Maria of course, we are watching markets this morning with the stabilization, Harvey Weinstein ended up waking in hospital, after found guilty of sexual act and thirddegree rape. Weinstein now faces decades in prison in whats being described as a victory for me too movement. His attorneys will appeal. Kobe bryants wife suing, paying emotional Memorial Service in los angeles yesterday. God knew they couldnt be on this earth without each other. He had to bring him home to have him together for the best team, we love and miss you boboo and gigi. We have a bit of a bounce yesterday after selloff yesterday, coronavirus triggered a sharp selloff with the dow plunging 1,000 plus points on the session leaving the dow at 27,960, the nasdaq and the s p also down about 3 and a half to 3 quarters percent. President trump speaking earlier in india about coronavirus. Essentially closed the borders to areas where we had to close them and we had very few, we took in 32 people over the last 2 days because they were sick and they are american, ive spoken to president xi and they are working very hard and if you know anything about him i think he will be in pretty good shape. Theyve had a rough patch and i think right now they have, it looks like they are getting it under control more and more, they are getting it more and more under control, so i think thats a problem thats going to go away but we lost almost a thousand points yesterday on the market and its something, things like that happen where you have it in your business all of the time, it had nothing to do with you, its an outside source. Maria joining joining the convn liz peek, fox business Dagen Mcdowell and andy puzder. Dagen worth pointing out that the dow is only down 5. 38 record close so we are not in correction territory. S p 500 is less than 5 , 4 and a quarter percent, i will note that Goldman Sachs reduced forecast for Economic Growth to 1. 2 due to coronavirus. Maria 1. 2. Dagen right, 2. 3 for the full year, the risk are skewed to the downside said goldman chiefs economic. 1. 3, almost 8 1. 377 but the 3 linchpins of this economy are very low Interest Rates with 30 or fixed rate, under 3 and a half , low oil and gasoline prices, oil lower on the fierce and then full employment, so that picture doesnt worsen, it actually improveses for the u. S. Consumer assuming that the world can get control of this virus. I think also what we have seen a worldwide response in terms of global banks basically coming out and saying we will fix this by lowering rate, rates are extremely low already as dagen said and the 10year is down to level as expectations grow that there might be a rate cut even. As we are speaking, its better than expected on both top and bottom line, company increasing dividend by 10 , andy, these are good numbers for home depot . They are good numbers but i think the market is reacting to the Trump Administration asking for 2. 5 billion to fight the virus, a billion to come up with a vaccine and youve got the world wade organization coming out and saying science may have something that lead to vaccine. I think that helps to calm the fears, worldwide you wonder what venezuela dependent on gas prices, how they are going to react to this, i think its going to have a negative impact across the world. Less in the United States, consumer may be okay. Dagen this is a jump ball, already the democrats politicizing this. Theyre indirectly trying to lay this this Virus Outbreak on President Trump. Maria unbelievable. Dagen jump ball. They claim he didnt ask for enough money, this is the same people screaming and yelling about deficit, 2. 5 billion. [laughter] maria all the criticism while the president is on foreign land. Lets not forget that. The president kicked off second day in and india. Earlier he held a round table with business leaders, the president to speak about the 2day diplomatic visit at 6 30 a. M. Eastern, we will take the press Conference Live when the president speaks, this is largely about getting india under the tent in terms of national security, teaming up with india against china in some ways because theres not a will of trade to be done and tariffs that india has in place that are among the biggest and highest tariffs of any other country, by the way. Most highly populated country in the world, what a market, its incredible what this president does out there negotiating with the various countries, how we really advance as American Interest far more than any president has in my lifetime. Maria you watch the Mainstream Media and they are just attacking him all of the time, i saw a clip of morning joe the other day and making fun of the taj mahal because that was one of the name of President Trumps hotels. The reality is india is our our most reasonable and likely ally as we confront an emerges and much more aggressive china, this is something that should have been high priority during obama years and it really was not because he didnt like towards the end of the time modi but theres a terrific alliance that we should be doing everything we can to foster. Maria its true, the first lady looks beautiful once again, a lot going on this morning. Classy woman. Maria very elegant. Markets this morning and stabilization going on and home depot earnings better than expected reports and then theres india, we are just Getting Started this morning, coming up President Trumps historic visit to india, we are standing by for News Conference later this hour and in about 20 minutes and then get them while they are hot, americas hottest cities that is for jobs, we are taking a look at most popular destinations this morning, plus a new way to praise, more americans leaving churches discovering new ways to worship, we are on that as well, quick break and markets looking for a rebound this morning after yesterdays sharp selloff and what you need to know, coronavirus fears this morning with the dow up 20 points, plus food why cosco would not let you into food courts anymore. Good to see you. Good to see you. Maria to get a sense of what its going to do but how do you position yourself even though its an unknown . 100 , the part that was unknown it felt last week that things were Getting Better, the increase of number cases in china, the order of magnitude of increase and decrease, the problem is over the weekend, half of the cases that were announced were outside of china, this opens up a new geography, we dont know if thats going to spread or be contained as quickly as we think it can. One of the god news is we are Getting Better at this in terms of finding out the news, theres a company in boston that was able to come up with a vaccine thats ready for human testing, the genetic code and the response is important and markets had really looked at this and saying, hey, if china is quickly reacting to this, if the World Organization is helping here and acting as quickly as we can, this can take contain, the mirror was shadowed over the weekend when it hit places like South Carolina, really important, italy the center of the European Manufacturing zone and all those things but i think we are in a place where this market should have had the reaction weeks ago and now you maria what im most worried about and i dont think people are talking enough, the healthcare piece of it, the fact that 70 of generic drugs, Prescription Drugs come from either china or india, yes, of course, i expect that we will get with thele necks and you will get supply chain disruption, but when youre talking about drug that is will affect peoples lives, do people understand how much drugs come from china . And how long we have been outsourced there and something that happened in the province where this started. The outsourcing for economic reason happened 10 years ago, now we are waking up to the fact that its concentrated concentre place, how the u. S. China trade negotiation process has gotten and companies are starting to move out. Thats part of the big Story Companies of all different kind are diversifying supply chains, nothing is god about the coronavirus but between trade dispute and the virus now companies are like really on the line, shareholders will demand diversifying, dont you think . The problem is you cant do that overnight, developing supply chains out of china, you cant immediate i will say, we can go to vietnam or we can go to mexico, when you think of specialty apparel, two largest thing that we source in china and the ability to get those things on shelves is going to be the Second Derivative of what slows down the u. S. Dagen its not the end product that you have to worry about, the American Chamber of commerce in vietnam, half of the manufacturers in vietnam were struggling to source supplies, the United Auto Worker Union announced theyll be problem, the components coming out of china. China will react vigorously to keep the supply chains in china, youre seeing reaction one, once the ploy chains leave, theyre gone, once you move, youre not going to do. China will do everything it can to keep things maria some people are saying no growth whatsoever, contraction in china for the First Quarter that will hit the u. S. , Federal Reserve cut 3 times last year, some are speculating maybe they do it again even though they are clear that they are on hold this year, does that change . It certainly changed and to your point it changes if, in fact, we see clear signals in our economy that this is trickling into our Economic Growth, so i think you brought up a very good point, is it the demand side of the issue that theres issues, the consumer demand is still going to be there, the supply side of that, the demand doesnt get destroyed but delayed. Certain things like apple iphone, certain kind of demand that gets destroyed, travel and leisure, right now the fed is looking at this how much is transitory and how much of this is actually been destroyed and do we actually need to go, i would tell you the bar for the fed is much lower for them to cut rates than it is for them to raise rates. Dagen but part of the problem is in the overinflation of all of these Asset Classes particularly in fixed income but also in the stock market and i mean globally, is because of what the Central Banks have been doing to that point. They have been pumping reserve, literally every central bank and created asset bubbles in lowerquality bonds as one example. You saw big selloff yesterday. Again, the remedy to fix the problem is actually what is causing some of this this inflation of assets. Maria by the way, we talked about yields, the low on 10year dagen on where we are with rockbottom levels. Dagen 1. 361 , closed at 1. 377 and the low is 1. 325 and closing low 1. 364. Maria not getting any yield at all, might as well buy companies that are paying dividends with low Interest Rates. They are getting very crowded. Maria thank you so much, or the hogan joining us. Mike bloomberg setting sights on Bernie Sanders at tonights big debate, we will take a look next and then you can finally bet on a friends reunion . Joker is poker with a j, coincidence. Thats joeincidence with a c. Maria the beloved show comeback, back in a minute. They answered 410 questions in 8 categories about vehicle quality. And when they were done, chevy earned more j. D. Power quality awards across cars, trucks and suvs than any other brand over the last four years. So on behalf of chevrolet, i want to say thank you, real people. Youre welcome. Were gonna need a bigger room. [ fastpaced drumming ] welcome back, Michael Bloomberg plan to go take aim at Bernie Sanders tonight, the former new york city mayor camp apparently focused on research, speaking out against vermont senator, topping half a billion dollars, that is an average of 5. 5 million a day since hes actually entered the 2020 race, bloomberg facing sanders tonight at South Carolina debate even though the billionaire will not be on the ballot back with me again liz, dagen and andy, and you havent heard a lot of programs or proposals to keep Economic Growth going from the democratic side. Tenth debate tonight and the first nine we havent heard one candidate say here is how we will create jobs, and here how we will create competition for employees that causes wages to rise, they dont talk about that at all, if you look at last gallup poll, 84 of americans said the economy was the number one issue, the bottom 3, lgbt rights, Climate Change and wealth distribution, how do you win a presidency, how do you win an election when you cant even talk in a debate about the issues thats most important to americans which is the economy. Maria unbelievable. The saddest thing is they are trying to run down the economy, their entire message is how terrible the country, how miserable everybody is and yet another gallup, 90 of americans are content with personal life which indicate they are pretty content with their financial situation; its ridiculous and flying into the headwind in trump economy and difficult thing, its astounding, andy is totally right, not once has any candidate talked about growth and providing better wages, better incomes, et cetera. Maria they say the economy is horrible except when obama wants to take credit. The most interesting thing in the polling about 75 in the Fidelity Investments poll, the quinnipiac poll, and the gallup, 75 of americans think theyll be better off in a year than they are now, well, how do you beat a president who has 75 of the population saying they will be better off economically when you have candidates that come in and say they want to blow up the economy. Dagen thats on President Trump in a way because he can easily make this referendum on his behavior and temperament if hes not careful and thats what all of the democrats are hoping for because the economy is god enough, are they and are they wishing that theres going to be a recession because of the coronavirus, they have to be careful that they dont appear like that, but Mike Bloomberg needs to hes got hes got to do something tonight. Hes got to punch back because, again, hes to clever and he really goes after President Trump on twitter because we now all know that youre not writing any of that. Maria wow, wow. Dagen hes not in charge of any of that, i doubt. Maria take the current dagen its called inauthentic. Maria last oped, surging sanders terrifies democrats. Whats amazing to me Bernie Sanders is not the only person that seems to have forgotten that the voters they need to win back in 2020 are the ones they lost in 2016, whether ucollar voters who dent like medicare for all and dont like democrats position about abortion and 10 other issues, nobody is speaking to those voters. Dagen 4. 4 million obama voters from 2012 who did not come out in 2016 and vote at all and over half of them are people of color, about onethird of them are black voters, so, again, certainly Bernie Sanders is doing a very good job with latino voters, you saw that show up, the problem that the democratic establishment has been the shame police for the 4 years and they can only focus on shaming anybody who discusses a maga hat and they missed whats going on with Bernie Sanders and apparatus and the people who work for him. Maria you make a good important point. Thats what brad pascal, is trying to figure out who didnt come back, trying to figure out where the people in america of indian decent to actually get them to come out in november, so we have a lot to talk about this morning. President trump is on the world stage, we are looking at historic visit to india as we await News Conference expected moments from now, we will take you there live, lunch rules, why cosco would not let anybody into its food courts anymore, thats next. [shouting] [clapping and shouting] [cymbals clanging] [knocking] room for seven. And much, much more. The firstever glb. Lease the glb 250 suv for just 419 a month at your local mercedesbenz dealer. Everything your trip needs, for everyone you love. Expedia. Maria welcome back, two major u. S. Companies warning coronavirus hitting their bottom line. Cheryl casone with details. Cheryl demand has fallen and route united has reduced Financial Guidance due to outbreak and master card says drop in travel goes on firstquarter revenue growth, fall 2 to 3 percentage points, share offense master card under pressure, and this will extend yesterdays sharp losses if the stock opens up this level. Coronavirus taking a bite out of iphone sales, sales plunging 28 in january from december, thats according to Research Firm note from ubs, the bank also warning that sales for this month are likely to be far worse due to supply and demand issues, taking a look at apple slightly higher in premarket and we, of course, are watching stock in the premarket and cosco closing the doors to its food court but only for some, the membership only stores changing policies, they are barring nonmembers, but those wanting to keep the perk, the cosco membership 60 per year, brilliant, maria. Maria theyre allowed to do it. Expanding partnership, President Trump a 3 billiondollar defense deal with india earlier today, the country is to buy state of the art american helicopters, at time when china is flexing in south asia. General, always pleasure to see you, thank you so much for being here. Good to see you, maria. Maria tell us about this because we know china is trying to become the global power of the world, this buy from india is important in that context. We are in competition with china and russia and russia is supplier of Indian Military weapons so the fact that we got a 3 billiondollar deal offsets russias influence and maintains neutrality but russia does have some influence over them and then the implications of that certainly is that the United States gets closer to india, bilateral trade agreement that the president is working is center stage, certainly but so is defense deal and part as overall strategy that the administration has dealing with the indo pacific region, by the way, the name was changed Pacific Command indicating the western pacific in Southeast Asia to include indo pacific when this administration came on because they we wanted to pull india into that sphere, why is that . You mentioned it, China Economic predatory in the region trying to dominate this entire region geo politically, we want to be close the other india to push back on china, maria, with our allies and australia, japan, South Carolina and also taiwan. Maria thats a really important point to make and not the mention the fact that there are plenty of americans with indian decent who the president is trying to reach come the ballot box this november. Theres that. Well, theres no doubt about that. Clearly huge amount of indians in our country, largely all american citizens, still have ties to their country and im convinced theyre celebrating the fact that the president is there, he wants closer ties with their homeland, thats all very positive thing, i think, for the president. This this meeting while its short has significance strategic implications and more important in some other International Business that the president s made. Maria let me ask you as i stay in the region, the u. S. And taliban taking step toward peace deal, the two sides agree to go hostilities, if this hold, i want to know if you think it will, a broader agreement on saturday, general, with the president in india, what kind of an impact can the new delhi peace deal in afghanistan . Its highly unlikely in bilateral discussions, the president is advocating that he wants india support to move forward and impeach agreement, he knows that india has a relationship with the president of afghanistan who was just recently reelected. He would want his support for that and also knows that pakistan has been troublesome to us throughout our own entire 19year history here because they had to establish safe havens to the afghan in their own country, yes, this is going to be very complicated. I think the reduction of violence will likely hold. The president will sign another deal but its the beginning of a very long process, afghan government, taliban talking for the first time, major obstacles between them politically, we have a long way to go before we ever reach a final settlement. Maria meanwhile we still have major frightening moments most recent in europe, a car plowing through a carnival in western germany injuring 50 people, 29yearold was arrested on suspicion of homicide but the motive unclear, your reaction, general, this has been and im not saying this necessarily was terrorism but this is the latest over theseveral years that the terrorists have decided is there new weapon driving vehicles into large crowds. Yeah, we dont know the motivation but clearly an attack because he drove around and plowed into it, doesnt sound like anything accidental here, clear intent to do harm, what his motivation is, the police dont know yet, and hes seriously injured and maybe a while before they can talk to him, just a week ago we had a rightwing extremist kill 8 people who are immigrants outside of frankfurt, south of this location and then kill his mother and himself, its too early to speculate what whats the motivation of this person and why hes killing his own citizens. Maria general, any thoughts on the administration now asking the Office Management office for 2 and a half billion dollars to fight coronavirus in terms of what that means in terms of the money that is allocated for defense, i mean, we talked a lot about the readiness of the u. S. Military today, how how does it look today to you . Well, first of all, the Trump Defense buildup is something that absolutely needed very similar to Reagan Defense buildup when we came out of vietnam war and the third year of that, fourth year coming and its absolutely essential to dig us out of a hole, but look, we have a major problem on our hands if Something Like that came to the United States, fortunately its in very low numbers and we probably have one of the best healthcare Protection Systems in the world making certain it doesnt spread, any resources that need to be apply today that preventing becoming epidemic is certainly understandable. Maria general, good talking to you, general jack keane joining us this morning, former egyptian president has died according to Egyptian State india, arab spring, spent 6 years in jail, he was released in 2017 after being cleared of his charges, barak was 91 years old, quick break, what you need to know about the symptoms, markets looking for rebound, dow industrials at the high of the morning up 106 points right now, dating in the golden years, the new bachelor for seniors, dont miss that. Liberty mutual customizes your Car Insurance so you only pay for what you need. Only pay for what you need. Liberty. Liberty. Liberty. Liberty. Maria welcome back, breaking news, irans Deputy Health minister tested virus for coronavirus according to state media, coronavirus fears taking a toll on stocks yesterday, Global Markets down sharply, we want to illustrate how the virus attack it is human body and why its so dangerous, joining us nicole saphier, fox news medical contributor, also the author make america healthy again, great to have you this morning, thanks so much for being here. Thank you very much. Maria start with the lungs, tell us coronavirus attacks the body . Respiratory viruses, because its respiratory the lungs are what is infected first and thats what we see the majority of people having symptoms. Its important to say over 80 have just mild symptoms, so upper respiratory cost and in some cases you can have lifenonthreatening pneumonia and in fewer cases acute respiratory, ards, they fill up fluid and air sacks in the lungs which make oxygen transport very difficult into the lungs, into the bloodstream and you can imagine the sequence of events, if you have poor oxygen flow, this will have events everywhere else in the body, its important to say its not necessarily direct damage from the virus thats causing this rather complex immune response of our own body and so some people call septic syndrome, lowest Blood Pressure in the body and this can affect many other organs including the brain, the heart, hyperperfusion and this is when you start to see extreme cases of the disease and why some people may actually die from it. Maria study shows that its similar to sars and mers in that regard . Your body will have the same response in cases of severe trauma and other severe infections, bacterial infections. A study that came out of china where they studied 17,000 people in china show 2 of people are dieing from this virus but we have to highlight thats in china where they do not have Strong Health care system, in the United States and other countries we think cdr is less than 1 , more than we are seeing with the flu but still less than 1 . Its been little alarming to me, we are hearing flu are attacking old people and infants, i heard a lot of deaths are 40s and 50s, is this unusual in that respect . A lot of things are unusual, sars had 10 death rate and mers over 30 , i want to highlight not as many people are dying from this and probably fewer because of underreporting of cases but what is interesting when it comes to coronavirus, less than 2 are affecting children under 19 years of age is young adults an the elderly, elderly and those with preexisting medical conditions are the ones that are having the more severe illnesses but you have to think of it this way, adults have more complexed immune systems, we have been exposed through more. Maria what role does blood play in the coronavirus . Its mainly transferred through lungs and im hesitant that it can be transferred fecal or possible that we may see transmission that way in the future but likely just mostly respiratory like common cold. When you have hyperperfusion of the kid nice, you kidneys, you can go into kidney failure and how we respond to a viral infection. Maria we will take a break, when we come back facebook reporting suspicious activity relating to Bernie Sanders content, we will take a look at that families stick together even in midair, the new petition to airlines making a buzz this morning all right after this. Maria welcome back, time for morning buzz, first up love in golden years, abc the bachelor might be getting a new edition for Senior Citizens, the Company Testing idea on men and women 65 an older looking for love and why not . Andy, what do you think . Im the right guy for the story. [laughter] but when i was running c, can we were wonder who to advertise to, you can advertise people who aspire to be young which is everybody and people who aspire to be old which is nobody. Its interesting to know how it does, itll be interesting to see how it goes. It depends upon who they pick and the personalities of the people but it is theres a baby boomer audience thats still out there, so maybe they can appeal. Dagen please, weve all had friends and family members in retirement communities even in nursing homes, they get busy. They get frisky. They do. Dagen single, you know, like men, you know, they are single older men in short supply. Maria how about this, urging Major Airlines to allow for children under 13 to sit together without a seat, received more than 100 complaints about seating assignment fees, about 45,000 people have signed the petition so far, makes sense to me. Dagen its 100 people, get over it. We are really going to change the rules for 100 complaints. You book early dont you get to sit together . People usually will switch seats so you can sit with your kids, if this is a big issue it would surprise me. I have 6 kids and we traveled so i cant imagine dagen maybe separating the families is more healthy so people the kids dont fight like my brother and i used to, a lot. Maria finally, theyll be there for you after a 11year break of friends reunion in the works, the entire cast returning on hbo max for much anticipated special this year, fans will stream all 10 seasons, liz, are you a friends fan . My entire family is friends fans im not sure that was grammatically correct, this is something that people have been looking for 10 years. Whats really fun is the original cast, of course, because thats essential, but also the original Creative Team and, you know, you have to go back and look at the episodes, the language, the humor is so wonderful and thankfully the same people who brought it to us 16 years ago are going to be doing it back again. I think its terrific, by the way, we dont know if its one episode or multiple episodes, if its successful, who knows, maybe theyll do several. Maria this is the way to get your fees up, you will pay for it. Totally right. Maria its a fan favorite. Quick break, we are awaiting President Trump speaking live from new delhi this morning, we will take you live to india once he gets ready to speak, millennials and financial priorities, what they are spending money on next hour, stay with us. We just had a meeting, a lot of the press was there. Theyre going to be investing billions of dollars in our country. That was the purpose of the trip also. Were all set for 3 billion worth of helicopters, the apaches and various other types, in addition to other equipment, theyre buying that. And theyre buying a lot. Theyre going to be buying a lot and theyre also going to be buying a lot of our energy, all forms of our energy, because they need energy and we have more than anybody. Theyre also going to be buying a lot of our energy, all forms of our energy, because they need energy and we have more than anybody. Were number one in the world now in energy. So thats going to be very exciting. I thought it was a great two days, it was a fantastic two days. Im going to be not at all controversial. I dont want to blow the two days, plus two days of travel, on one answer. One little answer, little answer like john will ask me one little simple question, and youll blow it out and that will be the end of the trip, they wont even talk about the trip. Ill be very, very conservative in my answers, if you dont mind. But we did, we had a great time. We had a great meeting great meetings, and were going for a state dinner and after that we get back onto the plane and we go back home. Its going to be about 19 hours. But we look forward to it, getting tomorrow, but this is a tremendous country. They really like us. I think they like us more now than theyve ever liked out, frankly. We have a really great relationship between the Prime Minister and m myself. I think it was really worth it. You may ask about the coronavirus, which is very well under control in our country. We have very few people with it and the people that have it are in all cases, i have not heard anything other, maybe theres something new, because for two days i havent been seeing too much of that news, very much news, because its been allencompassing. We accomplished a lot here. We had a lot of meetings, as you know. The people are Getting Better, theyre all Getting Better. We brought in some americans from a ship because it was really the right thing to do and theyre in quarantine and we think theyll be in very good shape, very soon. We discussed a lot of different elements. We actually discussed the coronavirus and at this moment india doesnt have much of a problem, they feel. We certainly it wasnt expressed that they did, which was great. And i think that whole situation will start working out. A lot of talent, a lot of brain power is being put behind it. Two andahalf billion dollars were putting in. I see that Chuck Schumer criticized it, he thought it should be more. And if i gave more, hed say it should be less. Automatic. You know, with these characters, theyre just not good for our country. I gave more, hed say it should be less. But thats what they do. In the meantime, thats all they can do. Theyre not getting anything done. We have so many things we could get didnt we could seesly we could easily do springs drugs. Last year was the first year Prescription Drug prices went down. We need additional votes. We would really drive them down, as you know. With that, i think what well do is take some questions and well go to a nice state dinner and then we go home. Yeah, john, go ahead. Mr. President , you just addressed coronavirus, so i will put that aside for the moment. You tweeted about Justice Sotomayor yesterday, saying she and Justice Ginsburg should recuse themselves from future cases dealing with the administration. What is the basis for your opinion on that . Well, its very obvious. I mean, i always thought that, frankly, that Justice Ginsburg should do it because she went wild during the campaign when i was running. I dont know who she was for, perhaps she was for hillary clinton, if you can believe it. But she said some things that were obviously very inappropriate. She later sort of apologized. I wouldnt say it was an apology but she sort of apologized and then Justice Sotomayor said what she said yesterday, you know very well what she said yesterday. It was a big story. I dont know how they cannot recuse themselves for anything having to do with trump or trump related. The right thing to do is that. As a Supreme Court justice theres a different standard but at the same time i think its a higher standard in a certain sense. So theyll have to decide what to do. But her statement was so inappropriate. When youre a justice of the Supreme Court and its almost what shes trying to do is take the people that do feel a different way and get them to vote the way that she would like them to vote. I just thought it was so inappropriate, such a terrible statement for a Supreme Court justice. What was inappropriate about the statement . Im not an attorney, so i cant really look into she seemed to criticize the white house for running to the Supreme Court at the drop of a hat. I dont think that was it. I think what she did say is shes trying to shame the way i look at it, shes trying to shame people with perhaps a different view into voting her way and thats so inappropriate. So lets see what happens. We have things, whether or not they recuse themselves, both look, Justice Ginsburg during my campaign, i protested at the time, she apologized in a very minor form and what Justice Sotomayor said yesterday was really highly inappropriate and everybody agrees to that. Virtually everybody. Ive seen papers on it, people cannot believe that she said it. Yeah, go ahead. Thank you, mr. President. The Intelligence Community believes that russia is trying to meddle in the 2020 election. Do you agree with their assessment and what is your message to Vladimir Putin about potentially interfearing, regardless of the candidate they support . What im reading, again, im over here for the last number of days, but they went to see bernie and they told bernie about something having to do with they want bernie to win. They did not tell me. Intelligence never told me and we have a couple people here that would know very well. They never told me anything about that and it was sort of a strange thing that they went to bernie and now i find out, if i believe what i read and some of your documents and some of your papers that its a highly it was highly exaggerated and, frankly, i think its disgraceful and i think it was leaks from the intelligence committee, house version, and i think that they leaked it, i think probably schiff leaked it but people within that schiff leaked it in my opinion and he shouldnt be leaking things like that. Its a terrible thing to do. But basically they would like to see bernie is probably winning and looks like hes winning and hes got a head of steam and they maybe dont want him for obvious reasons. So they dont want him so they put out a thing that russias backing him. This is what they do. Ive gone through it for a long time. I get it. I get the game better than anybody. And thats the way it is. Terrible thing to say. And they didnt say it about me. I will say this. Somebody leaked it in intelligence but nobody ever told me that. We have ambassador obrien in the audience someplace and he can tell you this was never discussed with us. So i think its terrible. They ought to stop the leaking from intelligence committee. And if they dont stop it, i cant imagine that people are not going to go after them and find out whats happening. Yeah, please. Do you believe go ahead, maam. Mr. President , this is from indian tv news. [ indiscernible ] the way the deal is being worked out, what would be indias role and pakistans role in the region. I think india would like to see it happen. I spoke with Prime Minister mode today and modi, and they would very much like to see it happen. Were pretty close. Well see whats going on. Weve got two days now under our belt without violence or i guess a minimum of violence and well see what happens. But people want to see it. Its very interesting. Everybodys happy about it. Even people that are normally against me, like 99. 9 of the time. Because weve been there for 19 years and everybody would like to see it happen. I was actually surprised. I thought the schumers of the world would say whatever the opposite is, because thats all they can do, crying chuck. But people are really theyre really happy to see that were trying very hard. You know, were bringing down to 86 8,600 and from there well make a decision as to what the final outcome will be. But theres been tremendous praise for the fact were doing something. Other administrations have tried to do something, in particular, the previous administration, for a long time. They were never able to get anything done. And were really serving not as a military force as we are a police force and were not a police force. They have to police their own country. Were not a police force. Its like law enforcement. And thats the way it is. So we would like to after 19 i can tell you, after 19 years, we would like to bring our young people back home. Bring them thats where they want to be. And well always have intelligence there. Well have other things there. But we would like to bring them for the most part, we would like to bring them back home. We want to watch the area. The area is a hot bed of problems. And when we bring them home, well let them know if something happens, we will hit them so hard and we could win that easily if i wanted to kill millions of people. I dont want to kill millions of people, innocent people. We could win that very easily. We could act as a military force to win, not a military force to just take care of things in that very, very difficult part of the world. Its a very difficult part, very dangerous part of the world. So lets see what happens. So far, so good. So far but im very impressed with the kind of kudos were getting. Yes, please. Mr. President , namaste. Im chief of news, i interviewed you during your last campaign. I asked you this question about a trump doctrine about fighting [ indiscernible ] you discussed Prime Minister modi and spoke about a modi doctrine. What is your roadmap to fight radical terrorism . I dont think anybody has done more than i have, if you look. I came in and if you check your maps and look at iraq and syria, it was all over. In fact, they had it painted a certain color. I wont tell you what color because it doesnt meamplet somebody will say it matter. Somebody will say it was a republican color. I dont want to get people confused. It happened to be red and it was basically trying to show where isis was in those areas. And it was out of control. And i gave the orders and we have 100 of the caliphate. We have tens of thousands of people in prisons now, theyre being guarded by the kurds and others. Europe should take a lot of them back. So far, they havent agreed to do that. They should do that. We did them a big favor. We captured them. We did that. Killed al baghdadi a few months ago and Sol Soleimani is gone, o longer putting roadside bombs all over the place. He was the father, the king of the roadside bomb, all of those young people you see with missing legs and missing legs and arms, ive seen every come by combination, the legs are go. You go over to walter reed the doctors at walter reed are incredible, what theyre able to do, incredible. Thats what his thing was. He thought that was a beautiful weapon, roadside bombs, its a cowards bomb. And all of these young people that have been so badly hurt and we did a big favor. In addition to that, as you know, hamza bin laden is gone, he was looking to do damage and hes gone. And alqaida last week, you saw what happened there. So nobodys done more than what ive done and but at the same time, russia should do it. Iran should do it. Iraq should do it. Syria should do it. You know, were in a different part of the world. Were doing it. Everybody says youre the only ones that can do it. Well, at some point these other countries, i mean, iran should do it. Iran hates isis. And they should do it. And weve done a great job. Weve taken our soldiers essentially out of syria except for little hot spots that we figured well do that develop, but weve taken the oil and the soldiers we have there, the ones guarding the oil, we have the oil. So thats all we have there and now we have if you look, we are down to a small force in iraq. Were down to a small force, very shortly. But right now even we have a small force in afghanistan. And so were moving out and moving around. But the only soldiers we have in terms of syria, the predominant number of soldiers are the ones guarding the oil. What about terror groups in pakistan . Thats a big concern in the region and you know there are a lot of terror groups who pose danger to the United States and democracies like india as well. I agree. You also have other countries that can do this. The United States is 8,000 miles away. And theyre all saying could you do it. Weve been doing it for a long time. But ive been doing it much better than anyone else has done it. I mean, what weve done in the last couple of years has been incredible. We have 100 of the caliphate. Remember we had 99 , i said good, were leaving and i was hit with people couldnt believe it. They said do 100. So we did 100. I did 100 with some great generals, that knew exactly what they were doing. They were unbelieveable. We took 100 of the caliphate. We have thousands of prisoners locked up, these are isis fighters and they killed thousands, not that i want to do that. I dont want to do that. But thats what we had to do. And when i came in, isis was all over the place. It was totally outofcontrol. Please. Thank you. While youve been here in the country in the capital, northeast part of delhi, there have been violent clashes, police have been killed, some demonstrators, nine deaths so far we hear and about 100 plus injured. What did Prime Minister modi say to you about this amended citizenship law and how concerned are you about this kind of religious violence . We did talk about religious freedom. I will say that the Prime Minister was incredible on what he told moment he wants people to have religious freedom and very strongly. He said in india they have worked very hard to have great and open religious freedom and if you look back and look at whats going on, relative to other places especially, but they have really worked hard on religious freedom. I asked that question in front of a large group of people today and he talked about it. We talked about it for a long time. And i really believe thats what he wants. As far as the individual attack, i heard about it but i didnt discuss that with him. Thats up to india. Yeah, go ahead. Please. Hi, sir. Emily gooden with the daily mail. Com. Do you think justice was served in the Harvey Weinstein case . I was never a fan of Harvey Weinstein, as you know. He said he was going to work hard to defeat me in the election. How did that work out, by the way . Im trying to figure that out. He was a person i didnt like, never liked. I dont know too much about the case. As you know, between traveling and being at meetings almost every hour of the day, every minute of the day, i havent been able to see too much of it. I was just not a fan of his. I knew him a little bit, not very well. I knew him because he was in new york. Not a person that i like. I will say, the people that liked him were the democrats. Michelle obama loved him. Loved him. Hillary clinton loved him. And he gave tremendous money to the democrats and i guess my question is, will the democrats be asking for that money back. Because he gave a lot of money to the democrats. And its too bad. But thats the way it worked out. Yeah, peter. I just want to follow up on that very quickly if i can, mr. President , then i have a question i wanted to ask you. On the Harvey Weinstein situation, this is viewed as a milestone for the me too movement. What message can you as president deliver to women in america who are still afraid to come forward and share their stories of Sexual Harassment and assault . Well, again, i dont know the actual results. I havent seen too much because ive been in india, as you know. Aside from the i think from the standpoint from women, im i think it wasa great thing. It was a great victory. And sends a very strong message. Very, very strong message, peter. Please. Can i followup. On coronavirus specifically, 2014 when the ebola situation was very concerning to so Many Americans you tweeted ebola patient will be brought to u. S. In a few days, i know for sure our leaders are im competent. You incompetent. More than 20 americans have been brought to the United States with coronavirus. By your message, does that mean your government has been incompetent with coronavirus, does that mean your government has been incompetent . Are you pleased with the response. Theres a big difference in case you dont know between ebola and coronavirus. Its like day and night. I felt we should bring them back, theyre americans. We should bring them back. With ebola its very explosive. Its very terrible. Were making tremendous strides on ebola with things were doing. Let me answer the question. But theres a tremendous theres a vast difference in bringing especially in around 14 was that 14 or 12, and at that time nobody had ever even heard of ebola or ever conceived of something where you basically people bodie would disintegra. Were still working on ebola. To be clear, all excuse me. Were doing a vaccine. Were doing a lot of things having to do with ebola. Were not forgetting about ebola. Thats a horrible thing. But we have that now very much under control other than certain parts of the congo where they are having war and we cant get in. So were still working on that. But as far as the as far as what were doing with the new virus, i think were doing a great job. I felt that and the decision was knead gentleman was made in japan, let these americans come back and well see where they are. But they were immediately put into quarantine. Theres no problem with it whatsoever. Theyre all in quarantine. As you know, i approved 2. 5 billion for just that purpose and also for working on getting a vaccine. For clarity, those with ebola, when they were brought here were quarantined and all the americans also survived, right . But the level of death withy dougebola, it was virtually 100. None of the americans that came here. Theres a very good chance youre not going to die. Very much the opposite. Talking about 1 or 2 . In the other case it was a virtual 100 . Now they have studied it, they know very much. Were very close to a vaccine. Yeah, please, go ahead. Go ahead, peter. Maria President Trump giving a press conference this morning in new delhi, india. Talk about a whole host of subjects there, the president talked about his time in india and the military deals that the president has been able to execute with india, of course that partly bringing india under the tent in terms of national security. Making sure to have an ally in india against china who of course has goals to be the number one super power globally as well as economically as well as militarily, talked about the coronavirus and the fact that the president and administration is asking for 2. 5 billion to either come up with some kind of treatment or make sure this country is prepared for whats taking place. Whatever it takes. I mean, the good news is, there are some drugs that apparently are effective in combating this virus, gillead is the purchase veigheveigh purveyor of one f those. Our hospitals need to be prepared in china. One of the Biggest Issue has been hospital workers, medical workers getting infected. Our hospitals have to be ready for that. And i think this is something that of course President Trump has already been attacked by Chuck Schumer and others on the democrats side saying its not enough. As the president rightly said, had he committed more, it would be too much. I think were doing some of the right things and hopefully we wont have one of these cells. I wish i had a chance to ask the doctor who was on earlier, we still dont know how this is transmitted. We dont know why it is that a little cell in iran all of a sudden pops up or milan where theres no particular connection to china. Yesterday i think the market reacted to that uncertainty and lack of knowledge as much as anything else. We just dont know enough. Maria we dont also know where this originated. Exactly. Maria theres a lot of conversation out there about the level four lab that happens to be in wuhan. The president took questions from john roberts, talked about Supreme CourtJustice Sotomayor and her comments in terms of the Supreme Court and also even Harvey Weinstein came up in the press conference a minute ago. Does that strike you . Dagen i think hes going to have to, as he was in this press conference and despite taking that question, answering about Sonya Sotomayor and Justice Ginsburg, hes relatively reserved. Hes respectful of where he is and he also is trying to be respectful of what is going on in the world in terms of this coronaVirus Outbreak, i think the infection is so much larger than it was during sars, so he is i think thats going to be important in the days and weeks to come as the world tries to get its arms around this. Maria the president talking about people who are the way they treat him versus other president s. Lets listen in. As you will admit, in fact you wrote very nicely, i appreciate it, the poll numbers have gone up very much. Thats not appropriate to benefit by Something Like that. Then there was supposed to be a second whistleblower. As soon as i released the transcripts, the second whistleblower was gone. What happened to the second whistleblower . Ill ask you where is he . Remember, he or she. The second whistleblower was going to happen, it was a matter of moments and then i released the real call, the transcripts which are now 100 accurate, even according to Lieutenant Colonel vindman, so we want to have people that are good for the country, are loyal to our country because that was a disgraceful situation. Please. Mr. President , im from. Parliamentary channel of india. Indias [ indiscernible ] even Prime Minister modi said you are very good friends. What is your strategy about terrorism coming from pakistan to india. We have been suffering from this type of terrorism for the last 20 years or so. What is your strategy . What are you going to do . We talked a lot about pakistan. I have a very Good Relationship with Prime Minister kahn. Very good. We talked about it at length, Prime Minister modi no question its a problem. Its a problem, theyre woking on it. Dark dark working on it. Theres no pullback from india. I said ill help, ill do whatever i have to do, if i can do that. Because my relationship with both gentlemen is so good. But there has been difficulty in pakistan and were seeing what we can do about i anything i can do to mediate, anything i can do to help, i will do. Theyre working on kashmir. Kashmir has been a thorn in a lot of peoples sides for a long time. And there are two sides to every story. But theyve been working on that very hard. We discussed it at great length, terrorism, and i think we have some very good ideas. Hes very, very strongly against terrorism. Ill tell you, Prime Minister modi is a very hes a very religious man, as you know, hes a very calm man. But hes actually a very, very strong person, very tough, actually. Ive seen him in action. And hes got that foremost in his mind, terrorism. Hell take care of it. Please. Go ahead, you, right here. Right there. Mr. President , thank you. Have been waiting for far too long. We would like you to your twoday meeting. Before coming to india you said trade deal will be later but of course sometime soon. In the morning you talked about you are already the fifth supplier to our country. You said other sources also. We would like you to elaborate on that. When youre talking about security and energy deals, what are we looking at and is nuclear happening . So we talked about many things, many, many things. We talked about iran. We talked about iraq. We talked about we were together for two days. Im going to be with Prime Minister modi tonight for a state dinner at 7 00. It starts at 7 00, i believe. And we talked about exactly all of the things youre talking about. We also talked about tariffs because as you know, india is probably the highest tariffed nation in the world. Meaning charging tariffs to outsiders and i said we have to stop that. We have to stop, at least as it pertains to the United States. And i think were understanding each other. With china, we worked a deal and we worked it because of the tariffs and i was able to leave the tariffs on. That will take care of phase two. We still have 25 on 250 billion. But in the meantime, were working with china very much on the we feel thats something. I spoke to president xi the other day. He is so committed to solving that problem. He is working very hard. He is very capable. The country is very capable. And it snuck up on him. I think hes going to do well. Now you see its going to south korea, its going to italy and its going to other places. But i spoke to all of them. Theyre all working very, very hard on it. The United States, because of an early decision i made, i made a decision, i believe it was the first time its ever been done, we closed the country to certain areas, as you know. And i was criticized for that decision. Now theyre saying it was a good decision. I think it was a good decision because we have very few people and you can add to it a few people that we took in because theyre americans. I mean, what are we going to do . They were almost in between countries where people werent going to take them and theyre americans. But theyre fully quarantined. They call it fully quarantined. So we did the right thing. If you were out there, if you were an american and you refused to have any help from your country, these were wonderful people. Wasnt their fault. So but were down to were really down to probably 10. Most of the people are outside of danger right now. Weve had a very strict line on the people that were taken, the areas from which we take. I did it very early. It was never done before and i did it early so i think it was a good decision as it turned out. Yeah, please. Just wanted to follow up on my colleagues question about russian interference. Can you pledge to the American People that you will not accept any foreign assistance in the upcoming election . And on this idea of a purchasing in your administration, there was recently the departure of your acting dni, joseph mcgwire, you repliesed him with your ambassador to germany, rick grinnell. Some critics pointed out that ambassador grinnell has no intelligence experience. How can you justify to the American People having an acting dni with no intelligence experience. First of all, i want no help from any country. And i havent been given help from any country and if you see what cnn, your wonderful network said, i guess they apologized in a way fordidnt they apologize for the fact that they said certain things that werent what wawhat was their apology. Your record is so bad, you ought to be ashamed of yourself. Im not ashamed of anything in our organization. You probably have the worst record in the history of broadcasting. As far as mcgwire is concerned, hes a terrific guy. March 11th his time ended anyway. His time came up. We would have had to by statute we would have had to change him. Will your new dni have experience in the intelligence field. Yes. Were talking to five different people right now. All people that you know, all people that you respect and ill ill make a decision probably over the next week to two weeks. We have some very good people. Joe mcgwire is a very excellent guy, a very good man and his time was march 11th, i believe it was march 11th where he would have had to leave. He wasnt sufficiently loyal to you . He would have had to leave on march 11th. Were going to be making a decision on dni very shortly. Thank you, sir. Yeah, please. Go ahead, please. Yeah. Mr. President thats not nice. Let her do it. You ripped the mic out of her hand. You cant do that. Maria he was taking a question from jim acosta from cnn. It got heated with jim acosta saying that the cnn record of truth is high and strong and accurate which we all know is not the case because for three years cnn has actually been peddling this story that donald trump colluded with the russians. Amazing that jim acosta was there to talk about that. The president was clear in his response, saying i dont want any help from any country and i didnt accept any help from any country. This is a narrative that the democrats and the critics of the president have been able to continue to peddle on and on and on and this most recent briefing behind closed doors where adam schiff says russia is trying to meddle again and he tried to connect the president with it, which which apparently is not true, was not true in the briefing, that congress heard, was that that connection was not made. Its so offensive and it really kind of speaks to the fact that the democrats still do not understand how President Trump won in 2016. They really dont understand why so Many American voters decided that he was a better choice than hillary clinton. Ic at the end of the day, that is their biggest problem. Maria theres a reason that cnn ratings have plummeted. Dagen theyre trying to make them the story. The story is the American People, not you as an individual trying to create a viral moment for yourself because it fills your empty soul. Maria there you go. Lets get back to the president now. When india sends motorcycles into the u. S. , virtually no tariff. For the most part there is absolutely no tariff. So i just said thats unfair. And were working it out. Were working it out. Go ahead. Good evening. I think well win that one easily. Were working on that. Were working on that. Good evening. Its not a fair situation, when one company is paying 100 and in the case of numerous companies, not just harley, but when theyre paying tremendous and actually tariffs were raised not too long ago. And we also did there was a form of rent control that was if you put it in a different sense, it was given to india and we terminated that. You know that. We terminated it. No, were talking we have great discussions. Look, its i cant lose this. I cant lose it. You know why, ill never lose it. Its too easy. Because i was resig reciprocal. Those be reciprocal. The money youre talking about is major but the United States has to be treated fairly. And india understands that. The relationship is outstanding but india understands that. Weve had a tremendous deficit for many, many years with india, with everybody, with frankly so many different countries. Weve had a massive, massive deficit. But a large deficit, 30 billion with india, its now down to 24 billion because of what weve been doing. But still, thats too high. We shouldnt have a 24 billion deficit. With other countries, we have more than that. Japan, were doing now 40 billion is coming in. A lot of very good deals are being made and theyll be kicking in toward the end of the year. I would say if the deal happens with india, it will be toward the end and if it doesnt happen well do Something Else that will be very satisfactory. It will be very good. Go ahead. You said that you would like [ indiscernible ] id like to be able discusexcuseme. I didnt say anything about that. I said kashmir, theres a big problem between pakistan and india. And i think theyre going to work out their problem but i will say, theyve been doing it for a long time. What is your position at the moment on india, [ indiscernible ] at the moment. I dont want to discuss that. Im going to leave that to india. Hopefully theyre going to make the right decision for the people. Thats really up to india. Go ahead. Please, please. Thank you, mr. President. My name is an indian journalist. I have a simple question. Now back home, when you reflect upon your tour of india, the first diplomatic visit to the country, how would you describe it, cultural diplomacy, or do you have any other word for that . First of all, i would describe it as incredible. When i looked at the various things, like today when we went you probably saw where we were and when you look at all of the things that weve seen today, when we look at yesterday the taj mahal and other things, in addition to working in between and even during where we worked very long and hard with representatives from india, most particularly with the Prime Minister, i just think its an incredible country. Its got unbelievable energy. You see that when you come in from the plane. When you see from i think i can say virtually from the plane to whatever venue we were going to, it was wall to wall people. Theyve never seen anything like it. Somebody said it was the greatest greeting ever given to any head of state, from any country. Now, india has more people than any other country, little bit more than china, little bit. How would you describe it diplomatically, is it trump diplomacy. I think the diplomacy is a diplomacy of great friendship and respect. I think its going to work out very well. I admire your country tremendously. I respect your Prime Minister tremendously. And i think its really a diplomacy of friendship and i think its going to work out very well. Okay. Okay. Go ahead, please. Please, go ahead, right nexto steve. Maria the president conting this press conference, talking with reporters, the issue of tariffs came up as well and the fact that india has the highest tariffs of any of them, so hes trying to get those numbers down as well. The white house cracking down on coronavirus, that of course one of the topics as well. The Trump Administration is asking for 2. 5 billion as part of its emergency plan to fight the deadly outbreak. We will get back to the conference with the president as news develops. But so far, here are the numbers. 0 80,000 people are infected with coronavirus across the world. President trump commented on the outbreak moments ago, live in india. You may ask about the coronavirus, which is very well under control in our country. We have very few people with it and the people that have it are in all cases, i have not heard anything other. Maria joining us right now is pennsylvania congressman, scott perry. Good to see you this morning. Thanks very much for joining us. Great to see you, maria. Maria your reaction to what you heard from the president. Lets talk about this 2. 5 billion number in terms of the white house asking omb for the supplemental money. Is this enough to ensure that this country is prepared and how prepared are we, really . Well, we need to be better prepared for sure and i think this is a wakeup call take all of america about supply chains and critical things that we need including medicines, many of them developed and coming from china, being produced in china and the fact that we dont have the capacity to do that currently. So i think this is a wakeup call. Were going to look at the numbers. I think one of the most important things to be concerned with is testing and of course increased or shortened time line for a vaccine, production of a vaccine, but testing currently, i think theres about a 2 fatality rate with the coronavirus as it currently stands. Keep in mind, that 1,000 people died last month in the United States of influenza. So we want to make sure we keep it in perspective but we also want to make sure it doesnt get out of hand. I think the president s done a pretty darn good job when you consider 8,000 people come from the United States into the United States from china. Testing and monitoring those people, its critically important to make sure we dont have an epidemic outbreak in the United States. Maria what else is this money going to be used for . I recognize there are a handful of Companies Working on vaccine or some kind of treatment but where else do you see the holes in terms of preparedness. Well, i think its really in treatment and early testing, testing like i said is key. We have to identify who may be at risk and its also dealing with logistics of the quarantining and of the increased the speed at which we can produce a vaccine. There are just things that we cant you cant beat the time continuum in certain ways and increased funding will allow a broader look at producing a vaccine much more quickly and maybe working around some of the regulatory requirements for vaccine testing and approval and i think thats where the president is heading. Again, i think the key right now is testing and identification. Congressman, theres been some talk about the vulnerability of hospitals and medical workers in particular in china, of course, a great number of these people have gotten sick. Do you thinker. Hillary think our hospitals are reel e read ready for the sf people that may be coming into Emergency Rooms and so forth, are we ready to have isolated parts of hospitals and so forth to treat patients . What do you think . Seems thats another line of defense. That is part of the line of defence and i think that some of this money will go towards that. I think were more prepared than china was as you saw, they were literally building hospitals from the ground up on location. I think were more prepared for that. This is a wakeup call when we cant get the simple items we need to make sure that our hospital staff, Emergency Responder staff is needing, simple things like the masks and protective clothing, often time that is produced in china. And so of course theyre using as much as is probably available right now which leaves the rest of the world at a disadvantage and so i think that potentially thats where part of the money is going to go and those are some of the very simple things we need to key on and focus on in preventing the spread of a possible outbreak in the United States. Maria are we at risk for that right now . I was talking with one Hospital Executive a couple weeks ago, he said the ships have been told turn around, dont deliver these things, like the masks, like the plastic gloves, to anybody because china needs them. Well, i think we are potentially at risk and thats where testing and identification is so important to make sure that anybody that is at risk is identified early and not allowed to assimilate into the population unchecked. And thats a critical, very critical component. You can see that compared to other countries were doing very well. Were a large country, 320 million americans, and you see the numbers especially when you look at other countries, how well were doing. We cant let our guard down. As a matter of fact, its probably time to continue to step up the program as more countries and more localities become compromised. Maria what about the fact that the chinese have completely taken control of the 3m facilities in china, right, i mean, what these are American Companies that are operating in china but the Chinese Government said were going to take control of whats going on here, rather than producing things for america and elsewhere. Well, thats exactly right. I think its a wakeup call in so many ways, the fact that we are so dependent upon china, china has avowed generally speaking american is their enemy and theyre trying to be dominant economically, militarily and so on and so forth. Thats a huge wakeup call to all americans, supply chains and companies and investors, absolutely. Maria i was surprised when i heard that, that the Chinese Government has asked to completely take over the 3m plants. Thank you, sir. Theres a lot more going on weve got a jp morgan investor day today, better than expected numbers in retail, home depot raised the dividend by 10 . When we come back, oil in focus, we check the price of crude oil when we come back. It is up. It is at 51, 41, down a fraction this morning. Plus, americans new way to pray with churches on the decline, people are exercising their faith differently. Were checking it out when we come back. Maria welcome back. We want to check oil stocks this morning, and oil prices. Stocks are higher, as you can see, futures up 135 points on the dow industrials, nasdaq up 65, and s p is up 14 and a quarter after yesterdays sharp selloff. Home depot out with a double beat this morning, increasing its dividend by 10 , reporting an increase in same store sales, up 5 and a quarter percent on same store sales, better than the estimate. Macys up this morning, take a look. The stocks of both companies are up, macys touting strong holiday sales as well as better than expected numbers for its quarrel live report as well. Yesterday, tough day for markets. The dow industrials down better than 3 on the session. 1,031 points lower on the dow in a day on the coronavirus fears and how the impact would hit the economy here. Nasdaq was down 355 points, almost 4 , s p down 111, down 3 and a third percent. European indices look like this, a negative situation across the board. Cac is down 20, dax lower by 44. Asia, mixed markets, japan and china were lower as you can see there, but hong kong and korea were up. The kospi index in korea up better than 1 overnight. The spread of coronavirus causing concern about global demand. That is why oil has been dropping, it dropped yesterday certainly although coming back slightly today. Joining us now, phil flynn, talking about oil. Was that an overreaction . Ic i i think it was an overreaction. Theres no doubt weve seen historic demand disruption, probably the worst weve seen in 10 years, but we think its an overreaction. And opec agrees with me, maria. We heard from opec today that said when the shortterm is murky, look at the big picture. And in the big picture theyre looking for a big runup in oil demand later in the year. Theres going to be life after coronavirus and with life well see oil demand as well. Maria we will leave it there. Good to see you this morning, phil. Thank you for the update. Phil flynn. It is a reckoning day for Harvey Weinstein, the jury delivered a mixed verdict. It was not a good one for him, finding him guilty of third degree rape and first degree criminal sex act but not guilty of first degree rape or two counts of predatory sex assault. He was rushed to the hospital soon after the verdict. His defense team said he experienced chest pains and high Blood Pressure. He faces up to 25 years in prison. Joining us now, law and Crime Network host, jessie weber, who was in the courtroom throughout yesterdays happenings. Tell us about it. It was a surreal scene, to see Harvey Weinstein be found guilty of these two counts of Sexual Assault and right there, right before my very eyes, remanded into custody, was actually stumbling at one point. I have never seen the court in the fro two months ive been there as packed as it was, incredibly tense. Even the jury foreman paused before he delivered the verdict because i think he realized the impact of what he was about to say. On the other hand, had they not found him guilty, the world would have exploded. Right. This was the pivotal conflict in me too that has the whole movement going. Dagen hes going to be tried in los angeles. The prosecutions case, they didnt call any of the Police Detectives that worked on the case. Everybody watching it, it was very i dont want to say it was the strongest case and its very, very hard to prove these types of sexual allegations. I dont think anybody can deny it was tough case and anybody that says oh, this isnt a win for the state because they didnt get the top charges, hes looking at five to 29 years in prison. I think this is a win for them. Cyrus vance said it in his press conference, this was a big step for the me too movement, a big step for women coming forward that maybe dhiengt they were sexually assaulted in the past. I think this trial expanded our understanding of what it means to be a victim of Sexual Assault. Dagen let me just say something. The charges of aggravated Sexual Assault on which he was acquitted, these were overarching charges that included uncharged sexual abuse allegations. Andy mccarthy was arguing yesterday that these verdicts, these guilty verdicts because he was acquitted on the bigger counts, which were theyre tough. That these guilty verdicts are likely to stand up on appeal because they were the lower counts. Thats his argument. I think the defense has numerous grounds for appeal. We talked about it last time. Juror number 11 was penning a book about predatory older men yet she was not kicked off the jury. Thats a problem. Whether you hate Harvey Weinstein i think thats why la is so important. If theres a problem with the new york conviction. They have him in la, a second bite at the apple. Im told that case might be tougher for him. Dagen there will be a lot more witnesses apparently than the witnesses what is third degree rape . Unlike first degree rape, somebody used force, this is when somebody says no and the person keeps continuing. An important point was made. Even if you believe everything jessica man nsaid, that can never be first degree rape. Dagen donna ratuna said in a New York Times pod cast, the defense attorney, she said she had never been sexually assaulted, quote, because i would never put myself in that position. Maria what kind of answer is that . Dagen give me a break. Maria in other words, the women put themselves in that position. Dagen thats what she was alleging, among the other behavior outside of the courtroom, writing an article in newsweek urging the jurors to do what they know is right. They did what they know is right, convicted Harvey Weinstein on rape, two counts. That became a big issue in court. The judge wasnt heap happy with her writing the articles. Maria what a day you had. Stay with us. A lot to come right here. Back in a minute. And its not the trailer right next to us . This guy . You dont believe me . Hop in. Good lookin pickup, i will say that. Oh wow. Silverado offers an Optional Technology package with up to 15 different views including one enhanced view that makes your trailer appear invisible. Wow. Thats pretty sweet. Thats cool. Oooohh thats awesome. Whered the trailer go . I love it. Its magic. If you love them enough to suck the snot out of their nose at 4 00 a. M. , then surely youll check nhtsa. Gov therightseat to make sure theyre in the right car seat. Maria facing america, a recent wall street journal op ed has the headline, thank god american churches are dying. It may not mean what you think it means. Joining us right now is Fox News Contributor jonathan moris, he is writing about how religion is far from dead, even though traditional churches are under pressure. Its great to have you. You were a priest for how long . 15 years as a priest, a total of 25 years of my life. Hillary. Maria tell us what yok about this new angle on praying. Yeah. Well, my experience both in the church as a priest but also now as a parishoner, you see how things have changed so much. I look back, i go oh, my gosch these homilies are very boring but some are very good. I think whats changing is now we look for what we need and were willing to travel. If i go to my local parish, i said i dont like this, i go down the street. Thats happening in business. Its happening also in religion. Were seeing more than ever before the nuns, nones, who say none of the above in terms of religious affiliation, its grown so much that its bigger than any other religious grouping of people in the United States. 26 of people say im not affiliated. I dont think thats totally a bad thing, maria. I think people are no longer saying im catholic because my parents were catholic or im jewish because my parents were jewish in terms of religious affiliation but rather i am seeking the truth and im open to finding answers. Maria people have options today. And they can dothey can have their faith and praise god the way they want to do it. I mean, i find your story so incredible, jonathan. How hard was it for you to leave the priesthood and become a parishoner. I explained very publicly that i would have left a lot sooner except for the expectations that i felt were upon me from other people. Thats not a good reason to do anything. Right . Expectations of other people. But also very grateful for the years that i had and i think i hope i was able to do a lot of good and i hope im able to do good now as well. Life changes. Transitions are tough. Dagen jonathans book on the serenity prairks it got me through my mothers illness, i say it all day long, every day. I encourage people. Its still in print, isnt it . Buy that book. Maria i love the ser republican adashserentitypraye. Quick break and financial priorities, where millennials are willing to spend their money, how its different from older americans. But eask five of the he wealthiest saw tumble, jeff bezos amazon bill gates, have list goes on, as you can see, there, well, dagen obviously, they lost on paper, not like out selling we dont know what they were doing. Dagen i wonder if it takes Bernie Sanders tingly, gaining we do stories. But in the grand scheme of things i think the dow selloff was only largest one day point percentage decline since february 8 of 2018. It was just hasnt been that long, numbers look shocking to some, but it was a very orderly decline if you will. S p is only down less than 5 from its recent record high. The point you have been making so often is that we are at a point valuations had gotten outsized when you have markets up as much as it has been last couple years anything could really sort of be the feather that broke the camels back. You have a couple 5 selloffs we havent had that people have gotten extremely complacent i would say in terms of why market was down a lot of people thought partly Bernie Sanders win shocking not because he won but percentage of the vote everyone assumed Bernie Sanders could not get more than 30, 35 democratic vote all of a sudden, there he was 46 nevada shocking for the very first time over weekend about people began to think wait a minute not only is he going to be the candidate there is a possibility that this guy becomes president. Speculation. We can quantify what the impact of this virus will be in a small way on u. S. Economy. But that is so far out in the future. I do not buy that. Morgan did right that the fact that Bernie Sanders is winning more than we expected he got the union vote he got jiesht vote i dont think Bernie Sanders could beat donald trump you are a business guy tell us about capitalism. I would think a lot of people thought the fact bernie looked like might get nomination a positive odds the markets recent. Dagen maria has been saying i think much more as far as billionaires losing they lot of unrealized gains. Honestly who cares. Jeff bezos pledged 10 Million Dollars to fight crime that is not government having to intervene we want them to keep money if giving it away for good causes bill gates talk about fighting disease he has done more than anyone individual in the history of the the universe. Legacy bill gets legacy will be giving away 100 billion dollars not even founding microsoft, it will be the monday that he gave away, but you are right i mean does Bernie Sanders you have written a lot abouts by those liz does Bernie Sanders recognize talk being about we dont want billionaires we dont want rich people they are evil does he understand what steve shattersman was done Hank Greenberg in materialize of money to cornell et cetera, et cetera. Of course not in his view donations not as significant as what he wants government to do he wants money directed by government not by private sector or he heaven knows by individuals it is a really a very different world view, it is a socialist world view, that is how Bernie Sanders seeings the world he wants control he wants the government to control industry, and also the money. Ignores created most incredible Distribution System in history of the world no country no individual ever created anything the same we all benefited he didnt steel from us got money he provideded us with something now giving it away. Maria dont make away i a aspirations ans aspirational thing something came from nothing now a billionaire. Dagen Bernie Sanders on the wants i to be rich so he can take money away from you i think gotten better soft ped heining somewhat you communist views support for the evil dictators tire rants, issue he supported taxing anybody with earns over a Million Dollars at one hundred percent he talking since late 80s nags nagslizing, talking about Health Insurance as he runs for presidency the comments about cuba fidel castro, on sunday but also supported in writing hugo chavez, supported the nicaragua, he called it impressive Bernie Sanders said look from fidel castro first came to power what did he do he had a Financial Literacy plan good. Maria white house cracking down on coronavirus Trump Administration, is asking omb to 2. 5 billion dollars, part of emergency plan to fight the deadly outbreak, supplemental money 80,000 people infected with virus cross the world President Trump in india commenting on the outbreak. Everybody asked about the coronavirus which is you know, very well under control in our country. We have very few people with it and the people that have it are in all cases i have not heard anything other joining me right now california congressman House Minority leader Kevin Mccarthy great to see you thanks for having me on. Is this right 25789 1 2 billion what do you think. I believe probably higher i have been talking to white house to i dont think you are seeing fights about this one thing that president has done very early, when he shut down those flights from china coming here a lot of people tried to creatiiticize him very prepared a making sure money not argument i have been to you bipartisan bicameral meetings we will make sure we have money to take care of this no question. You think that maybe it will be more than 2 1 2, talk 3 15 to i think you will look probably from 3 to 4 range i know, go to apropps academy making 13450ur everybody has resource we dont want to have to look back at this say we didnt have enough for the opportunity to stop it early. Democrats are already criticizing the president , if it were more they would possibly have said needed less look at response, as Bernie Sanders is surging vermont senator nearly tied with joe biden about in South Carolina about ahead of tonights big debate according to marris poll. It is warned in he takes primaries could spell trouble for democrats with voters fear his socialist policies should the nominations leave gop with gains not just republicans the majority chip inside Congress Says if Bernie Sanders becomes nominee house could flip what is interesting to me democrats are upset with Bernie Sanders they have embraced the socialist policies more than half of all the democrats in congress cosponsored medicare for all government takeover of health care removing 180 millions not having Health Insurance policies anymore so they have embraced this socialism he they are embarrassed of him. You think if he is nomination leads to gop gains. I dont think just because nomination i way that have democrats done in Congress Lack of action they made a promise that they would govern different that they would work together, we show they are nothing but about investigations, they have failed in this new majority, that is why they will losses in the process. I know you have been doing great is it abouting in terms of your forgiving fundraising is that what you are hearing from donors to take back the house come 2020. We have seen a lot lot of people want a difference they want to see congress that will work for america. One that will take up the issues instead of always investigating one that will work for americans instead of blaming americans weve got people going to take the house. Com to help, because we have done well in funding but democrats have outraised is more than 40 million so there is a challenge here, 30 democrats sit in seats President Trump carried only need 18 to win majority worse that could happen President Trump wins reflex nancy pelosi still sitting there, tearing up papers trying to impeach the president every time we turn around. Your priorities should you take the house in november. First foremost we want to make sure this economy is strong we have been rebuilding military believe infrastructure country needs greatly looked at health care want to lower Prescription Drug prices, we want to end the surprise billing that is Going Forward. There are so many different avenues of things that we should be working on today, take for instance, fisa the fisa court Going Forward just in another month jea committee hasnt done anything just investigation, we are concerned about what iran has been doing the Intel Committee adam schiff what has done impeachment the whole time we Want Congress to work for public. Youve got markup this week senator Lindsey Graham congressman John Ratcliffe joined me sunday to talk about how congress is going to solve issues around fisa here is what they said we dont the sound bite right now bottom line doug collins says this is Jerry Nadlers bill doesnt matter doj says two out of four, fisa warrants to spy on carter page were unlawful that they are not going to necessarily look at that in this markup phase this week are you getting to the issues around fisa that you deem important . I dont know that we will because what has nazler done spend whole time on impeachment you look at intel with adam schiff he wrote a report that says there was nothing wrong with fisa court lied to American Public again what we need is to have an honest approach, sitting down, to protect american citizens, but also protect our country, from those foreigners who want to us do harm. How are you going to do that congressman in at the end of the day we see adam schiff, talking about what he wants to talk about, the Mainstream Media going with that you still have john brennan out there saying president committed treason we havent seen accountability from coup the attempted coup to take down President Trump by critics. Very close this country ever seen a coup i have said that on your show the i think almost a year ago. Maria you have. We found weve got to have accountability most importantly we need to make sure this never happens again to whoever is president. This is why i want to give this president credit the question bernie will he loss . Yes, because of president s Record Number one question anyone candidate when they run for president ronald regan best one you you are you better off than you were 3 years ago 61 say yes 91 happy with where they are in life because we lowered deregulation lower shack oels unshackled what government was doing think what we can do with another four years next century will be americas century if we have that ability honest debate forward instead of a party that plays politics with every issue. The or thing you said almost a year ago that Bernie Sanders would be candidate and here we are great to have you thank you congressman Kevin Mccarthy joining us. Stay with us well be right back. Maria welcome back a spotlight on South CarolinaDemocratic CandidatesPresident Trump targeting the African American votes some say state of the economy not enough to sway them to vote for President TrumpHillary Vaughn more on the grounds in South Carolina, hillary. Reporter good morning, maria. Joe biden is breath on black community, here in South Carolina, to give his candidacy a bump into super tuesday, black democrats make up 60 of the party here and we talked to black voters about take on the economy before they head to the ballot box saturday. President trump has been the chair the economy has gotten better. African american unemployment dropped to loeflt level ever six months before South Carolina democratic primary black Business Owners are feeling the boom. President s policies have certainly been, designed in a way i think, that has been helpful to at least give African Americans opportunity to sit at the table. African americans on average are making more money under President Trump than they were under president obama. Hourly wages for black employees jumped 13 between 2017 and 20 a 19. Today, democrats running for president are painting a different picture. We have a huge black wealth gap in america. Trump tells us, the economy is booming. Well it is for his wealthy friends. Despite pay bumps for black workers 68 black voters disapprove of the way President Trump is handled the economy according to a recent fox news poll. Black voters will o do one of two things vote for the democratic candidate for not vote. Job situation has gotten a little bit better but it can be improved. Economy not that bad really. Normally the economy is an important issue. One democratic strategists says economy on recordbreaking winning streak isnt enough to win over the black community in the south. This time it is how could we as democrats beat trump. Some democrats not willing to give trump their vote will still give him credit. I am no favorite friend of his i am democrat i tell you straight up. But economically the country to me is in good shape. Maria congressman jim clyburn most important democratic in the state endorse joe biden. Watching that debate thank you great reporting, coming up President Trump on the world sustainable, we are taking a you live to india after this President Trump indian Prime Minister modi work to hammer out a trade deal a military deal you wont believe where millennials are spending money it comes with a price. Maria welcome back President Trump wrapping up News Conference in india last hour kevin cork live in new delhi this morning good morning. Reporter maria also a great to be with you lower your tariffs, for the good of the bilateral relationship and frankly for the bottom line for both our nation that was a general gist of remarks met with reporters following that bilateral meeting with Prime Minister modi the idea being listen if you can lower tariffs as relationship goes, we can both do better if you civil level Playing Field a bit the president message that is during that meeting, sure she discussed religious Freedom EnergySecurity Defense cooperation a lot more to be clear i have the was trade and tariffs, that really struck the chord. We talked tariffs as you know india is probably the highest tariff nation in the world. Meaning charging tariffs to outsiders, and i said we have to stop that we have to stop it out at least the case for the United States i think we are understanding each other. Understanding each other coulding to be very important president , by the way, asked about the u. S. Efforts to stem tide of the coronavirus as you know it has really just gone global a major impact on the market as well the president said this, about our continuing efforts to stop the virus. Coronavirus which is you know, very well under control in our country. The people are Getting Better we are all Getting Better we brought in some americans from the ship because it was the right thing to do and they are in quarantine. And we think they will be in very good shape very soon. Entire world will be in much better shape if in fact a a vaccine can be finally meetdz out i know we have had hear conversations maria about that possibility, that would certainly be great news for the entire world lastly dont forget Defense Agreement he hammered out here during the president s time we are talking about three billion dollars in exchange for military aircraft and other materials, that is obviously, the what we suspect will be many more business deals between our two countries. A lot of praise in india for this president you saw the people in the audience great reporting thank you, sir. Incredible thank you for that showdown in South Carolina meanwhile, seven 2020 democrats readying for tenth debate in charleston ramping up attacks on one another the former chief of stoof under bill clinton, mac mechanic cartilagey. Tell us what you want to hear from the at a candidates in South Carolina. Tonight big no question about it old saying goes a week in politics is a lifetime, that is true, but the next 10 days, maria the democratic primary going to be critical. Tonights debate is critical, obviously, every one is going to be watching, can mayor bloomberg stand and blifr i think he thought he was shack up for a debate instead it was a fight last debate, of course, the focus i think will be on Vice President biden senator sanders i do expect senator sanders getting the more criticism from o the participants in the debate than last debate. He is frontrunner, right but Bernie Sanders doubling down on recent comments that he made about fidel castro in a town hall he completed buchanan Literacy Program under fidel castro regime, then pivoted to praising china your take on this listen. You said on 60 minutes this weekend it is unfair to simply say everything is bad the way fidel castro ruled in cuba. I have been extremely consistent and critical. Of all authoritarian regimes all over the world including cuba. China authoritarian country abouting more and more authoritarian can anyone den, the facts are clear they have taken more people out of extreme poverty than any country in history. Why criticized i say that is the truth. To democrats who say you dont say good things about fidel castro. He destroyed freedoms in that country, he played winners and losers killed them put them in prison forever you dont give him a pat on back for anything. It is not a question truth is truth, all right . Wow, your thats. Wow maybe right response. We have certainly never seen a president ial candidate speak in that manner, about china or cuba cuba obviously, is a very important issue, in florida but much more broadly. And fortune, of course, u. S. China relationship is critical relationship President Trump has tried to have that where he had relationship with president xi contain aggressive play on on trade other matters i think this is going to be part o of the debate going to be part of the campaign. You know senator sanders kind of like a clock he has the time he hasnt changed about 30 years, in his positions he cant run away from what he said. So he is being forthcoming here is what i mean by that, trying to put perspective context but socialist democratic that is a focal point in this primary and certainly the general election if, if he is nom naitdz. Would be different if President Trump said Something Like that. I think the situation, with anybody, i think the press is beginning to pick up on this, going to be heightened by other candidates no question. Former v. P. Joe biden delivering a confusing speech last night in chaerlstone where he said he was running for the senate watch this another headed of scratcher from i come from you dont get forward unless you being a i am joe biden democratic candidate United States senate look me over if you dont vote for me vote for the other biden he said. What do you think he meant . I am not sure that first time i heard that clip he was referring to past race that didnt seem to be quite the the specific point he wander to make in that speech but Vice President biden is wellknown by the voters broadly in country, certainly in South Carolina. I do expect congressman clyburn to endorse him bean clyburn i refer to him we will see how debate goes there is no question Vice President biden, has got to really demonstrate that he can run a Vigorous Campaign to win the nomination, and certainly to be a competitive candidate winning candidate against President Trump tonights debate us cubing South Carolina for President Biden really i think a must win. Do you think there is a health issue with joe biden. I have been with Vice President several occasions recently i have known him for 30 plus, 40 years. So my answer is no, i do not. He has been right on game with me same joe biden i knew 10, 15, 20, 30 years ago. I wonder why we havent seen a whole lot about economy in some he proposals, by all accounts the economy doing very well bottom earnings seeing wages going up more than top he earners may be they dont want to touch you the because it is a good story for President Trump you are not really hearing a lot of plans other than raise taxes, from the Democratic Candidates. I think you are hearing more than that, health care has been at the top of the list, i think, in terms of topics. A good Point Health Care medicare for all that is a plan right . What plan wait, i think about medicare for all i think juror klobuchar Vice President bidenen mayor buttigieg the taken a very different position than that i think snore sanders obviously, senator warren made that point i think it hurt senator warren in her campaign. Maria it seems a little bit of a civil war going on within party Bernie Sanders is in front of the pack the establishment does not want to have to get behind socialist policies like medicare for all Green New Deal aoiaintroduced. President ial primaries are always messy always contentious i remember when democratic field was referred to as seven dwarfs, between president Reagan George h. W. Bush you are going to have that in primary people unsettled looking for right candidate they want to be nominee they think could be most attractive strongest candidate against President Trump on democrat side will sort out the next 10 i cant say crucial no question. Who do you think will be candidate hard to say without tonights results South Carolina is so important but the minority vote. I dont make grand predictions if Vice President biden wins South Carolina you are going to have a reset going into the megasuper tuesday you can come out of you super tuesday with different landscape you have Vice President biden against senator sanders. You may not have that there are other good candidates we have to see next 10 days to make any kind you intelligentings ofrngs. See if bloomberg with an recovery, mac mclarty. Stu what is on deck. Welcome back coronavirus fear sending the dow plunging more than 1000 points on the day, many investors say take the course or take the money and run, the market is higher this money up 140 points on the dow. The author of everyday millionaires financial expert chris hogan. Good to see you, thank you for being here. Whats your best advice on the day the market plunges so much yesterday and see moves to the upside today. I think the first thing we have to do is revisit the future, weve seen this before, as we look back on the sars situation in zero two and zero three, the market plummeted about 12 points but if you look at the end of zero three, ended up rallying, 19 higher than where it started, the most important thing for people to understand, the market is volatile, they need to understand exactly what it is they are doing, go back to your plan, understand your goal, revisit the planning process and the steps they are taking but make necessary tweets, sit down and talk to your investment professional, get guidance, understand how your invested and how it can impact your portfolio but stay the course. Lets talk millennials and their money, a new Study Reveals all the millennials with financial plans for their future, 57 said the top priority is repaying debt, 48 said the travel is number one, 45 said focused on saving for retirement, you must like these number. I love these numbers, tells me people are waking up and understanding whats going on, but you and i know a dream without a plan is called a wish, what concerns me about the survey is that you have 60 of the millennials that dont have a retirement plan. They are not utilizing a 401k or 403b right now, i want them to really get serious, no experience matters to millennials but i want them to experience financial freedom, getting serious about a plan, undeattacking the gives you a r, but you have to invest and grow your money. Great to see you. Thank you for stopping by. Chris hogan joining us there. Final thoughts really quick. All about the debate tonight whether Mike Bloomberg can recover from his disastrous effort last week. Bloomberg has a lot in line tonight but so does biden. Either a make or break for biden as well. Dont do a face plant. The bar is so low that anything that Mike Bloomberg does they are hitting, his surrogates are hitting, Bernie Sanders with the plan, maybe Mike Bloomberg can land some blows. Great to see a parade tomorrow i will see with Fox News Contributor of the house, mornings with maria, start your day with us every morning, Varney Company begins right now. Taking away. Stu good morning, everyone. Everybody wants to know if we have a rebound after the 1000point drop yesterday. Answer, yes we do but its very, very modest. The dow industrial will be up at the opening bell but only 100 points, thats after thousand weight lost, s p up up 14, nasdaq 70 points. Thats not much of a rebound maybe this is one of the reasons why, a new hotspot where the virus has broken out, we told you about this yesterday its in the iranian city with thousands of people coming and going
