The Second Amendment says you have the right to bear arms and keep arms in your home. But what exactly are arms or assault weapons let me ask the lawyer on the panel. How do you interpret this. We want to be true to our constitution and founding favorites, but its obviously different times. Absolutely. In the wake of this tragedy we just saw. Something needs to be done. Certainly the tighter restrictions and background checks.
