While she focuses on the border, the economy is expected to play a significant role six hours from now, as warren and nine other hopefuls explain their position on all topics, social and economic and business. We will get you on the ground in miami coming up. Plus, is it a diamond in the rough, as bitcoin finds its feet again and sprints into the final hour, even higher. He says its a lesson you should take to become a top disruptor in whatever youre doing, in whatever business. Hes here to share his secrets to success. Whats elon musk doing to get teslas stock up 18 this month alone. Charlie gasparino says cbs and viacom may be about to press the reboot button in their remarriage talks. Less than an hour to the closing bell. So glad youre with us. Lets start the countdown. Liz the significance of that fire in philadelphia is now truly being felt. Philadelphia energy solutions, we need to tell you, is planning we hear to shut down the biggest refinery on the east coast after that huge fire and explosion last week. The company is citing financial struggles and says it plans to position the refinery for sale and restart eventually but as for the moment, the cause of the fire is still unknown. Will the shuttering cost hundreds of jobs and put the screws to gasoline supplies and maybe prices in the most densely populated corridor of the u. S. . Lets look at the futures right now. This is sort of the wholesale price of gasoline. It spiked on the news, you can see that right there, sort of at the open, and the facility is refining 330,000 barrels a day. We are looking at this price at the moment, it is moving higher by 4. 25 . Hope that doesnt mean the rest of us have to pay more in gasoline but guess what, we also saw, this is only adding to sort of the bullishness in price, a surprise draw in gasoline supplies. We got the inventory numbers today and there was a drawdown. That means there was less there. We are seeing fueling prices lower than expected at the moment. Dow jones industrials on pace for the second day to the upside in just three. We are up 49 points at the moment. Lifting technology stocks, memory chip maker micron technology. Ticker symbol mu. The stock is on pace for its best day in two and a half years. It smashed earnings expectations. Look at this, 12. 75 gain. Nvidia, qualcomm, everybody moving higher, 3. 75 to nvidia, up 5. 25 . When we talk about microns story, its about weathering the huawei storm. After that u. S. Ban on selling to the chinese telecom, wreaked havoc on the semiconductor sector, micron was able to restart shipping some of the orders of its parts to huawei again after it determined it could legally get out from underneath the restrictions. Right now, microns figured out a way to still do business with huawei. Elsewhere, poultry processors under pressure as price fixing allegations come home to roost. Look at tyson foods right now, down about half a percent. Pilgrims pride down 3 . Then you have Sanderson Farms down about a percent. The United States is investigating whether tyson foods, pilgrims pride, Sanderson Farms and purdue farms colluded improperly sharing data to influence Meat Industry benchmarks. What does this mean . That means colluding to set prices. That is illegal. There was an indictment and now we see a real problem with the stocks at the moment. We will see what happens there. Lets get to this breaking news. President trumps up in the air right now heading for osaka, japan, site of this weeks g20 summit. President trumps meeting with chinas president xi jinping is obviously front page news but the kremlin also confirming today that russian president Vladimir Putin will have a talk with President Trump as well. We go to predawn osaka now to edward lawrence, whos got the latest on the g20 preparations, the expectations and i can imagine even though its in the middle of the night, the air is vibrating, im sure. Reporter oh, yes, theres a buzz in this city. Osaka getting ready to be on the world stage. I know you love headlines from local papers so give you a little flavor here. This headline says osaka getting ready to host 19 other World Leaders. Another one here says the g20 will make life difficult in osaka, because security checkpoints are already being set up. A large portion of the city will be on lockdown to protect all the World Leaders who are coming here. President donald trump will be here later on today which is thursday in japan, in osaka time. The president planning to have more conversations with the japanese prime minister, shinzo abe. Trade will be a huge focus here. Im meeting with russia, im meeting with china, im meeting with many countries. Were meeting with many countries. We have many things weve been ripped off by everybody over the years. Theyre not ripping us off anymore. Reporter and the president saying hes doing that through tariffs, bringing other countries to the table to try and work out trade deals. Theyre hoping to get a deal with japan sometime in the near future. Weeks, possibly. Senior Administration Officials saying that here at the g20 summit, the president will be able to talk to other World Leaders and gain sort of a collective agreement or consensus on what to do about the iranian aggression thats happening. The president blames secretary of state former secretary of state john kerry for making the situation worse, not better. If it werent for him, i really think they would have already been in negotiations with us. Maybe even had a deal. But maybe that wont happen and if it doesnt happen, thats fine with me. Reporter the other meeting theyre looking at closely is the meeting with president xi jinping. The president , this will set the tone on if there can be a nearterm solution to the trade negotiations, the trade war thats going on between the u. S. And china. The president also going on to say that the tariffs, the next round of tariffs might not be at 25 , it could be at 10 against chinese imports into the United States. Well have to see again, a very big week for the tone of those negotiations going forward. Liz can i see that headline again where it says g20 and all of the japanese lettering there . That is so cool. Reporter hold on one second. Let me get that again. Yeah. I figured i would give you some local flavor here. Liz i love it. Reporter i did not translate this. I do not speak japanese. I had the front desk here at the hotel help me with this translation. They were very nice about that. G20 making life difficult is basically what it says here. Liz very cool. All right. We will be looking forward to all of your reports, edward. Thank you so much. We could say, its a long flight, the president has about 16 more hours in the air, but before he took off, he spoke with Maria Bartiromo this morning and when asked about cutting rates, he indicated that fed chief jay powell should take a page out of china and European Central banks inspiration. Maria why do we need a cut in rates if things are going so well, mr. President . What theyre doing is pouring money into the economy and theyre lowering rates. What europe did with draghi who frankly did a great move but hes been doing a lot of good moves, what europe did with draghi, theyre forcing money in. Were doing the opposite. Were taking money out and were raising interest rates. Its insane. Liz so if china and europe as the president says are outpacing the u. S. With accommodative monetary policies, lets just look at that portion of it and ask our traders should we be buying european and chinese stocks and if so, what are the top names we should be looking at . Lets get right to the floor show and Teddy Weisberg talking to our investor audience right now. You know, im not so sure, and im with maria on this, if the economy is that good, why should we be cutting rates, standing pat might work, but lets look across the pond here to china and europe. Are there opportunities you see . Well, i happen to agree with both of you. I dont understand why we are cutting rates, quite frankly. You know, a lot of it is political rhetoric and i guess you just have to read between the lines, if you will. And at the end of the day, the u. S. Economy is still the strongest economy at the moment in the world. So i think the focus should probably be the u. S. And not europe and china. But if you twist my arm liz im twisting. You know, if i had to pick some stocks to get exposure to china and to europe, i would pick stocks like loreal, nestles. These are all Big Companies that have a lot of exposure to china even though they are europeanbased. Liz and theyve got a Consumer Base that is pretty darned loyal, especially when you talk about the eyewear maker out of italy, loreal. Thank you. I like those. We did twist your arm. I hope you dont need any kind of splint. Let me get to scott bauer at the cme. We are looking at opportunities, if there are some, because of the stimulus the central bankers in both china and the European Union are putting in there. What opportunities do you see for investors . So i really agree with teddy. No, we did not talk about this prior to coming on with you. I agree that the money needs to stay here in the u. S. Because you look at europe, you look at china, you know what, theyre running to cut rates right away here because they are economically in trouble. So i want to stay away. I want to have my money here. Now, is the economy, are we on great solid footing right now . No, were not. But if i had to choose between one of the three, theres no question i want to stay with companies that are here. Now, if you twisted my arm, which hopefully you wont do, i would actually look at a stock like alibaba because that has just so much exposure, so much exposure to retail, to consumer, but that being said, you got to stay here in the u. S. Liz okay. Im really kind of vicious here physically. Im whipping you guys up with the twisting of the arms. Alibaba is better by about 2 right now. It is kind of rich at a 34 price to earnings ratio but again, this is one of those best in class names. Gentlemen, we have had some Economic Data but theres something i wanted to just quickly pop out here and that is copper. Copper, nobodys eyes glaze over, its hitting a fiveweek high. You know thats a play on the chinese economy that indicates that as an industrial metal, maybe chinas economy is starting to stabilize a bit. Im not sure about that, because china has had really weak industrial output. But what do you see there, teddy . I have the answer to that and its easy. I have been long Freeport Mcmoran the last five years and i finally gave up and sold it all two weeks ago so it was Perfect Timing for copper to go higher. Thats why coppers up. Theres no other reason. Liz alan, your thought on copper and certainly on oil, where we saw much bigger than expected drawdown in inventories today. First off, i want to point out the obvious that china does not have a free market economy so everybody has had a race to the bottom as far as interest rates. We saw it before a few years ago. To bring in this copper idea, obviously it was a depressed market and you are seeing a bounce, you are seeing metals take off and its playing a little catchup there. Looking at crude oil, very much the same. Its followed whats happened in the macro market and you are getting some relief that we are going to have all these problems solved. You saw the stock market make new highs and the Global Growth slowdown concerns are lessened and now you are seeing crude oil attacking the 60 level which is a very important point here. Liz alan was the only one i didnt have to twist his arm. Im a big guy. Im a big guy. Liz i know. Teddy, alan, scott, not the size of the dog in the fight, its the size of the fight in the dog. I may be small but im tough. Good to see all of you guys. Thanks. Getting chewed out. Liz the onramp for the road to the 2020 elections opens tonight in miami for ten democratic hopefuls including tonights headliner, senator Elizabeth Warren. She spent part of her day doing this outside a facility that houses Migrant Children in homestead, florida. Reports say the president ial candidate did not try to get inside the facility, but used a ladder to speak to those who were inside the walls of the facility. There are approximately 2300 children within those walls. It comes one day after she called for the decriminalization of those caught trying to cross the u. S. Border illegally. Now she and the other hopefuls turn their attention to the debate stage in florida, where we find our own Connell Mcshane. Okay, so connell, beto orourke and Elizabeth Warren are on center stage tonight, because of their poll rankings. What do we expect from that dynamic and quite frankly, for the rest of the people will . Reporter well, the way they set it up, they have so many candidates, 20 in the field all together, you get ten tonight and ten tomorrow. The better you poll, the better your position is onstage. The big names, joe biden, bernie sanders, kamala harris, are all tomorrow night. So it does leave Elizabeth Warren and beto orourke as the top two polling candidates tonight. For beto, this is a chance to really maybe establish himself and move into the Upper Echelon of candidates, where people expected him to be. In the real clear politics average of the polls hes only been around 3 . Tonight is an opportunity in that regard. For Elizabeth Warren, its a chance to kind of keep the surge going. Lot of people maybe a month or so had written her off so early in the campaign, of course, to write anybody off, but shes really come on here. Shes up to nearly 13 , the average of the polls challenging bernie sanders, the experts would tell you, for the left wing of the party. I think a couple things to look at. Number one, you mentioned immigration. Thats a huge one given whats going on at the border for all of the candidates tonight but the second thing for our audience i think will be important, lets see how much she goes after wall street tonight. When you are talking about paying for big democratic social programs, how are you going to do it. Financial services tax, lets see how much that comes up. Thats for warren. For beto its just trying to get up there with the big guys. Liz im watching all of this. There are a number of candidates, connell, who could use a breakthrough performance given their polling numbers. They need to get some attention here. I would surmise cory booker is one of them. Reporter yeah. He definitely is. Just behind where orourke is, if orourke is at 3 plus, booker is right around 2. He hasnt really caught on yet, former mayor of newark, senator from new jersey, getting a lot of attention in the last week, going back and forth with former Vice President joe biden over bidens remark about segregationi segregationist senators over the years. He hasnt really had that moment to catch on so yes, its an opportunity for booker. Also, amy klobuchar, somebody who really hasnt had any traction in the polls, hovering around 1 . She is seen as somebody who maybe follows joe biden were he to falter in that centrist lane. Keep an eye on whether we see any centrist conversations tonight. Im not sure. Liz when you have that many people on the stage, there are bound to be fireworks because people have such a short amount of time to be able to get the collective attention of the viewing audience, right . Reporter no doubt. You would think, you know, its a really good question. Because logically youre right, you would think thats what you would see. The other side of it is so early in the campaign, does anybody really want to take a chance or will they spend tonight kind of agreeing with one another and going after, as they see it, their common enemy, which would be President Trump. You are going to see fireworks, maybe they come from the wings. Again, the top polling candidates are the middle. Out in the wing, you have bill de blasio, mayor of new york, the other side, john delaney. Maybe one of those candidates could throw the bomb in there, get people going and shake things up. Well see. Liz i think im the only one who hopes it just remains civil and calm. If people want fireworks. Good to see you. Connell has more on the democratic debates at the top of the hour. Hes going to speak to the Democratic National Committee Communications chair and the mayor of miami about the florida economy specifically. Remember, a lot of these states like new york and connecticut, you see exodus down to florida for a lower tax base. Connell and Melissa Francis have it all coming up on after the bell. All right. Shares hitting a new 2019 high right now, adding on to a multisession streak. Whats the price . 13,805. The crypto currency of record blasted through the 12,000 ceiling this morning and then the 13,000 ceiling, so were continuing to can we get a 14 handle . We are at 13,000 there we go. Up 2,181 right now. While still below its alltime high of 19,000, we should have said partying like its 2017, because thats when it was that, the euphoria is spawning sparkly collabs. Our next guest has a crypto collaboration he says will form a digital diamond of an investment class. Diamond standard has done something previously thought impossible. Its creating the worlds first fungible diamond commodity product, universal asset to secure any digital transaction. Here in a fox business exclusive, the founder and ceo of diamond standard, cormack kenney. Look what i have in my hands, everybody. See this . This has real diamonds built into it. This is the token, right . Thats the coin. Liz heres a bar with how much worth of diamonds in here . 100,000 for the bar, 10,000 for the coin. Liz huh. Okay. I think im halfway to rio. Oh, by accident you can take it to rio. Theres nothing stopping you. Liz this is all very interesting but a lot of our viewers would not understand this. What is this . Well, we sold, turned out to be a very challenging Computer Science problem, but we found a way to create a bar of diamonds so that every bar contained the identical scarcity. We modeled it after the gold industry so we have coins and bars. Every coin contains the same mix of three diamonds. Every bar contains the same mix of ten diamonds. We sourced them through a regulated Exchange Using a transparent bid. Liz okay. Again, why do we need this in our world . What does it do for investors out there . Well, if you look at gold, platinum, silver, palladium, all those precious metals, 20 to 30 are held by investors. Less than 1 of diamonds are held by investors because theres no way to have liquidity, Price Transparency or fungibility. We solved all those things by making a bar where they all have the exact same content and price. Liz why cant i just buy 100,000 worth of diamonds and hold that . Why do i have to have it involved in bitcoin of some sort . Well, first we made the commodity and the commodity is fungible. If you buy a diamond on 47th street here in new york and try to sell it, you are going to have a hard time getting twothirds of your money back out of that. Even if you take it to sothebys and auction it you will pay 18 commission. We have made an efficient commodity just like gold. Liz how much per coin right now are people paying or at least setting up to pay, right . You are about to launch, correct . We only set the price on one day, thats the first offering price. We have put 10,000 of diamonds in each coin and thats the market price. After that day, the market sets the daily value. Liz how much okay. Who is regulating this . We volunteered to be regulated by the Bermuda Monetary Authority because they regulate both our exchange and as you alluded to, there is a digital token. Every bar has a wireless computer chip inside so that when you trade the token thats inside the commodity, you have actually traded the physical asset. So it trades just like a bitcoin but it is a physical real asset. Liz forgive me if im skeptical here. It seems like right now, with the price of bitcoin spiking more than 40 over just the past eight days, theres a little bit of fomo here, fear of missing out, theres a lot of froth. People have said this is pretty much a flash in the pan and they cant wrap their minds around it. You are pairing them with diamon diamonds. I see i hold this much in diamonds but talk about how this is going to take off. Is it part of etfs . Can you get it involved in funds . We have been approved by 19 etfs. Whats interesting, i think if you look at the history of every currency over the last 3,000 years, it started as a physical commodity, whether grain or gold, and then as a currency. Bitcoin skipped that step. Now using blockchain technology, we are able to create a physical commodity that is the money. Liz there are a lot of synthetics out there, a lot of fakes. There are labgrown diamonds which are extremely hard to, you know, tell between. Theres moissonite which looks just like a diamond, cubic zirconia. Is there a rapoport scale you are looking at on prices . How do you know these things are as good as they are . Thats an estimate. We cant use estimates. We are regulated. We must buy everything through a regulated exchange and we bid on every diamond. We must buy a representative sample. We actually bid every day on 16 million different types of diamonds in order to produce the bar. Liz cormac, i still have trouble really seeing this as an investment. I want you to prove us wrong. Come back again when its really in full swing. We would like to see it. We just passed 350 million in preorders. Liz there you are. Push back to me. You can shove me in the back. Diamond standard is the company. Good luck to you. Thank you very much. Reports at this hour that another Top Executive at tesla has hightailed it out of the company. With the closing bell ringing now in 26 minutes, tesla shares navigating rough roads this year. With the electric vehicle visionary elon musk at the helm, the stock has moved higher by nearly 19 this month alone. As investors continue to try to balance musks controversial ways with his revolutionary disruptor style, billionaire investor and bestselling author david lecourt says any one of you can become a revolutionary business leader. All you need is a total rethink. Hes here and about to teach you how to do that, next. It all started under this buttonwood tree. Twentyfour people came together to sign an agreement that created the stock exchange. Just the right elements coming together. It started when scores more people came together, just down the street and traded bonds that helped pay for the revolution, and the nation it created. It started in an office on the corner where the right people witnessed the telegraph and brought information and humanity together forever. It started with the markets, bringing together steel and buildings and silicon and medicine and rockets. We believe the possibilities of life and investing are greater when we come together. Its why for eighty years weve connected ideas with technology, data with inspiration, investors with solutions. So that every day together, it all starts again. So you only pay for what you need. Nice. But, uh. Whats up with your. Partner . Not again. Limu thats your reflection. Only pay for what you need. Liberty, liberty, liberty, liberty liz investors hanging on to every report, every rumor and forecast for tesla as it gets ready to report Second Quarter delivery numbers next week. How many cars have they put in drivers hands . According to bloomberg, ceo elon musk predicted in an internal memo that the company is quote, on track for a delivery record, official guidance is 90,000 to 100,000. The pressure is on, of course, as sources say the automakers head of production at its fremont factory hightailed it out of the company after three years with the ev maker. Bucking that, deadbush analyst dan ives caught his delivery target by 4,000 to 84,000 vehicles. So somewhere in between lies the truth, maybe. Overriding ives, the stock is up. Right now its flat, slightly lower, but it is up for the month by about 18 . The tesla narrative is almost always driven, though, by the glittery creature that is the ceo, elon musk, a disruptor, entrepreneur extraordinaire, some people think hes a snake oil man. Lets bring in somebody who knows a thing or two about entrepreneurial spirit and how to grab it and inhale it and be part of it. Billionaire telecom and media investing titan, David Mccourt is here. The author of total rethink which is basically this incredible guide of how to really get some of that fairy dust of an entrepreneurial disruption spirit, correct . Thats exactly right. The book was really written, liz, for people who havent had the same advantages of me, that ive had. Didnt have a mother that gave them confidence, maybe didnt get to go to university, didnt have a mentor like i did in walter scott. So its written really for the average person that wants to rethink their life. Liz lets not undersell how hard youve worked, though. You just said oh, what i grew up with in life. You were laying cable for cablevision at one point. I was. Liz digging it in the ground, correct . Yeah. I was. How i started. Liz you started and then from there, you really went from that job all the way to the top. I want to start by at least giving our viewers some of this gem of wealth of advice here on how to sort of harness that, because not everybody looks at themselves in the mirror and says i can be that elon musk with great ideas, et cetera. What is the main point here that people need to harness first . Believing in yourself. Its easy if someone else believes in you. Like i said, i had a mother that believed in me. If you have someone that believes in you, it becomes much easier. But if you dont, you have to you have to figure out how to get down deep and believe in yourself. Thats number one. Number two, perseverance. Liz always, yes. Its hard to get up after you get knocked down the 20th time. Liz yeah. But isnt success sometimes standing on top of a mountain of failures. Of course it is. Liz lets talk about some of the specific Recipe Ingredients that you say help get there. People get caught up in listening or becoming the middleman listening to or becoming the middleman. You say what we see is a middleman killing atmosphere . Middleman is dead everywhere. Theres no reason for the middleman to exist. In technology, internet 1. 0 was exciting. 2. 0 is what you and i think of as todays internet, thats a person communicating with a machine. Thats google and facebook and instagram and all that. Internet 3. 0 is when machines can talk to machines at scale at the consumer level. When that happens, like there is no middleman left. In any industry. Liz try and take the shortest point between two dots. Exactly. Liz let me get to a second one. Plan b, sometimes may be better than plan a ever was. Almost always. Liz really. Almost always. Yeah. Liz why have a plan a then . Because you dont know until you fail at plan a. When you fail at plan a, then you go to plan b, you have a little bit of an advantage because you know what went wrong the first time. Liz meaning fail and learn from the trial and error. Keep on getting up. Liz radical ways of getting paid. I dont know if people just got their paychecks but you have an interesting story of when you were laying cable in the ground for a company and what happened . You didnt get paid . Keep in mind, i wrote the book, i wanted to tell some of the stories that are a little more gritty so people could relate to the book. I didnt get paid. I tried to get paid and he had run out of money early in his career, and i said okay, im going to take my work back. I started digging up the cable. Liz youre kidding. No. Liz you dug it up . Only had to dig up about 100 feet. But it caused a huge problem. We didnt speak to each other for about eight years after that. But we became friends later on. But i got paid. Then i used that money to go to plan b which was i built the first competitive phone company in america, Corporate Communications network. But i never would have done that except i hated construction so much after that. Liz hate is a good sort of propellant. When you talk about different entrepreneurs whom you admire, jack moffert began alibaba in his apartment. We are looking right now at perhaps the ultimate disruptor, at least President Trump is trying to disrupt how trade is conducted. Can you call yourself a disruptor if you havent outright had a couple of successes or home runs . Well, i dont know what jack did before alibaba but he sure did a great job at alibaba. You know what i mean . I think probably ts easier to be a drupt ordisruptor look at jobs, if you have had a couple failures maybe its easier to be a disruptor than if you have had success. Liz the book is called total rethink. I would wish you good luck but you dont seem to need it. I just need the book to sell. Liz david, thank you so much. The irish billionaire selfmade. We have the dow losing some steam here but still up 28 points. When we come back, the one, the only, Charlie Gasparino. Winslow. Im with winslow. E. Liz folks, i dont know if you have been watching the lower ticker but suddenly, we lost quite a bit of air from most of the major indices, particularly the Dow Jones Industrials which are now up only 11 points. We are getting this breaking news and youre looking at the boeing chart. Look to the right of it. The big dropoff here, reuters is exclusively reporting that the federal Aviation Administration has found quote, a potential risk that boeing must mitigate on that controversial 737 max jet before it can return to service. Of course, as you know, the max jet has been involved in two fatal crashes, one late last year and one earlier this year, and there were a lot of questions as to whether it was pilot error or there were real problems with the actual design of the max jet. Turns out that there are issues with that max jet that have already been known for now, but now we are hearing that the faa has flagged another potential problem that has to be quote, mitigated. As soon as we get more information, we will bring that to you. But with boeing still up 4, okay, but it had been up much higher. If it werent for apple which is certainly helping the picture, we have the dow, it would have been down about 20 points. Apple is kind of saving the index. Coming off its lows. Liz coming up off the lows. Often we see this where theres a shock with a headline, then people absorb it, figure it out, make their own decision as to whether it is serious enough or theres enough information. If we get any more, we will bring it to you because thats what we do right here. Let me get to Charlie Gasparino, because hes been weighing in on boeing but you have something on cbs and viacom. Its been a quiet period for this. We were first to report they were in talks. Right now we are at a stage where you are starting to get to terms and management structure. From what we understand, both sides are in deliberations here. What we understand is bankers representing cbs include morgan stanley, and they are engaged right now in discussion it is that include deal terms like how many shares does the cbs shareholder get versus how many shares the viacom is worth, viacom shareholders are worth, when they combine this thing together. Thats kind of where the rubber meets the road. That and management, okay. Who becomes the ceo of the combined company. Is it bob bakish, a lot of people believe has the inside track. Hes currently the cbs and viacom, theres a very close relationship with Shari Redstone and theres joe ianniello. These are questions the bankers are working on right now. Interesting thing here, liz, National Amusements, the redstones holding company, now run by Shari Redstone, they control both of these companies, okay. From what i understand, National Amusements is not directly involved in the deal talks right now. That shari and her banker and evercore are not directly involved. It is basically being hashed out between viacom and cbs. So timing. When is this going to get done. Again, everything is a moving target. I cant tell you how many times i thought tmobile and sprint were going to be done for the last couple weeks because it looked like we were right there, then something happens and that happens all the time in deals. People walk away often, sometimes, people, things get delayed. Im hearing this could happen in the next month, okay. That this is progressing at such a state that possibly in the next month, six weeks, this could happen. Interesting enough, if it does happen in the next month, its likely to happen during the big media confab at sun valley. Liz you going again . Im going again. Im going to try not to get kicked out. Shari redstone will be there. Joe ianniello will not be there. Bob bakish has been banned essentially, because he threw allen and company, he will not be there. But i guess they dont have to be there, because they are working on this. Liz charlie, i have been working on something. You have . Liz that helps our viewers. We are up just about, well, our ticker said a point. Now were up four points but s p is now lower by just a point but we had been higher for the s p 500 by 15 point. Folks we need to get to breaking news. Check shares of magellan health, spiking right now up eight and a third percent. This is a Health Care Management company and for pharma as well. The wall street journal is just now reporting that Center Bridge is in exclusive talks to by the company, ticker symbol, mgln. That is 71dollar stock. When i look quickly what is going on with internals of this stock, we should tell you there has been a lot of consolidation in this industry. Were watching this very closely. Yes, we have seven, 8 gain in magellan. Turn now to burke ceo john burke. Talk about the dividends and talk about those three why you like them and what the returns are. What is more important than dividend yield is Dividend Growth. The three examples i gave you, giving you today, best buy, comcast, Marathon Petroleum, what you have is a 3 payer 2 payer, 4 payer. More important by they all three had terrific Dividend Growth. Best buy they have Dividend Growth has been well over 10 a year, the second two have 25 Earnings Growth over last 10 years. The different dippeds tripled. Start at level of two, if they continue at end of this base, at end of ten years you have six. Liz you have to belief they have Dividend Growth, that they are not cutting dividend at the company because they have problems, that the Actual Company is pretty healthy. Important statistic is free cash flow, that is available to shareholders after paying expenses. Free cash flow will support dividends and Dividend Growth. Comcast pays only 2 dividend, they have a 7 cash flow yield. There is a lot of room to raise the dividend. Liz best buy, comcast, Marathon Petroleum are johns best picks.
