President trump saws those kinds says those kinds of toxic, false teachings are similar to the very propaganda put out by this nations enemies. This project rewrites American History to teach our children that we were founded on the principle of oppression, not freedom. Nothing could be further from the truth. Americas founding set in motion the unstoppable chain of events that abolished slavery, secured civil rights, defeated communism and fascism and built the most fair, equal and prosperous nation in human history. The narratives about america being pushed by the far left and being chanted in the streets bear a strike thing resemblance to the antiamerican propaganda of our adversaries, because both groups want to see america weakened, derided and totally diminished. Lou at the end of his speech, President Trump signed that executive order. That order creates a new commission. This commission is called the 1776 commission, and it will promote the, the president says, patriot you can education in american schools, colleges and universities. President trump also announced he will place the statue of delaware founding father Caesar Rodney in his proposed garden of american heroes. Rodney cast what was the deciding vote for the american independence declaration. His statue in wilmington, delaware, ordered removed and taken down by radical dem politicians in june. President trump also blasted the left for its refusal to condemn or to take action against the violent anarchy carried out by marxist groups including black lives matter and antifa. On capitol hill today, fbi director Christopher Wray made a number of incredible remarks. Wray warned congress of the radical violence of antifa, but then went on and seemed to be trying to separate himself from both reality and President Trump. Wray said, incorrectly, that antifa is not an organization, but an ideology. We look at antifa as more of aned ideology or a movement than an organization. To be clear, we do have quite a number of properly predicated domestic terrorism investigations into violent anarchist extremists. Any number of whom selfidentify with the antifa movement. And thats parking lot of this Broader Group of Domestic Violence extremists that im talking about, but its just one part of it. We also have the raciallymotivated, the militia types and others. Lou extraordinary. Wray also made an outrageous claim that White Supremacists make up what he called the largest share of raciallymotivated terrorists in the United States. Wray then was forced to admit to lawmakers that he didnt have any numbers whatsoever to back up that seemingly implausible claim. Attorney general william barred today slammed the permanent bureaucracy in the department of justice for their never ending political attacks. Heres what he had to say. Rather than root out true crimes while leaving ethically dubious conduct to the voters, our prosecutors have all too often uncerted themselves into the political inserted themselves into the political process based on the glimpsiest legal glimpsiest legal theories, prosecutors bringing illconceived charges against prominent political figures or launching debilitating investigations that thrust the department of justice into the middle of the political process. In that opinion the court wrote this, quote the government acknowledges that there were material omissions, and the court has found violations of the governments duty of candor in all four applications. A new rasmussen survey finds 76 of americans who have had violent protests in their communities say those riots will affect their vote, and 63 of those voters strongly approve of the job President Trump is doing. The damage from the riots, the looting, the vandalism will be the most expensive in history. The Insurance Information institute reports the cost of those riots and looting to be between 12 billion in just the two weeks after George Floyds death. Well, youve seen a poll by the, that said that 65 of voters arent sharing their polling information. I think thats very true. And i like to be on the ground. I was with the president last week, and ive been with him throughout the country in ohio and in wisconsin, and the energy im seeing is bigger than it was in 2016. We have two million volunteers, lou, between the Trump Campaign and the rnc, two million volunteers knocking doors. The energy is so strong, and i dont think its reflected in the polls. But the polls we are seeing are seeing the president getting closer and closer in every single state and taking a lead in most of these battleground states. In a 52 ruling, the state Supreme Court added a threeday extension to the states mailin ballot deadline. The state had previously required all mailin ballots at least be received by the the time polls closed on november 3rd. But no, ballots now thanks to the Supreme Court of pennsylvania may come in three days late; that is, after the election. And as if this doesnt sound like it might invite massive voter fraud, the court will also allow ballots without postmarks to be counted writing this, quote ballots received within this period that lack a postmark or other proof of mailing or for which the postmark or other proof of mailing is ineligible will be presumed to have been mailed by election day unless a preponderance of the evidence demonstrates it was mailed after election day, end quote. I wonder why the president is warning the nation about voter fraud with mailin voting . Joining us tonight, tom fitton, the president of Judicial Watch. Well, its if you want to figure out how it is you game the system, read the Supreme Court decision that changes the rules to make it easier to fraudulently vote. You can vote look, it makes it easier to vote after you know what the results might be, after the deadlines and have your vote counted. And this is a, wouldnt be a problem if you didnt have this mailin ballot scheme that had been set in place by the radical left over the last several months to blow up the elections. And now the states are ratifying it and helping it along. And the courts are helping it along. This is the president has been almost a lone are voice highlight aring the dangers to highlighting the dangers to our Election Integrity as a result of these schemes, and hes being proven right day by day. Certainly Judicial Watch has been calling, you know, weve been talking about this for months on this program lou yeah, weve been talking about how this is helping them. Lou this is a incomprehensible, though, development that with the democrats the left in this country, the radical dems pushing mailin voting which is established and which Judicial Watch has helped demonstrate, its fraudulent. And yet there is, i hear nothing from the republican part about further lawsuits or intervention. I dont hear anything from the Justice Department. Is there just simply no basis for the Justice Department to protect the integrity of our elections . How can that be . Well, there are leftists that run the Justice Department Civil Rights Division effectively, there are virtually no conservatives in that agency, and so theyre never going to pursue and they dont plan to pursue litigation to stop states from mailing knowingly millions of ballots they know are dirty. In pennsylvania they have our litigation found that there was nearly 800,000 extra names on the rolls in pennsylvania alone. They havent cleaned their lists appropriately. We alerted one county about it. They actually did something. They removed 69,000 names from the rolls immediately. I mean, that shows you the problem they have in pennsylvania, and dojs been awol on cleaning up the lists and confronting the states for trying to blow up the election system by mailing ballots to lists they know are dirty. And now with we know that if you vote by mail, you face a sisterinlaw risk of having your vote a substantial risk of having your vote thrown out. Lou can 50,000 names were [inaudible conversations] lou is there any, is there any reason to expect that its even possible that the Supreme Court could shut this down . Because it is, without question, obvious construction of an architecture of fraud throughout all of the states in the union. Its obvious, its urgent, its a matter that requires remedy and no further speculation or discussion. Its a time for action. Yeah, and it would have to happen in the next two weeks or so because the ballots are going to be mailed in california and other states, in the District Of Columbia as well, and, you know, attorney general barr, he says all the right things, but theres been a lack of followup by the agency in terms of enforcing the rule of law certainly on Election Integrity. Lou well, as senator Lindsey Graham says, stay tuned. Are you a little disappointed with the chair of the Judiciary Committee . Well, hes only doing this because of our pressure. The American People want some justice here, and hes doing what he thinks he needs to do to get them something. Its certainly a vote of no confidence in the durham investigation. He wouldnt be even asking these people to testify if there was any significant chance theyd be prosecuted by durham. So comey looks like hes free and clear, if im interpreting the tea leaves. Lou breaking news, cbs is under firr airing video of latino Trump Supporters during a cbs report about bidens outreach to latinos. The cbs reporter used this footage as he talked about President Trump gaining on biden among the latino voters, but during that portion of the report cbs kept up a banner that read biden pitches crucial latino voters during Florida Campaign stop. Cbs has been building a history of fake news here of late. In may they used hospital staff in michigan to pad a china Virus Testing line in order to make it look busier, and they twice used footage from a crowded Italian Hospital to paint a bleaker picture of what was happening in bleak times in new york city. Members of the democratrun Minneapolis City Council, you remember them, well, now theyre complaining about crime spikes in their city. This is the very same city council, radical lefties all, who voted three months ago to dismantle their Police Department. And they cut a Million Dollars from their budget. Three Council Members complained to the citys police chief tuesday, saying officers werent doing anything to prevent robberies, end quote. Are not enforcing crime, end quote. Anded asked how they could get a spike in carjackings under control. The Minneapolis Police department has lost at least 65 officers since june. They expect to lose another 35 by the end of the year. Lets see, they defund the police, they insult the police, they will not support the police, and theyre wondering why their crime is rising in minneapolis. Amazing. I think its comical to watch them complain that now the crime has spiked. They were actually bragging for a little while that traffic stops were down and that people were getting fewer tickets, and that was a sign that their, you know, racebased policing policies were working. What they didnt figure out was just because you stop arresting people doesnt mean they quit committing crimes, especially violent crimes. So when people get shot, just because there wasnt a cop there to investigate it doesnt mean the person didnt get shot. And its kind of a rude awakening for them. And, unfortunately, they kneaded it. They needed it. Lou and were watching this across the country. These democratrun cities, they are flailing. They simply dont know how to run, apparently, anything. It is a strange, a strange phenomenon to witness all of the riots and the violence and the vandalism and the looting and or arson. And at the end of the day, we see from the Insurance Institute that the estimates are and this is just for part of that time following the rioting in minneapolis somewhere between 12 billion of damage. And no one seems to understand they have a responsibility to stop this. And there have been almost 50 murders in that same Period Associated with that street violence. Well, lou, normal americans can see whats going on, and they can see the damage, and they can watch the looting, and they can see businesses destroyed because theyre the kind of people who run businesses. You know, democrat politicians live in a fantasy world where socialism works, you know, where criminals are just misunderstood, and we can all just get along. Unfortunately, you have to actually govern in the real world, and realitys biting them pretty hard. And i think when the election rolls around, the American People are going to vote based on reality, not the fantasy dems want. And once they check out the efficacy and the safety of those vaccines, then we go to the fda for an eua, and well start being able to administer the vaccines. What is not said about that is that the president drove this really hard with operation warp speed so that right now we are manufacturing at rusk. That means at risk. I tell you this because im talking to Law Enforcement officials, i have some in my own family, people that just want to leave. They are frustrate9, they dont want to be there if they have no one to back them. They want to go home to their families at night. And so this is a a problem that were going to have to deal with from now all the way through the election, and believe me, things are going to get far worse the closer we get, especially if democrats dont pull back and try to, and try to calm down the tensions in our urban cities.
