You have to build a case with the American People. They tried with the mueller investigation. The leftwing base was incredibly angry they couldnt take the president out of the white house. Once the whistleblower came forward and they thought they would have a pathway to say the president is corrupt, they thought that was a pathway. The problem is the transcript doesnt match the narrative the democrats are trying to use for impeachment. I think joe biden is going joe biden was with holding a billion dollars in loan guarantees. David questions mounting about the motives behind the ukrainian whistleblowers complaint. One former cia analyst says this whistleblower is in fact driven by politics and most of likely had outside help writing the complaint, possibly even from members of congress. Joining me is the author of that oped. First of all, does this look like something that would be written by a cia analyst . It really didnt. I have seen a lot of whistleblower complaints during my time in the cia. This looked like it was written by a law professor or as jay sekulow said it looks like it was written by a law firm. Thats a strong allegation to make. But the way the foot notes are written and the formulation is very suspicious. The other part to this is the chairman of the House Intel Committee was talking about the subject matter of this complaint for almost a month before it was filed. He had a tweet posted on the 28th of august identical to this whistleblower complaint. It looks likely he knew the content of it. I spoke to a staff member of the House Intelligence Committee. He believes staffers of this committee were involved in drafting this complaint. And i spoke to a member last night and he said the same thing. He wants to ask the whistleblower under oath, who helped you write this complaint. David you mention foot notes. There is one interesting footnote. Its unclassified now. Page 4 of this whistleblower report there is a footnote that suggests they got information from a group called the organized crime and corruption reporting project. Thats a pretty leftwing operation. Its true they received money in the past from usaid. And george soros group, et cetera. It tips the hand of the person who wrote it as being sort of to the left of the political spectrum. Right . I think thats right. My friend on the House Intelligence Committee staff said this looks like a group project. I dont believe this was written by one person. I dont think it was written just by this whistleblower. It looks like there were several people behind it. And there is the discorrect between the actual transcript and what was written up by the cia folks listening to the conversation, and the whistleblower thing. There is a disconnect. It aint for nothing the guy or the gal wasnt directly listening in on the conversations. It was second or third hand. Right . There were a lot of factual inconsistencies. But what was significant is this complaint was based on hearsay. The socalled whistleblower admits he did not listen in on these phone conversations, he did not read the transcript. It was told to him by others. Thats a problem. The people in on these calls are not supposed to talk about them. They are very, very sensitive. There is another issue. People violated the trust of the president to protect this very sensitive information. David apparently there used to be a directive, we are trying to track this down, but there was apparently a directive to make sure that if there was a whistleblower report it had to be firsthand knowledge of what was happening. That clearly wasnt the case with this whistleblower. But that rule that wasnt an official directive. But it was one of these rules that was written up somewhere that said in fact now you can do it second or third hand. It was changed just within the past few months. Do you know anything about that . Apparently there was an internal rule in the Intelligence Community limiting whistleblower complaints to firsthand information. I think that was a stupid rule. If i was in the cia cafeteria and i overheard somebody talking about something dangerous or illegal. I should be able to bring that information forward. This rule would have barred this particular whistleblower from filing a complaint. David a piece in the federalist said the rule change ands friend 2018 and august 019. The swras majority of Intelligence Officers are nonpolitical. But the timing is suspicious. I think this has to be investigated. David thats another thing we need to investigate. What happened to the good old days when government used to do things that helped people. Democrats making a mockery of the impeachment process. The teacher has been reassigned as they investigate but what was the teacher thinking . This is so inappropriate. This proves is a bias happening. Some will say its a myth, not true. The liberal indoctrination is real. Theres examples happening everyday. Whether or not the teacher should be five, im not going to comment on that but i know their parents were very upset. They dont want them to publish their political views on them. Weve got to get the kids, communist country or liberal elite controlling the unions, what gets me is that this happens in florida where there are conservatives, imagine a place like manhattan. Its kind of an ugly note from campaign. Why dont she talk about something that will help and inspire people . If this had been done about obama, that would have been run out so fast before you could blink an eye. I know there are some people who as soon as they sit down, they look around to see who theyre sitting next to and see if theres potential for crime. They are going to give people the opportunity to bigger seats not near an infant. There will be baby icon when you pick your seat.
