Joining me right now cfra chief investment offer sam stovall, joining the conversation fox business dagen mcdowell, Editorial Page Editor James Freeman, republican strategist and pinion founder joseph pinion. Sam, let me kick it off with you, lets talk about the earnings picture. What youre expecting for the second half of the year, sam. Sam it would beless than what we isnt that true the second quarter. Right now all 11 sectors are expected to post year on year declines but the s p should be down 26 in operates results as compared to more than 30 short fall in the prior quarter. All right, so in terms of growth, are you saying youre expecting a snapback in growth in the Third Quarter or are you saying we will still see a negative contraction for the Third Quarter . Well, every quarter in 2020 is expected to show a year on year decline in excess of 10 if the full year is 20 , its 2021 when we are looking across the valley and looking for about a 26 year on year increase for s p 500 along with 45 gain with developed International Stocks and 35 gain for emerging markets. Next year is the year that we will see improvements whereas this year is a lessoning on the year on year declines. Sure, sure. As states open up things get better and better but youre still talking about a pretty sharp contraction that we saw on the second quarter. James freeman, jump in here. James thanks, im wondering how you look for another of stimulus. As a taxpayer im hoping there wont be one but does seem like a fair amount of investors are waiting for that to, i guess, believe shoveling money will drive stock prices high, can you tell us how that works . Sure. Investors are saying we need to see improvement in overall economy. We need to have the fed to be supportive and it wouldnt hurt if the government actually did its part as well. So we are looking for both monetary and fiscal support. I really question whether theres going to be a meaningful deal that is introduced between now and election day because neither side wants to give the other an upperhand in terms of showing something to brag about. We will probably end up with a deal after the election but leading up to it very much a headline event. Maria does that impact growth, sam, how important is a stimulus package in your view to seeing better Growth Numbers in the economy . I think its more of a sentiment indicator. Something that will improve the confidence of the general public but i think the real benefit will come from the reopening of the states as well as the speed with which we do end up with a virus vaccine. I happened to believe that we are likely to see the vaccine in 2021 leaning a little bit toward the scientists indicating as to when its likely to be introduced and distributed on a broad basis. Maria joseph pinion jump in here. A lot of people are concerned that maybe in times of war austerity is not conservatism. Talk a little bit about the balancing act trying to have an infusion for main street and at the same time wanting to have the ability to have a leverage or a tool to infuse capital later on if so needed and then also kind of just opposing that with the rise in sovereign debt not just here in america but around the globe and how all of those things might be interconnected . Sam good morning, joe, good question. When you think of what is going on today, the government and the fed are doing the exact opposite as they should than when they did when they were trying to fight the great depression. In early 1920s, the government was trying to balance the budget and not go into the largest deficit that we have seen since world war ii. At the same time, the fed was looking to raise Interest Rates not bring rates to zero, not engage in additional quantitative easing to blow up its overall balance sheets, so i think from a fiscal and monetary perspective the fed and the government is doing what it should be doing. This is something that is unprecedented at least in those memories of the people who are alive today, so i believe that, you know, its something that we will have to continue to work with. When it comes to deficits, well, the market doesnt seem to be focusing on that right now. Equity investors are like nighttime drivers that only use low beams and we are only looking out 6 to 12 months. Deficit problems is something that we will look down the road in a few years. Im not sure if he was asked hard questions that would make much of the difference in the friendly the friendly settings. Itll be really interesting what happens when Chris Wallace can come out and, you know, wallace is quite a question asker compared to anderson cooper, but, look, people havent seen much of joe biden and any time he can kind of get out there and and, you know, state what he thinks he probably does himself some good and i think the president needed to get out on the rally trail because thats what he accelerates as trump speaker. They were probably in best environments but i dont think it was big night for the campaign one way or the other. Maria mark, look at the backdrop, you have the democrats not to open the economy, want to go keep this going, House Speaker nancy pelosi doubling down on call for 2. 2 trillion stimulus package. Its hard to see how we can go any lower, how is the stalemate impacting the American People and what do you see in terms of the backdrop here everything laced with politics to unrest in the country . Mark i think what happens with the facts here matters a lot more anything said, is the virus going down or not, the numbers so far in the last few weeks has been down. Is the economy going up or down, so far the economy has been improving. Those two background facts, very helpful to the president. I think that in terms of the of the stimulus, the problem solvers here really have come in and shaken everybody up by saying, hey, lets compromise in the middle. Finally, a group has come forward and said, lets be about the people rather than politics and i think thats a real Stunning Development here with less than 50 days to an election. Maria i want to talk about your oped, 7 keys to victory in president ial race in oped for the hill this week. Mark, go through those, what is influencing this years election from your standpoint . Mark well, i do think i do think likability and character, i think thats where biden has an edge, thats what his entire convention was about and the president has pretty low numbers when it comes to that. I think the economy clearly thats the president s strong suit even if hes behind in the polls 6 or 7, hes ahead 6 or 7 on the economy. Its a strong suit. I think the president was ahead but he receded back somewhat from that. I think that people see joe biden right now as better able surprisingly to handle civil unrest of a violence in social justice but those numbers particularly on the violence are closing, you know, pretty quickly and i do think theres some key demographic differences that we are seeing, the working class is staying with donald trump, the suburbs have so far sticking with democrats as they moved in the midterms. The interesting seniors going to biden and latinos going over to trump. So you have all of the unexpected reliances and i think you have to look at all of these factors to really figure out who is going to win, whats going on. Is it going to be about the virus which also has been the most important issue or is it going to be about the economy . Maria and is it going to be decided on Election Night . I mean, you saw what happened just in pennsylvania, they want to accept ballots 3 days after the election, mark . Mark i am worried about this. I dont understand how anyone cannot see that doing all of these mailin ballots when we are not really prepared, we dont have the kind of systems set up, its safe to come in person, this is going to be Election Night chaos. We all know that, you know, i think the country has to get together here. Maria well, we are going to talk about this coming up and the results of that Supreme Court decision. Dagen, jump in . Dagen mark, does it help joe biden at all to say last night that the president is responsible for every Single Person who has died from covid19 and then to continue both Kamala Harris and joe biden, to fo m. Maria welcome back, a new controversy brewing over mailin voting, the pennsylvania Supreme Court rule to go extend the ballot deadline for the General Electric general election rather by 3 days, so if a ballot is received after election day as long as it was postmarked by november third it will be counted. James, some republicans are actually looking at this as a victory because the democrats wanted 7 days, they actually got 3 days decision, your reaction . James i guess 3 is better than 7 but our elections should be decided on Election Night. Thats the clean result you want. You dont want long periods of time when they see count need today prevail to engage shenanigans with ballot counting. You want a clean decision on Election Night. That should be the goal and unfortunately you have a lot of states who have decided they want Election Night to extend over weeks even months and they want our elections to be decided by litigation on a regular basis. I think that is poisonous for democracy. Maria which is why ag barr told me it opens the flood gates of fraud. Here is the title, oops, we found 1,066 ballots. Dagen its going to be a huge problem. When the democrats tell you, we always vote by mail, this is nothing new. That is simply not true. Its a lie. This year 21 of all voters are going to have ballots mailed directly to them because the direct mail balloting in places like california and nevada, you will have 57 and this is according to New York Times, absentee voting would be allowed with all with no excuse with 57 of voters. The New York Times called this a rapid and Seismic Shift in how we vote in the country and to think that the local election boards and county election offices are prepared for this mail whenever it might show up is just beyond incomprehensible to think that they are prepared. I will add the democrats across the country are messaging, hey, go out and vote in person, if youve been to a ive said this all along f youve been to super market or gone to buy some cigarettes an fill up your car wearing a mask you can go out and vote and youre hearing that more and more from democrats because if you in the new fox news poll choice for president is voting president. Mail in voters chose joe biden suggesting that a lot of mailin voters supporting biden. What does that tell you, the democrats ought to be worried about the mailin voting, snafus and how the ballots are counting. Maria james, oops, moment in new jersey, the state found more than 1500 ballots from julys primary. James yeah, this has been we have seen it in new york as well. Just to emphasize the point that dagen is making that this is not the normal process. Yes, we have long had absentee balloting where a person a specific person makes a request to make ballot and we are now seeing in a lot of states mailing of ballots unsolicited. This means since millions of people move every year a lot of the ballots are going to be going to people who no longer live there and who knows what happens to the ballot at that point and its really striking as youve seen problems in a number of places this year where you all of a sudden have a new type of voting and a new feed need to collect mails and you are going to get problems as we are seeing already. Dagen i got an absentee ballot for a person that hasnt lived in my building for a decade. My vote didnt count, when i called, the person in New York County says theres nobody who is free right now to deal with you. Thats how these county offices are managed so i think that with this this vast mailing of ballots, that this is going to work out well, well, i dont know what people are smoking. Maria exactly. And, yes, what we discovered it was a lot easier to shut the city economy down than as to reopen it so we will all have to Work Together and the concern to have Business Community is to make sure that the City Government is not standing trying to do this allen and alone and calling on the city and institutions as we seek to reopen the schools and thats been a very difficult challenge, hopefully on its way to resolution, but also weve got a huge impact of the covid on the economy and weve got a Million People unemployed, weve got huge fiscal deficits that we hope the federal government is going to help us fill at some point as a result of losses incurred of covid but mostly we have to rely on new yorkers. Its going to be everybody and not just government. Maria its not going to be government because some of the decisions from government were really were really off. I mean, i would argue that you just layed out a whole host of issues from, you know, the covid pandemic shutdown to to to efforts to reopen, but i would argue it all started with this thing in bail reform and doing away with cash bail, putting criminals back on the street. I spoke with new York Governor Andrew Cuomo earlier in the year about changing the states bail reform and this was in march. He said he was going to have a solution to this a month later but we havent heard much, watch this. Will you propose or support that judges have the discretion to let out criminals as they see fit and change this fail reform situation which has caused crime numbers to go shooting up . Governor bail reform was based on how much money you had, maria, if you are rich you get out and if youre poor you sit. Thats not justice, its injustice. We are going to make more changes. I understand the fear, i understand the criticism. I said that im working on it and i believe we will get something done on april 1. Go ahead. I would disagree that bail reform is the source of the issue. We have a whole series of issues that have happened all at once, the covid, economic displacement was certainly precipitating factor and all the issues surrounding Race Relations and black lives matter have raised a whole another series of difficult issues. We supported bail reform, we also supported judicial discretion as the governor did, that was not successful. I think that theres continues to be a conversation on the topic. Ultimately its up to every one of us as citizens just as we did when we overcame the crisis, crisis of 70s and 80s, huge crime problems, economic problems, homelessness problems, those problems come and go in big cities and theres no single solution, theres no magic bullet, we have to figure out how we are going to address these in a sensible rational way. Our worry today is that the city and the nation have become so divided and ideological, far right and far left that we are not finding practical solutions. New yorkers have always had a mercantile approach. We cant leave these up to politicians to solve the problems and we cant categorize, we didnt look for easy solutions. Maria yeah, sure, James Freeman, jump in. James we had horrible period until Rudy Giuliani. Some argue saying maybe new york doesnt come back and if it descends in chaos because now with internet broadband connections everywhere, people will take the opportunity not to live here. Comedian Jerry Seinfeld says new york is the place where people want to go and i wonder how many people think that floridas low taxes and safe streets look right now . I think the letter that we wrote, the first sentence executive businesses signed we believe in the future of new york, yes, theyll be change and more flexibility and remote work but, in fact, the city is a huge draw, its a global trend. Its not just the u. S. , its not just new york. Cities are important places for social interaction, culture, universities and we are the center of innovation and creativity. The city is great. Its going to continue to be great. There are all sorts of energetic nodes of activity going across the 5 boroughs today to bring the city back. We have no doubt new york is on its way back. The question is how long, how much money, how difficult is this path going to be and if we all Work Together we think we can put it together quickly. Maria katherine, we know that shootings are up, crime are up and people are not feeling safe, you just said a few minutes ago that you think new yorkers have to partake in this. Its about all of us. The people need to be involved here. What are you saying, what do you want new yorkers to do . Well, for example, we are looking at various sectors of the Community Whether its in human services, whether its the universities, how do we come together and look at the chronic problems. We had a huge homelessness problem before the covid. That hasnt gone away. Its gotten worse. We have had other issues, the education issues which were exacerbated by learning from home. The fact that people cant afford housing. Maria i understand youre saying its not policymakers, its new yorkers. I just dont understand what you want regular new yorkers to do. I understand this is all policies. These are policies that need to be change. New yorker average new yorker is not going to have access to that. Its mayor de blasio and governor cuomo. Yes, but there are many things in life. Nothing as good or bad as they seem. Our goal is very different than many telehealth companies. We dont try to urge you to talk to a doctor you never met, get the service from someone who doesnt get records but rather we believe that people should be able to connect digitally with doctors and nurses that they trust. Sometimes they need to see services in person and sometimes its perfectly fine to connect from remote. We are, our goal is to basically connect all of the key players in the ecosystem, main i will providers there digital, aggregators like google and innovators like Pharma Companies and others so they can Work Together better, you know, to provide this hybrid between supply and demand. Now to your question about the pandemic maria yeah. About the pandemic. Its accelerator. Many people were locked in their homes, both doctors and patients and had no choice to call each other, so its not surprising to see a giant surge in in business. However, the goal is not to maximize visits, the goal is to improve outcomes that does not necessarily correlate. The good news is that some important changes were made most importantly government is beginning to reimburse telehealth for seniors through cms. Thats unlikely to change for many good reasons and i also want to point out that many people tried telehealth and they loved it. That does not mean that anyone should expect never go to Doctors Office and get services from home, that would be naive. Maria sure, i think you make a good point about incentives from the government. Thats certainly going to help the usage. Ido, this is a longer conversation. We are looking at markets this morning, really a mixed story, the dow snapped a fourday winning streak yesterday. Denise, what do charts say to you in terms of where the markets head for the rest of the year and its 2021, how are you feeling about stocks . First of all, its a hooter to be on the show. Maria thank you. [laughter] that was funny. Im i trade only for my own account. Im modestly bearish and the word is modestly. Not dramatically, so, i think weve seen the highs in the stock market. If you take a look at almost anything, the dax, nikkei, the russell here in the United States failing to make highs, decline on larger volume in the futures markets, thats the type of action one gets when market is making its top. Im not aggressively short, just modestly short. I do think the fed is going to remain expansionary for a long period of time and that would be inflationary and thats depressive of stock prices and im modestly and the operative word modestly bearish. Maria yeah, we have know that rates where they are makes it very tough to find any alternatives for yields. Thats the issue, right, denise, and the fed just told us the other day we are going to see the rates this level until 2021 perhaps . I think the most important statement that weve seen from Federal Reserve official was the one made two meetings ago when mr. Powell said they havent begun to think about thinking tightening monetary policy. The question is when they will begin to think thinking about that and thats in the future. Maria exactly. Big tech stocks like amazon, facebook and apple dragging for the first five sessions. The nasdaq selling off has to do with the 5 companies or, you know, a handful of bigtech companies. Yeah, well, i mean, the nasdaq and the market, i agree with dennis the market is tired. The highs are for the year at least until the election. You have to take a step back and realize, the nasdaq is up close to 23, 24 for the year versus small caps are down 13 . Theres a huge disparity between, you know, the winners and losers this year in terms of returns and so the nasdaq hit a peak of 12,000, we are about 10. 9 this month, setting a tone for the market. What i really look at, you know, whoever wins the election, if it is a biden victory, you know, if you look at jpmorgan estimates, wall street consensus is about 163 right now. You can take about 14 off of 2021 earnings just from what what he has announced they would do. We will see what happens with the election but i think we will definitely be trading sideways in this range until we get clarity on that which could be months. Maria yeah, and joe biden has, you know, not been quiet about what he wants to do. He wants to raise taxes by 4 trillion. He wants to have Big Government plans that are going to cost trillions of dollars. Despite that, jeff, you say we are in a secular bull market, tell us more. Jeff well, i dont disagree in the shortterm with my friend dennis, i think you could be range bound here for a while, i think the lows consumer i think the economy gets better Going Forward and the uncertainty and the election is up for grabs although i will tell you that president s dont make markets, markets make president s. I do think trump is going to get reelected despite the polls. I do think the fed will be true to its word so, you know, after the election i think the market is going up and i think the secular bull market continues but i think theyre right, between here and the election, i think theres a decent chance youll be range bound but theres still individual stocks that are going to go up in that rangebound market and its our job to try and pick them out. Maria dennis, dont you jeff, dont you think that this market would not be trading where it is near record highs if investors broadly speaking thought that the president was not going to be reelected, that the policies would change . I mean, theres something call the message of the market and what is the message telling us right now about the election, jeff . Jeff i think the message is telling you that trump is going to be reelected. The market has been pretty ebulent here and if it gets more ebulent is questionable. I do think trump will get reelected and secular bull markets, maria, ive known you for 25 years, secular bull markets tend to last 15 to 20 years, 1949 to 1966, 1982 to 20000 and alleged market experts that say we went down 37 , that was a bear market, that just hogwash. The dow industrials were down 130 and the nasdaq was down 140, they are still on track to snap a twoweek losing streak this week. Ftse 100 is down 11, dax index in germany is up almost 30 points. The Commerce Department is announcing new prohibitions on the chineseowned apps, tic tac and wechat, the new rules would prohibit being sold in app stores as well as banning money transfers through wechat in the United States. Joining me right now in an exclusive interview the commerce secretary wilbur ross. Mr. Secretary, good to see you, thank you very much for joining us. Secretary thank you, maria, good to be on with you. Maria so, of course, we are waiting on the president and the governments decision on a potential deal with tiktok but walk us through this Commerce Department ruling here, these are separate from the ongoing negotiations between oracle and tiktok, correct . Secretary yes, the ongoing negotiations between tiktok and sifia which commerce is apart. These rules are put out in connection with executive orders, 13942 and 13943 dealing respectively with tiktok and wechat. Maria so you are the Commerce Department is going to be banning transactions relating to the mobile applications. Tell me what this means as far as tiktok and wechat. Could this be turned or overturned once we get details on a plan with oracle and walmart because this latest plan has oracle and walmart along with existing american investors taking ownership of the apps u. S. Operation, ceo Doug Mcmillan would get a seat on the board . Secretary right, separate situations. They are both are a problem in taking data to the American Public and sending it to china is our fear. Where they differ is that wechat is essentially a funds transfer and Payment Processing mechanism. For all practical purposes, it will be shut down in the u. S. But only in the u. S. As of midnight on monday by the Commerce Department ruling. Tiktok is more complicated because in effect there are two alternatives there. One is the rules that we will be announcing right now and the other is if theres a transaction completed by november 12th. The original orders required Commerce Department to promulgate these rules in the federal register by september 20th. The 20th is sunday. Federal register doesnt publish on sunday, doesnt publish on saturday. Thats why we are publishing them today. So as to tiktok, the only real change as of sunday night will be wont have access to improved apps, updated apps, upgraded apps or maintenance. So if that were to continue over a long period of time, there might be a gradual degradation of services but the basic tiktok would stay intact until november 12th. If theres no deal by november 12th under the provisions of the old order, then tiktok would be for all practical purposes shut down. Maria i see. So you are making this in response obviously to the president s executive order but also the fact that as you just said, the worry is that the ccp is stealing data. Tell us what theyre doing exactly, wilbur. People look at social media apps and say how can this be dangerous but theres actually a lot of dangers related to it. Can you walk us through it . Secretary well, surely, what they collect is data on locality, data on what youre streaming toward, what your preferences are, what youre referencing. Every bit of behavior that the american side is indulging in becomes available to whoever is watching on the other side. And as you know, china has been taking all kinds of data from all sorts of internet activities and thats what we are trying to scroll maria how does it change with an oracle partnership, if youre looking at ccp trying to take swaths of information, wouldnt that continue regardless, we have seen the Chinese Communist party identify people on the other side, whether its academics, houston consulate, identify people on the inside of these companies and and relay information back to the ccp, how would that end if tiktok employees are working for oracle secretary well, theres no way a rule as such can prohibit bad behavior in the part of individuals. Thats a question of management, thats a question of supervision, thats a question of enforcement. Allall the rules can do is limit the data to which they have access and thats the purpose of whats going on here. Theres also a very big difference in size between tiktok and wechat. Wechat is mainly used by American Companies as a payment mechanism in china and elsewhere. Thats not being disturbed at all and thats the big function, thats the big moneymaker for wechat. Tiktok is the one thats much more into the social media, the little play the kids exchanging data and all that, and so its a much more complicated thing and i think thats part of the reason that the deals are potentially more complicated. Its both bigger and more complex interphase with the American Public. Maria so i want to ask you about the airline ceos but one more question. One more question, the u. S. Will be blocking wechat and tiktok downloads on sunday, are you expecting retaliation from china . Secretary well, remember, its not doing the same thing. Our rule is not doing the same thing to tiktok as to wechat. Wechat u. S. For all practical purposes will be shut down. As to tiktok, its just upgrades, maintenance, things like that that would be shut down. At this stage the real shut down would come after november 12th in the event that theres not another transaction, so its very different the way the two were being handled and that reflects the quantitative and qualitative differences between the two apps. Maria right, yeah. I understand. You think the ccp is going to retaliate. Yeah. Secretary well, thats up to them, but as to the airline question that you also asked, right now maria yeah, the ceos will be meeting with white house they met with white house chief of staff mark meadows yesterday and want additional aid to help them avoid layoffs before the september 30th deadline, meadows said the white house can be open to standalone deal for the sector. What are the opportunities here secretary . Secretary well, the issue with trying to deal with is that as of october 1st, the airlines and the 25 billion would be free to lay off 35,000 people. We dont want that to happen for obvious reasons. Airline traffic is running 30 of what it had been a year earlier and its really no fault of the airline. Its the fault of the coronavirus, so the reason white house might be receptive to a standalone deal is that its not right to punish the airlines differentially because of coronavirus. We think coronavirus is soon going to have vaccines in any event but got to bridge the airlines and bridge the employees if we can through that period so that would be the purpose of the additional 25 billion. Maria understood, what about the farmers, secretary . The president announced new aid for farmers during rally in wisconsin yesterday. Here is what he said. Starting next week my administration is committing an additional, youve been asking for this for a long time, 13 billion in relief to help farmers recover from the china virus including wisconsins incredible dairy, cranberry and ginseng farmers who got hurt for a long time. Maria secretary, the farmers as well getting aid here. A lot of people saying, look, what other industries are there poised to need money. There are a lot of them. Why the farmers more money there as well . Secretary well, the farmers really deserve it for the same reason as the airlines may. This is not a problem of their making. This is a problem created by the export from china of the coronavirus to the u. S. And earlier some of the constraints that china had put on agricultural trade. Now lately china has been buying a lot more agriculture from us, but still theres a lag and its Still Necessary to give the farmers a helping hand through this temporary period. The farmers really dont want aid and what they want is trade and we hope as we come out under from the coronavirus and if china continues to honor its phase 1 agreement, we hope they will get trade instead of aid. Maria right, but there are other industries that could say the same thing, right . It wasnt the restaurants fault that they had to shut down. Would the government be giving the Restaurant Industry money . Secretary well, the restaurants as you know got protected in a different way. Most of them are in the category of employing fewer than the 500 people and, therefore, there were separate programs that while they werent just called restaurant programs effectively in the Restaurant Industry. Lets talk about the industries that you are seeing being the hardest hit by the pandemic. Do you think theres a chance of survival there and within industries there are companies that wont make it either . Good morning, maria, great to be with you again. First of all, there are investors that are coming into the market now that are looking well beyond a covid world and post vaccine reality and they are reimagining what any structure of real estate may look like post covid 3 or 5 years from now. If you look 3 or 5 years from now, this would have proven to be a phenomenal opportunity to invest in real estate because of economic recovery. Older shopping centers, fitness, restaurants are suffering the most. In the shortterm thats going to continue. Theres no relief in sight of any kind of systematic nature and more relief from a government certainly is necessary and certainly welcome. Without it more small companies, midsize tenants would be under pressure and fair amount are not going to make it but investors are looking well beyond the next six months. They are looking at next 5 to 7 years. Maria thats what i want to look at with you hessam because i think commercial real estate is going through its own reckoning right now. I know a number of wall street executives and Business People who are renegotiating space in terms of their landlord and the big buildings and space that they have right now. How do you expect special real estate to look different within the next 5 years . It really depends on the prototype, maria. If you look at office space, for example, theres all this concern about people not coming back into the work space and workers being resistent and companies being resistent. That is, in fact, true and will be for the next 6 to 9 months until we get more clarity on a medical solution. In the meantime, remember, companies are obligated to make their rent payment. If they dont, obviously thats going to create stress with the marketplace and, again, thats another area where the government could be doing more to sure up those owners that are trying to partner with the tenants to give them a break on the rent but they still have to make their mortgage payments. We still have issues around all of that, but if you look beyond the next 6 to 9 months the urban markets that are hit the most right now and, in fact, significantly worst than a lot of suburban areas, you will start to see slowly come back and people do want to gather and they do want to work in teams and managed in person, maybe not quite the way it was precovid where we, you know, all con conjugated in the office but combination with remote is realistic.
