They put enormous pressure on him timewise. He didnt get all the information he was entitled either from his own lawyers, much less from special counsel. Abused the system at every turn to make up a crime against him that the fbi did itself. And they had no basis to interview him whatsoever. It is one rulebreaking episode after the other from the beginning of the quote, investigation, through the District Courts decision, through the court of appeals opinion. I think the Senate Judiciary committee should been much more aggressive than they have been and it should have started over a year ago. Its, i feel for the families and friends of these officers. I, it is just outrage outrageous how the violent mob has been able to take over these cities and states in some cases. Weve seen the riots, looting, rioting going on for months in some cases this comes down to the failure of leadership. These are democratran states and cities. Weve had this violence and nonsense going on from the mob and over 100 cities across the country, liz. In some cases for months. So there needs to be accountability with these mobs, these criminals. But also to these elected officials. The basic duty for government is to protect the person and property. And they have failed miserably in doing so. They need to be held accountable. Well, i think the organized crime syndicates in canada are taking advantage of the covid. Plus, Law Enforcement, Law Enforcement in new york, hsi, i. C. E. And local and state Law Enforcement have very close working relationships with the rcmp. So the intelligence and working together between the two countries extraordinary. Theyre being very successful through their intelligence efforts to find where these drugs are being smuggled through the borders specifically in the state of new york. Elizabeth you know the feds seized nearly 40,000pounds of marijuana across 16 ports of entry. A. G. Barr said a dozen cities are seeing methaphetamine pouring in. Ag barr specifically named and blamed two drug cartels pushing massive amounts of meth across the border into cities hit with lockdowns and riots. Your reaction to that . Partly agree. The cartels are moving a lot of drugs through the southern border and they own most of that business. On the northern border it is mostly organized crime. It is asian organized crime, east indian organized crime and outlaw biker gains. Buffalo has a transportation infrastructure that can handle the commercial traffic. A lot is coming through the port of entry. A lot of is coming through the st. Lawrence seaway. I grew up half hour south of that. Could be in canada from the nights in a boat minute 1 2. You can snowmobile across the river. You have the indian reservation, the st. Regis reservation, they have been smuggling people there since i was a kid. The feds have little access to the reservation. It always has been a smuggling haven. It is getting more popular. Because canada legalized marijuana. The amount of marijuana seizures into the United States has exploded. There is a need. East coast there is need for marijuana and drugs. Canada is fulfilling need through organized crime syndicates. Elizabeth i want to switch to the story, the reports about you know, an i. C. E. Facility in georgia. The detainees there saying they were given unwanted hysterectomies by a doctor affiliated with the facility. Your reaction to that headline . You know, it is just another attack on i. C. E. This is the left pushing a false narrative. The medical care given to aliens in i. C. E. Custody is the highest quality medical care available. When i was i. C. E. Director we spent 1. 5 billion on people. I. C. E. Professionals, doctors, nurses, pharmacists, they have saved many lives. A lot of diseases and sickness are found when theyre in i. C. E. Custody. So i dont believe this story. Im not the i. C. E. Director anymore. Again im very skeptical about the story. They get highest quality medical care. Before they get a hysterectomy they have to get approval by i. C. E. Person in charge and detainee, has to okay in her language interpreted to her. A certified medical doctor has to say this is necessary for your health. However i cannot do this without your per permission.
