I think what they did wrong they did not have the proper procedures in place and i cannot speak to all the conditions across the country but what ive seen particularly in state ru run veteran Nursing Homes where we went in to help the states with their state veteran population, things like Infection Control and separating sick patients from unhealthy patients, a lot of the protocols were not followed, and again, at ethe va, we treat every nursing home patient as we would treat an acute care patient and her hospitals, we have oxygen running into the rooms, we are medicine running into the rooms, we have multiple doctors on each ward, we treat veterans who are in on Nursing Homes very differently, i do believe thatnt in those states they were overwhelmed and did not follow the procedures that we know are in place, we know they have access to to o take care of thoe very vulnerable citizens.
