Let me get your initial thoughts on the current action in the market the last couple weeks. David what were seeing now . Im impressed by the price momentum. What were flying to do right now is close that island reversal we had earlier this month that was kind of like a warning shot but i cant argue with the momentum at this point. I think for myself were going to have to move out of just hiding out in the secular growth story and move down the valuation curve. That points me to industrials, financials and other cyclical shares as well. Charles paul . Yeah, action has been certainly constructive and to davids point i agree with him, that huge down day on june 11th, everything except for the nasdaq and nasdaq 100 but the regular Market Indices still have to tackle regaining what they lost on that pretty big short term trend change on june 11 but the market trades fine. I think were in a rangebound bit june highs and the june lows. I think well bounce around. You can sell the rips and buy the dips until some of the data catch up with where price action is but it is heart hard to argue where technology is doing well. I dont care people say get defensive. That is nonsense. Theyre looking for an cues excuse to own it. Technology is doing well. New York Stock Exchange advancedecline line is great. Junk bonds, the fed is there. There is lot of good going on but i think price may have gotten ahead where the fundamentals are. Nothing certainly is inherently wrong with the foundation. Charles to that point i want to share charts with the audience. This is a market overnight going back to late last night after the market closes there is the afterhours session, folks. You can sum these charts all the major indices dipped. They fell into a trap door. That is when Peter Navarro was talking to our very own Martha Maccallum on fox news that the u. S. China trade deal was off. The fact it dipped so quickly. First it reflects from fragility of this rally and the fact that there is a ton of money trying to buy the dips, david. That is the intriguing thing. We can be vulnerable but at the same time whenever we do dip we get the buyers. To your point we have not broken out the june 11 highs for the other indices but buyers are out there. I was surprised that night, i saw the dip and even though the president came out with a tweet and explained what was going on here, it was really quick. We were getting back to green very, very quickly. I think for navarro he blurted out something that wasnt completely accurate but what he pointed out were in the early stages of a dough coupling of the two largest economists on the planet. I think that will resonate with americans at this point. Frankly it translates on both sides of the political aisle because both biden and the president will try to paint themselves being tougher on china. The president can do it successfully because he had the action to back it up. Im not sure what biden brings to the table in that conversation. Charles but, paul, im not so sure it was necessarily china specific per se with respect to the stock market. I hear what david is saying particularly with politics. I think all of americans now understand we have got to be tough on china. But i just think this has been such an amazing rebound all the pieces must remain in plates. Temporary workers, displaced American Workers and drive down wages this, is an effect that becomes pronounced during a time when we have 33 to 36 million americans out of work. This is largely why 65 of americans support a halt on immigration temporarily during this pandemic. But the democrats in washington, d. C. , seem to want to continue paying americans not to work with indefinite Unemployment Benefits while they import Foreign Workers to take americans jobs. I think it will have to be done for a variety of reasons but if it is, what would be the best approach . Most certainly additional stimulus will be going to be done. I dont happen agree direct payments to taxpayer comes with any Multiplier Effect or enhancement of productivity which is what we need for jobs and Economic Growth to get out of this sort of covidinduced period were in. By the way larry kudlow would agree with me completely on this as well. Im very confident. So a payroll tax cut i think is stimulative. You get more impact from it than just dollar for dollar cut that it represents. I think ultimately, charles, that were in a position here where the politics are going to drive it. Democrats have the majority in the house. They put a 3 trilliondollar bill on the table. The president , you know, doesnt want to look at an Election Year like he is not trying to help. So well get something very expensive. I just hope it is as economically productive as possible. There are some unique, interesting ideas out there. What about Something Like that . No. I think there is a couple things they can do there. First of all i certainly believe there is some businesses that if theyre going to be getting monies from the federal government, they may as well get those things that the government is asking them to do. Where we have that 200 miles to, 212, now 220, it is really, essentially almost, i guess 99. 6 or Something Like that, maybe somebody can get an extraordinarily long ladder. Once you get up there it gets very high. It is just about unclimbable. So it is really great. That made a big difference. We have other things weve done. During the past two months weve seen the lowest number of illegal border crossings in many years. Illegal immigration is down 84 from this time last year. Illegal crossings from Central America are down 97 . Now the news, i wont say fake news, i want to be nice today, so the news will say 97 , doug, that is not very good. But 97 , i would say sounds pretty good. Aplus. You sure it is 97, right . Yes, sir. That is a pretty good number youre doing. 97 down. Nearly 450,000pounds of drugs have been seized this year and 2337 criminal aliens have been apprehended. Weve stopped asylum fraud, ended catchandrelease. If you look at so many of the different crimes that come through the border theyre stopped. Weve implemented groundbreaking agreements with mexico. I want to thank the president of mexico. He is really a great guy. I think he will be coming into washington pretty soon into the white house. They have a total of what is the number today, would you say . , soldiers what would you say . Over 20,000, sir. Over 20. Weve had 27,000, 28,000, 25,000 mexican soldiers are on our border making sure people arent coming across. I want to also say that we made a lot of progress with guatemala, el salavador and honduras. Now when somebody comes over whether it is ms13 or anybody else we bring them back and they take them gladly. In the Previous Administration they didnt take them at all. They wouldnt take them. They said you keep them. Using our Emergency Public Health authorities we prevent ad coronavirus catastrophe on the southern border shutting down human smuggling and swiftly returning the crossers, we call them crossers. We cross, they bring them right back. In the old days it would take years to get them back. You wouldnt get them back. Other administrations like the Previous Administration essentially didnt bring them back. Without these Public Health measures the southern border would be a global epicenter of the vial transmission. If you look at some of the towns on the other side of the wall, as an example in california, we have a certain area that is heavily infected on the mexico side. If we didnt have a border wall there it would be, it would be really a catastrophic situation. So i just want to thank everyone. The biden people and, he is controlled totally by the radical left as you understand it. He is not controlling it. Theyre controlling him. They want open borders, they want criminal sanctuaries, they want everything that doesnt work. I dont even think it works politically frankly at this point. People see what happened. You look what is happening in seattle or, take a look minnesota, such a great, great state but you look at minneapolis and you see what happened there until we sent in we sent in the national guard. You got to do it. As soon as they were there, shut down all the problems they had shut down. You didnt hear about them anymore. And many other places. Last night in washington we heard they were going to take down the statue of, washington, d. C. , the statue of Andrew Jackson, a beautiful statue in lafayette park. Mark meadows is here. He heard about it. I heard about it. We sent people there Law Enforcement did an incredible job. They ran into that place. We were minutes away, it was a sneak attack and now weve enacted an act, very specific statue and monument act, that puts people in jail for 10 years if they do anything to even try to deface one of our monuments or statues. So we have numerous people in prison right now. Others are going there. And were going to look at that from the standpoint of the retroactivity. We can go back look at some of the damage they have done. But largely it is state damage. Because the states have been very weak, extremely weak in protecting their heritage and protecting their culture. So the states are going to have to take care of themselves but were there to help. If they want we will gladly help but the federal statues, monuments, buildings, various things we have, including if you look at the jefferson memorial, the lincoln memorial, they want to take down george washington, how about that one . Thats a new one. We heard that the other day, george washington. I dont think well let that happen, doug, right . I dont think were going to let that happen but for washington and some others. I really dont even think frankly they know who theyre taking down. I think they just want to do things for bad purposes. So, these are not protesters. These are agitators and others. So weve taken a very strong stance. It wont be happening federally f it does, they will pay a very big price. They know that. It wont be happening with the federal statues and monuments. With that i would like to just introduce chad wolf to say a few words about the border, the job weve done on general security. Not just the southern border, the southern border has been a primary focus as everyone knows because tremendous amounts of drugs and other things come there. Human trafficking, we have that down to the lowest number weve had in many years, being helped a lot about it length of our wall which is going to be complete very soon. How many of the oceans have fish and aquatic life . How many of them have intelligent life . This is called drakes equation. Trying to get a ballpark estimate of how many civilizations there are in the galaxy. That is where they came up with number 36.
