a loving home and a stable home rather than maybe the situation they came from. But you know what . I think it is great to be able to highlight the hip hypocrisy. You dont have to be a conservative woman. You dont have to be, but all woman should recognize hey, this is a woman. It is historic potential Supreme Court pick and thats great but lets focus on what she is going to, what she could bring to the court itself, not her personal dealings, because if this was a man, no one would even care about his fatherhood. They would not care where his kids came from. Charles yeah. I tell you. Well youre doing a dynamite job, handling your two kids, doing a great things that you do. Thanks, charles. Charles i appreciate every time you come on patrice. Good stuff. Hypocrisy this is a new low to your point. Stocks kicking off the week with a pretty nice rally in hopes of stimulus. Maybe it its coming back. Maybe well get it all. How to position your portfolio with this volatility. President trump may give us a update on the stimulus negotiations. We know we will hear about him in the rose garden just about an hour. Stay with us. Well handicap that as well d ree moment that things, for one strange time in our lives, got very quiet. Some lost work and invented new ways to get by. Others were busier than ever, and found strength they never knew they had. We sheltered with the people who matter most, sometimes finding how far apart wed drifted. We worried over loved ones, over money, over our planet. And over takeout. And we found a voice one the noise out there had kept quiet. When the world starts spinning again, lets remember this time where none of us felt secure, and fight for a future where everyone can. Because when the world seems like its standing still. Thats the perfect time for us to change it. Charles the odds americans could see another stimulus package soon are starting to tick up a little bit but will we see it before election day . Cheryl casone is live with the latest. Cheryl. Reporter that is the big question, charles, how are you. As we get closer to the election washington is focused on Supreme Court nomination, the odds we wont get a package are ticking higher. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said another plan could be possible at a lesser cost. The proposal 2. 4 trillion, not 3 trillion she wanted. It would include things like enhanced unemployment benefits, direct payments to americans, another round of the Paycheck Protection Program that would offer Small Business loans and aid for airlines. Now the question, can she get on the same page as treasury secretary and white house chief of staff mark meadows who would prefer a package worth 1. 3 trillion compounds the worry from investors right now, the past indication from the treasury secretary, his top number would be 1. 5 trillion. We actually heard that from the president as well. Approximately lows sy talked with secretary mnuchin on sunday yesterday. She plans to discuss the stimulus again with him today at some point. She was on msnbc earlier today, charles. She says when he is ready to come back to the table were ready to have the table but he has to come back with much higher number, more money to get it done. The more back and forth it goes, charles, the less liely that package we agreed to. They are so very far apart unfortunately. Charles remember i said, 1. 5 from the very beginning. Im telling you, whether it happens before or after the election that is the number i think well end up. Irony will be amazing. Hope youre right. Charles cheryl, thank you very much. So do i. How should your portfolio be positioned in the event we do see stimulus sooner rather than later . Joining me michael lee from michael lee strategy. Michael, headlines that pelosi and mnuchin resumed talks put a little spark into this market. Do you think this will happen before the election . Charles, i think this is internal polling on democrat side. The people being hurt are supposedly the people they care about the most. The people that need the stimulus, not overall market, not overall economy, those on enhanced unemployment. A lot of people are out of work, people in bars, restaurants, hotels, other Small Businesses that werent making a lot of money to begin with really need this unemployment. Keep in mind the economy on a whole, retail sales, consumption is up yearoveryear. I dont know that the overall economy have to have it. But i know there are a lot of people in the system that really need help right now. Charles yeah. There is probably aggressive internal polling going on that the democrats are responding to this, this died because nancy pelosi was unwilling to compromise. Every major stimulus package come down the pipeline was held up, delayed, haggled back and forth by nancy pelosi who eventually caved every single time. I could see that happening this time. If that happens you want to look to retailers, some travel stocks, airlines get bailed out, that would be great and also gold. Charles you know, lets go through those because americans are sitting right now over 3 trillion. Our savings rate is high to historical levels. If people think there is 1200 bucks coming or more relief on those who cannot find a job they will spend this money. You happen to like target, dollar general, walmart, five below. These are more discounted areas this is where you think a lot of that cash will find its way to . Yeah. This, this second round of stimulus will have the most effect to people at the, what you would call the lower end of the income scale. So that people that are really out there struggling will now have a lot of money in their pocket. Remember there was a lot of people that when they were getting 600 a week, that was more than they were making prior. If you were making less than 600 a week, youre not a segment of the population that moves the overall economy but you will make a difference in dollar general, walmart, five below, target, their earnings. Charles right. Additional stimulus check. And then you start looking a little further into that, you know, you start to see some of the hotels and airlines. I think people will start to travel. I think a lot of the hysteria around covid will disappear after the election and then if you do get another round of stimulus to the airlines, the airlines are up and running this will be good for the economy. I dont know that we absolutely need it. I would be in favor of it at lower, probably less than a trillion. Another round of ppp loans could probably help a lot of businesses hang on to workers. I think you will see the unemployment tick down much faster. So were at about 12. 5 million in continuing claims. Two million prepandemic. That, we do get another round of stimulus, that will fall off of a cliff in my opinion. Charles all right. It has been coming down pretty quickly recently. To your point, lets keep that going. Michael, thank you very much. I do have breaking news related to the subject out of chicago where the mayor is loosening restrictions for bars, restaurants, even gyms starting thursday. Indoor capacity will be at 40 from 25 . Bars that dont serve food than reopen and serve alcohol until 1 00 a. M. Fitness classes can be up to 15 people. Charles President Trump is set to make announcement in the next hour about a new initiative to deploy covid tests nationwide with the focus on specifically populations. Fox news medical analyst dr. Nicole saphier joins me now. Dr. Saphier, where do you think what do you think we will hear . Well, charles, you know all along we say that testing is crucial maintaining where the virus is spreading. In certain areas may need to work on transmission. That being said i dont exactly know what the president is getting ready to discuss. One thing i find interesting that the hhs put out a bid of contractors to do surveilance of wastewater. That may be a way to survey the population to see areas that may have increased covid in the wastewater. That could indicate some rising cases. Some of this is already been going on in certain College Towns throughout our country. Colleges themselves have been implementing where they are looking at the wastewater from the dorms. That gives them an idea whether or not they have covid circulating or not. That may be one part of the plan. They will talk about nursing home residents. How we will insure, to guarranty at that theyre going to have enough testing supplies as they head into flu season. Charles you know, and on that notion right there, the media continues to sort of come at the administration with the idea of who will get, who will get the vaccine, understanding that it will be limited initially. It will take a long time to distribute throughout the entire nation. I think to a degree theyre trying to politicize it. How important is it, rather than in your opinion who gets the vaccine first. Well, charles, absolutely. We want to make sure that our front line workers, those that will be most at risk of getting infection will get the vaccine first. That being said the elderly are the most vulnerable to covid19 and as it stands currently the elderly are not in the vaccine trials. That is normal. Usually you do vaccine trials on a younger healthier population and then you try it out in the elderly and then in the children. That happen as little bit later on in the game. So right now, front line workers working at Nursing Homes will be crucial to get vaccine. As soon as we have more data to get it to the elderly and those who are more vulnerable. Charles dr. Saphier, cdc released survival rates for covid19. They seem remarkably high and encouraging. There was not a lot of fanfare, but 70 , 94. 6. That was obviously the highs. Zero to 19 years old, 99. 97 survival rate. Should we be encouraged by this news . Charles, i actually spoke about this at length on fox friends this weekend but i want to air some caution when we look at the numbers. The numbers posted by the cdc. They didnt come from data in the United States. Came from areas in europe. It didnt include those people over the age of 80. Those numbers are probably pretty comparable in the United States theyre not actually going to be that exact. However that being said, charles, it is important to note that you know, we have said from day one that the case fatality rate is likely going to be less than 1 when it comes to covid19. Were not, we dont actually still know how many people have been infected with covid19. But this, these numbers actually take prevalence data, meaning people who have been exposed to the virus in addition to those positive cases. So it is giving us a much better snapshot what it likely will be. That being said, charles, it may not be as fatal for younger, healthier population, it still can be fatal for elderly and vulnerable. Charles there is no doubt about it, these numbers compared to what we heard from the beginning are absolutely to me, make me feel better as a human being. Absolutely. Thank you so much, dr. Saphier. Its beginning to shift back to fear of missing out instead of fear of hiding out. Joining me with lastminute ideas, Key Advisers Group ceo eddie gabhour. We popped out the gate pretty fast, now we are building up a little bit. We will probably have a moral victory as we end september but what do you think i this going to be enough to start getting money off the sidelines . You know, in my opinion, i think the only thing that will get more money off the sidelines between now and the election will be a stimulus bill. If we dont get a stimulus bill, i think we see the seesaw back and forth, up and down, but im looking at those dips as buying opportunities because the way things are lining up for next year, im extremely bullish on equities heading into 2021. We just need clarity on who wins the election because right now, thats going to take precedent over everything unless we get a stimulus. Charles im extremely bullish as well. I join you there, particularly when it comes to earnings. Whats the main source of your optimism for the market going into next year . Well, theres a couple things. Number one, theres so much pessimism out there right now and also, i dont think people realize that the economys actually doing better than many people are giving it credit for. I think we are going to see more and more states like florida open up. I think the consumers are going to get more comfortable and confident in going out. We are learning more about the virus, the treatments, we are better prepared for and theres a ton of cash on the sideline. So i tell people all the time, when its uncomfortable to buy equities, its probably a good sign that you should be buying it because if you wait until the good news is already priced in, you have missed that opportunity. So buy these dips over the next couple of months. Charles i got 30 seconds. Maybe you can do a twofer. The ideal weight someone 50 years old should have exposure into the market . 65 85 depending on risk tolerance for equities. Im very bullish on gaming stocks. Penn national, draftkings, for the next 12 months for the right client. Charles all right, folks. You heard it there. Thats my man. Eddie, thank you so much. Always appreciate it.
