Theres been a shift in technology thats real. The revenues that apple will generate for decades for new clients. Every young person buying an apple. They are switching to software and services. Apple is driving the market. The other Tech Companies we know them nvidia, all the fang names. Real companies with real profits. The other point i wanted to make, the stronger a patient before they get sick, the quicker they are going to recover. And this economy was very strong going into this coronavirus epidemic and the strength we are seeing from the consumer is because wages were strong and Savings Rates were up. You couple all of that with fed stimulus and what had been good congressional support and there are reasons for stocks to be at these levels. Dagen Jon Hilsenrath, jump here in here, in terms of economic recovery, one major concern which we have voiced along the pandemic is permanent destruction of jobs and you see layoffing starting to pick up again in casinos and airlines with thousands of layoffs on deck. Jon we have a jobs report on friday which will give us insight on whether the slowdown happened. Its hard to game the things right now. We are talking about wild swings in numbers, 13 million down, one month, 2 million up, 4 million up the next month. So i think the thing we are looking out for is whether theres a slow down and when we look at the august jobs numbers the other big question is whats going to happen with teachers jobs, august is month when teachers start going back to school and seasonal adjustment factors with that. Im going to be very curious what is happening with that. You know, i do think you put the finger on the screen which is are we losing some momentum in this rebound and when you look at the stock market this is what i would throw back at mark is, the stock market doesnt seem to say we are losing momentum. Economists are saying we are losing momentum but the stock market isnt there. I wonder how mark reconciles what the market is saying from a forwardlooking perspective visavis the economy. Dagen mark. Mark well, there are problems and one of the biggest is in the sector that, jon, you alluded to, state and local governments. They are not just having people lever their losing and losing tax base, what happens is its not just their Municipal Bonds ratings, they are not hiring contractors and not engaging local businesses and they are going to be delaying economic stimulus type work that otherwise would be happening. I was talking to a contractor who said work is dried up because the county and the state are not hiring contractors like him and they are not Going Forward with projects, so the state and municipal governments are going to be a huge slowdown factor for the economy and i think thats part of whats in the Democrat Bill thats not getting through the republican side. They want a big stimulus project because they see a lot of the cities and states going to go through the problem and slowdown and eventually the disconnect with whats happening on main street and wall street will impact stocks and i do expect volatility but i think its far different than the crash that we saw in february and march, more along the lines of a normal correction and revaluation of stock prices. Dagen on that note, i want to give Jon Hilsenrath credit, mark, he has talked about the dire financial conditions at the state and local level but almost a trillion dollars in stimulus that the democrats want. I want to get on move onto this. Jp morgan saying that investors should be preparing for rising odds that President Trump will be reelected in november. Brian yeah, this observation from mark yesterday, one of the candidates for president felt compelled come out and tell people that he doesnt look like a radical socialist. I think thats very indicative of where we are right now and what the stock market is going to look like Going Forward. What kind of candidate are we going to get in november and what can the economy expect, to me thats the question that dominates markets. Is this a biden more progressive presidency on the way or will we get more of the deregulation and taxcutting that we have seen with trump. Mark well, it was just a month ago that jp morgan said a biden presidency would not necessarily be bad for stocks and they made two points, he would stabilize relationships with china and he would be less volatile on a daily basis with unpredictable business tweets and communications an both of the factors may be true but the other part of the coin especially with the democrats, taxes will rise and regulations will rise and that was a huge driver of the trump economy and the stock market rally we saw after President Trump was elected. So i think on a netnet basis the democrat possibilities for a sweep of congress is what bothers the market far more than just joe biden. Joe biden alone with the Republican Holding the senate not as much. I think the stock market is starting to say, hey, if President Trump wins or Strong Enough to allow the republicans to hold, the stock market doesnt have to deal with taxes and regulation and i think thats been the strength thus far at least recently in august. The need to separate protestors and rioters and taking action to try to condemn rioters, hey, we need to separate the two things and there was real controversy among activists on whether it was right or not to criticize those who were burning buildings and some progressive activists, legitimate way of blowing up steam. I think they are realizing now the grave political threat that that poses to them. The americans who may be sympathetic and think we need criminal Justice Reform, they dont want to see Furniture Stores burned and they dont want to see innocent peoples lives and livelihoods destroyed. Dagen to turn that around, it literally was controversial to talk about law and order and it was controversial to speak up for say the Business Owners, the Small Business owners who saw their livelihoods destroyed. Rhetorically where does this go from here, the Biden Campaign and for trump . I think the Campaign Said what was right. Ii would have preferred him to come back with the exact speech a month or two ago. He does hit the right message. I think what President Trump needs to do address criticism that says you are the president. Its much easier if trump were a challenger. He is president and trying to send in federal help to bring about law and order when it seems as though state and local Health Authorities couldnt do it. He needs to focus on that and swing on democrats on issue of criminal Justice Reform itself. You heard republicans talk a lot about during own convention. You had a republican senator tim scott lead the way on advancing a bill in the senate but didnt get anywhere with democratic colleagues. I think republicans should keep talk about that now and election day as well. Dagen right, the democrats filibuster it and wouldnt let it go to the floor for debate despite the fact that tim scott promised that all amendments would be heard from the democrats and the republicans. The race for the white house is tightening up. Theres new polling showing with joe biden with a 2point lead over President Trump following last weeks Gop Convention falling in the polls of margin of error. What is happening, kristen, in the swingstate polls, thats going to tell us who wins in november . Youre right, we have a lot more polling to go. I expect this week to have a flurry of new data coming our way but the poll is one of the number of small data points weve seen since the end of the rnc to suggest the tightening of the race a little bit and you can look at it if youre a trump supporter, Glass Half Full or glass half empty. The race is tightening, their convention didnt get them anything and our convention got us something. If you look at glass half empty, should have gotten a bigger bounce. Rather if youre trump see numbers improving but the other thing i would point out, this is a polling nerve note, im skeptical of polls because half of the sample comes from amazon mechanical and people who are paid a couple of pennies and im always a little skeptical thats example of voters. Dagen Jon Hilsenrath, how do you see this playing out in terms of the rhetoric and particularly with the debates that are coming upstarting late this month . Jon yeah, two points. The first thing id say to echo brians comment is it does seem like like Vice President biden is coming late to this debate and, you know, we have until november, we will have to see if it turns out that he was too late and missed the train. In terms of the rhetoric, i think this election is shaping up as safety election. Ronald reagan in 1984 said to the American People, are you better off than you were four years ago. I think the big question that the president and Vice President biden are both circling around is do you feel safer than we were 4 years ago and they are going to attack each other on this front. So the president is going to say that all of the problems we are seeing in urban america are being driven by democrats and democratrun mayors, democratrun cities and you will have you will have mr. Biden saying, well, hes the president and dont forget about the pandemic. So i think this is shaping up as a safety election. You know, dagen, you and brian and i are economic wonks and how does the economy fit in all of this. When i look at the polls, it figures out ironically, not ironically but misterrously third or fourth on peoples concerns and right now peoples safety is winning. Dagen i want to get this quickly, joe biden speaking about the economy record on it from yesterday. Listen. You know me. You know my heart. Ask yourself, do i look like a radical socialist with a soft spot for rioters, really. Tiktok is dominated by millions of teenagers, so up to which company will actually be able to tune into that demographic not only to utilize it well but not sort of demoralize the culture thats already there. Dagen it seems odd that the sale would go smoothly knowing that theres i would think that the communist government of china would have something to say about it. John well, one of the questions is whether chinas government will retaliate and get in the way of, you know, the operations of American Companies in china and theres a good chance of that. In terms of the sale going smoothly, i think that the president made it clear that they didnt have an alternative and would shut down if they didnt make the sale. Im looking whether the United States government takes a cut of the deal. The president asked said he was expecting that. I would think that actually could get in the way of completing to have the United States government play investment banker on these things would be pretty unprecedented. Dagen it would be unprecedented and, jon, this is my opinion, that seemed at the time a throwaway comment by President Trump. You dont expect that that would be a Sticking Point in the sale, do you . John no, thats an example of trumps throwaway message. I think he would be supportive of the deal because of stance on china. Dagen walmart plus, Subscription Service touted as rival to amazon prime offering members unlimited free delivery and no checkout lines. Discounted gas, i know that gas prices arent sky high, that could be a winner for walmart. Definitely a really smack tactic targeting walmarts base which is Middle America and the south where gasoline is is in extremely high demand and good way to attract and steal away from amazon. I do think its a great move and walmart probably the only company out there that can only take on amazon here. Dagen well, other discount retailers did a good job taking on amazon during the pandemic. Brian brendberg, the wall street journal had a top story in the paper i think it was last week after target reported results. Is this something that you think can continue because the discounters, target and walmart did an exceptional job at really challenging amazon when people were shut in and the economy shut down. Brian yeah, youre right dagen let Brian Brendberg get in real quick. Brian i will just say this, i think the Companies Understand the customers and understand the moment, how price sensitive people are and were able to step up and be the not amazon and lets not forget how important it is not to be the not amazon in some places and crazy to me and definitely places in america where walmart feels to consumer the little guy trying to push back against silicon valley, target the same way and i think thats actually pretty important right now and some of the companies are leaning into that in how they are branding themselves. Dagen i ended up a customer of some stores that i had never been a customer before because amazon was out of everything. I ordered things when i was shut in in new york city from places like macys, bloomingdales, nordstrom, but also like makeup, but also target and walmart and they had because they had instore pickup. It was very easy here to order stuff on target like hair dye because you couldnt get it from amazon because they had cut me off. Speaking of amazon, is it a bird or a plane or could be latest online order. Amazon is receiving faa approval for prime air drone which would soon be testing customer deliveries. How much can they really penetrate in delivery with these things . Brian it absolutely is future, Technology Explosion we have been in. Amazon has been testing this for well over 6 years now, perfecting it behind the scenes and i think its going to really surprise the world and especially u. S. Consumers to see the rollout and absolutely work and begin to also counteract the new forces from target and walmart because i agree those retailers have stepped up their game in covid and i too became a passionate target customer for the first time. Joining me now former whitewater independent counsel robert ray. Robert, your thoughts on the decision . Dagen, i guess its a procedural move which means it shouldnt be overstated. I think that the entire court of appeals in dc was concerned about stepping into the case before the judge had an opportunity, the trial judge, district judge, judge sullivan to issue ruling. The question is how far does he intend to delve into the matter and go into workings of the Justice Department, i dont think, dagen, anything should change the fact that the judiciary cannot force the department of justice to prosecute a case. It chooses not the prosecute, so i dont think thats going to change. The question would be how prolonged the proceedings would be in the District Court when the matter is returned there now after this ruling by the court of appeals. Dagen so you think eventually this case is dropped . I think thats inevitable. I still cant see my way around the fact that the judiciary one branch of government cannot tell another branch of government in this case the executive branch whether or not to prosecute a case. Thats entrusted to the executive branch and this instance the the president of justice. Dagen do you think its outrageous that it isnt over . Well, i mean, i said that before. You and i have talked about this before. I still think it was appropriate for his counsel and Justice Department to weigh, try to achieve an early termination which is what the department of justice was seeking here and now the full dc circuit doesnt agree with that. I dont think you should overstate what theyve done and on the other hand, i dont agree with it. Now we are where we are and this matter returns to the District Court to make a final determination. I think that determination should still be even after a limited inquiry that the department of justices motion to dismiss the case should be granted. That remains to be seen, whether that will actually happen and if it doesnt what will happen that judge flynn im sorry, Michael Flynn would appeal. Dagen i want to also get your take on the mccloskey case, brandishing guns in front of black lives matter protestors, the case has been continued since it hasnt gone before a grand jury, robert, their attorneys say they plan to plead not guilty. What do you make of this . I suppose its possible that the grand jury doesnt return charges, its not likely but possible. Clearly they will plea not guilty because they believe they arent guilty and a lot of people agree with them, so, you know, ultimately itll be for if it comes to that, it will be for the community to decide whether or not theres a case here. I rather would hope to think that theres not and obviously now, you know, politics has taken over. A record month, markets starting coapt off on the september off on the heels of the best august since the 80s for the dow and s p 500. I was in high school then. God help us. The nasdaq also on a roll last month, posting the best monthly performance since the year 2000. Keith, can we keep going up from here . You know, i think we absolutely can. And heres why. August, and i remember that just coming into my career at that point, thinking ill never see this again, yet here we are all these years later. People made the mistake in august saying the market is too concentrated, too pharaoh. What happened is the coronavirus and the politics and china focused people to be ultraselective in what they invested in. Thats concentrated capital on companies that are digitizing our future and are capable of moving through this and growing. I think we can. Were due for a pullback, statistically, thats what history shows. Im not overly concerned about it given the time horizon. Dagen new analysis from Goldman Sachs predicts the Federal Reserve will not raise Interest Rates until 2025 amid the coronavirus pandemic, this follows fed chairman powells comments last week on unemployment and inflation, the Federal Reserve codifying how its changing its approach on addressing inflation. Dennis, your thoughts on the fed and what its doing and what it plans to do in the future. As you said, the fed has no intention of raising the overnight fed funds rate or the shortened of the curve for a number of years in the future, certainly theyll maintain it for two or of three more years. Theyre trying to get an inflation in inflation. Be careful what you ask for because you might get it good and hard. I think with the fed becoming as ex passion fairly as they expansionary as they have been and will continue to be, well see inflation pick up. Were seeing falling bond values at the long end of the curve, rising base metal prices, Even Crude Oil prices have been going from the lower left to the upper right and everybody everywhere knows that College Expenses are going higher, medical expenses are going higher, food prices are going higher. Be careful what you ask for you. You just might get it good and a hard. I think were going to get good and hard inflation over the next three, four years. The short end remains the rates remain low. Dagen you think long rates are going a lot higher. Yes. Dagen that means you would not be allocating capital to, say, long treasuries here . I trade only for my own account now. Im the chairman of the university of akronsen ds end. Im heavily long on gold, expecting inflation to increase and thus far the markets telling me that im right. Dagen lets talk about the election. In the short run, markets and people going to the polls in november, jp morgan telling investors to be prepared for rising odds that President Trump will be reelected in november. Strategists pointing to violent protests across the country for the shift in thinking. This is something that maria questioned, that she has raised over and over again. How can the markets keep running up if you would have higher taxes under a Biden Administration and more regulation under a Biden Administration, essentially is the market telling us that trump has a good shot at winning reelection in of november . What say you. Everything is working well except the concerns about the of november election and thats really the trigger for possibly a pullback. Cfra has done research on this and if you will, the trifecta, kind of a horse race where the democrats win the majority in congress and president biden, what does that mean for the markets . Generally, theres a slight minor pullback looking five times this has happened since world war ii, about 2 andahalf percent. But 12 months afterwards, the market on average for these five episodes was up over 10 . So this might be the worst Case Scenario for investors but looking at history and certainly is no lesson for the future of what could happen, it may not be that bad for the market but we think that is a deeper dive to what sectors or industries based on policy can do better and others can go a lot weaker. The president weighing in on Law Enforcement and city leadership yesterday. I honor Law Enforcement. We wouldnt be here right now you if it wasnt for Law Enforcement. We have to stop this horrible left wing ideology that seems to be permeating our country and basically its weakness. Its weakness on behalf of democrat politicians and republicans, we dont have problems, you take a look at our cities, our cities are doing very well. Theyre safe. Theyre secure. Dagen Brian Brenberg, in terms of joe bidens denunciation yesterday where he has not said much of anything for three months, joe biden talked repeatedly about the violence of extremists and opportuneists, mentioned vigilantes. What about naming those largely responsible for the violence, say antifa . Brian yeah, hes been curiously silent on that, when he finally is speaking on the issue, hes really looking at it in a onesided way. I think the only reason hes actually talking about this issue to begin with is because the president is putting so much pressure on him. Hes going to kenosha. Hes going to these places. Hes forcing biden to confront it. Well see if bidens rhetoric gets tougher. Right now, hes kind of playing it safe still, you afrai afraidd the left wing of his party. Hes going to have to do better than that if hes going to convince americans that hes serious about a serious problem. Dagen this is an issue thats a state and local issue, not just the violence. Again, is it on the mayors to run these cities and to ensure order and that Law Enforcement, its certainly the constitutional responsibility of the states to protect the safety of the people who live in those very states. This also comes down to the financial hardship, a lot of these metro poll taken areas are experiencing and even these states. Talk about that. Jon yeah, i mean, the financial hardships are a really big issue, particularly in cities where their tax base has been slammed. In part well, for states by falling sales taxes and the potential for people leaving. I wanted to say one thing about violence in cities. Just to put it in some perspective. Which is that weve clearly seen an uptick of violence in cities this year. I did a story a few weeks ago about homicide rising in cities all over the country. I think we need to remember that violence fell pretty dramatically in cities over the last 20, 25 years, we saw Violent Crimes falling by more than 50 . So its not all a bad news story. I think its just helpful to keep that in perspective. You know, if we want to blame one side or the other, there was a renaissance in American Cities up until these crises hit and i think the big question right now that overones wrestling with fairly is, you know, whether policy makers are dealing with these crises properly, the George Floyd Protests and riots and also the coronavirus outbreak. You know, the other thing i would say on antifa is this is probably a good time for leaders to tell extremes on both sides to chill out. Right wing militias taking matters into their own hands and also these an phi take protestedders antifa protesters or of any protesters burning down buildings. Everyone needs to hear a message that its time to chill out. Were in an election season and neither side is doing that. Dagen wellsaid, jon. Joining us now, pennsylvania congressman and house transportation and Infrastructure Committee member, congressman scott perry. Scott, what would you like to hear from the president today as he travels to kenosha, wisconsin . Well, what id like to hear is that hes talking to the people about their safety and their security and that these things dont need to happen, that Law Enforcement wants to do their job but unfortunately we have many of our state and local leaders that are giving in to the mob sotospeak, like we saw in a place just south of me in baltimore a couple years back where they were told stand down, just let the looters and the rioters get it out of their system. Thats not a plan for success for anybody in any community and i think the president wants to bring a voice of healing and of working the problems out that you have. There are going to be people that disagree with decisions, whether theyre political, whether Law Enforcement or otherwise. But we have a system in the United States of america to work out our differences without violence. Thats why thats one of the reasons why its a great country. We resort to violence to resolve our disputes and we become like a lot of other places in the world where its unsafe and unstable. Thats not President Trumps america. That unfortunately as you know, dagen, these places have been run for Single Party Rule democrat rule for decades and decades and so President Trump wants to show america and kenosha and wisconsin, the rest of the world as well, that theres another way, theres a better way to do it. Dagen can we get to Coronavirus Relief. New legislation could be introduced next week, according to treasury secretary steven mnuchin. Mnuchin telling fox business that white house officials and Senate Republicans have been in regular contact about a new bill. Congressman perry, whats your take on this . All of you, right and left, democrat and republican, left people in the lurch who are still unemployment. About 14 andahalf Million People are collecting state unemployment benefits. Thats absolutely right. I talked to my constituents on a daily basis, many of whom are suffering because of decisions of governors like mine in pennsylvania. Im gratified by a potential new bill, secretary mnuchin has been in the negotiations as you know since the beginning, so has the white house chief of staff. I hope theyre able to come up with something. Unfortunately, in the past the speaker, Speaker Pelosi and Chuck Schumer have disregarded and rejected everything that theyve brought forward. One of the key elements that i hear across the board, liberal, democrat, republican, conservative, doesnt matter, is Liability Protection for coronavirus. If the democrats are unwilling to accept that, if liberal leaders in washington are unwilling to accept that and protect their businesses and their employees, i think its going to be a tough sell. Brian now that theyve got the approval i think these companies are going to ramp it up as fast as possible because its that last mile of service, last mile of delivery thats so expensive, were talking about amazon today. I think walmart has filed more patents for drone delivery than amazon. It makes sense. Theyve got the store locations. Theres a 15mile radius here. But with walmart having so many locations they can take advantage of this and get the small packages to customers really quickly. Could be a money saver for customers and a boost for Companies Looking for ways to get packages to people really quickly. Dagen hilsenrath, what do you think about this. Jon i think this is such a cool story. When i heard about this idea of drone delivery a couple years ago it sounded like so farfetched, out of the jetsons, and now were getting closer to it happening. You know, it reminds me of something that ben bernanke used to talk about during the last recession all the time. One of the favorite books, this is the fed chairman, a book called a great leap forward by a professor named Alexander Field who talked about a lot of how a lot of the investments that led to the productivity boom and economic boom of the 50s happened in the 30s during the great depression. I think its a reminder that, yes, things are really difficult right now for millions of americans with unemployment and the tragedies happening to people with coronavirus. But there are things happening under the surface that could make us better off in the long run. This drone thing is one example and obviously all the research on vaccines and solutions to viruses in pandemics. So i realize i might sound like that foolish french philosopher, dr. Pangalose, but i think this is a really cool story and something to be a little optimistic about right now. Dagen to correct myself, the Drone Program in southwest virginia was from alphabet or googles company, wing, to correct myself on that. But jon is so i appreciate the o optimism, being an eternal grump myself but jon talked about linked the new york pizza to the water in new york and the water system that was built in the late 1800s during the jon nobody got that. Dagen i did. Jon can i claire that that one . Dagen yes, please, go ahead. Jon yeah. There were colera outbreaks in the 1800s and new york fixed the problem by building vast Water Systems that kind of led to better water and great pizza. So, you know dagen i got it. Slashing jobs, Mgm Resorts International delivering bad news to its workforce. The casino operator behind las vegas staples like the mgm grand announcing that 18,000 furloughed employees will be laid off. Joining me now, the chairman of Hard Rock International and the ceo of seminole gaming, jim allen. Jim, what are you seeing in your business and do you worry that this will have a Ripple Effect across the gaming industry . First of all, good morning, dagen and thanks for having us. I think las vegas is kind of in a unique category right now. We certainly believe longterm that market will come back as air lift and people feel more comfortable with traveling. Certainly if we look at regional gaming markets, actually theyre performing very well. Its really based upon Geographic Area at this particular point in the gaming industry. Dagen talk about those regional march if you will. I know hard rock has a huge presence in florida. Yeah, frankly our business in florida in both july and august was extremely strong. Our business in ohio is okay. And other markets such as atlantic city, you know, slowly coming back. Obviously governor murphy announced finally some Indoor Dining is going to occur this week. So we are optimistic in the regional markets. Dagen in florida, lets dig into those numbers. Based on where you were a year ago, are you back to 50 of of where you 50 of where you were a year ago . Is it 75 . Where is it. Actually, we are exceeding last years numbers but please keep in mind we spent 2. 2 billion in the expansion for the tampa property and the Guitar Shaped Hotel here in south florida. So from a return on investment, you know, were not where we thought we would be but certainly year over year numbers are up. Dagen lets look at nevada, the overall numbers show that gaming is down 26 from july of last year. How many of your properties are open yo now and what do you thik vegas looks like when it fully returns . You know, right now the business in vegas midweek still very soft, weekends starting to ramp up, going in a positive direction. We certainly think and, frankly, we purchased our rights back about two, three months ago, right in the middle of the pandemic because we are a believer in the las vegas market on a longterm basis. When you look at what mgm announced, they stated their hope is a lot of these employees will be able to come back to work but certainly all Companies Need to follow the federal guidelines associated with the warren act and i think thats what obvious historying erred a lot of this conversation. Dagen Jon Hilsenrath. Jon ive got two questions for you. One is, whats happening in the Online Gaming world . Are we seeing a lot of activity moving online with whats happened with the virus . And the other is, what kind of innovations are you doing in both gaming and restaurants that might outlast this coronavirus to kind of make people feel safer and more comfortable going about their activities indoors . Well, you know, starting with Online Gaming, i mean, were seeing valuations that frankly we have never seen in the history. Theres been a few deals that have been announced recently and were anticipating a few more this week and next. You know, utilizing the spak instrument in order to create access to public markets. We have elected not to do that at this particular point. We are more of a longterm player. We certainly see some companies trying to take some cash off the table now. Based upon frankly some challenges with some Balance Sheets and others just believing that, you know, take advantage of the high multiples that are being given. We also think the internet gaming longterm in conjunction with Sports Betting is certainly the future of our business. We believe that 30, 40 of the total gaming revenues in the next five to 10 years will be coming on from the online vehicle, if you will. As far as technology in restaurants, it is definitely needed. I mean, the restaurant sector is the one area that i think has some longterm challenges based upon the pandemic, certainly so many restaurants have gone out of business so supply and demand will hopefully catch up. But that is definitely a challenged area for the near future. Cheryl few. Dagen , jim, i think Brian Brenberg has a question for you as well. Brian im thinking about vegas, im thinking about some of the things that have dried up during the pandemic. Im not sure theyre going to come back as strong, conferences, for example, weve seen big shifts in the sports market that has an effect on Sports Betting and thinking about places with massive infrastructure like the strip in las vegas, is that going to be a situation that kind of goes the way of malls a bit where you just have more space and the wrong kind of capacity for what consumers demand now . How do Gaming Companies adapt to that possibility . Well, i think first of all, we as human beings like to interact with other human beings, so therefore, i think people going out looking for entertainment will always be part of a Business Model. Theres no doubt that what has occurred in the regional markets where by state law many facilities are operating with 50 capacity, but frankly doing the same or in some cases more revenue on an individual per unit basis. So i do think that the Business Model of the casino floor in las vegas is going to change. Frankly, everywhere in the country. But as far as the overall aspect of entertainment, live music, shows, sporting events, i do believe that once we see some type of cure or o vaccine for te pandemic that people will slowly graduate back into wanting to come out. Meetings and groups, i think thats a different answer. Candidly, we saw vegas a few years back when president obama said that it wasnt a good thing to be having meetings in groups, specifically in business markets and actually named las vegas, it took a few years for that business to come back but it did come back. I think now that frankly were obviously doing interviews like this through skype and web ex, road shows are being done online, i definitely think that Business Model is changing and to have two, three, 400,000 square feet of meeting space, that may be something that needs to be revisited in the future.
