One of the things you have to look at is the s p 500 is a market capweighted index. Because these companies are 500 billion or more, theyre actually going to contribute. When you look at company like Chesapeake Energy today, that did exceptionally well, market cap is significantly smaller. Will not contribute as much. You need to figure out why are these companies contributing the most. Theyre competing and dominating on a global stage. They have some of the best management teams. Theyre buying back stock. Adding to dividends. They will do strategic m and a. Dont fix what is not broken. Cheryl you have to worry about particularly netflix, john. Their programing, original content is in tens of millions of dollars. That has been concern from the analyst side. When you have so few Companies Like these making up the bulk of the gains, for the average investor that is a lot of, you know, pieces of the puzzle really three pieces of the puzzle . But i think it speaks to important point made by kevin, where at least with amazon were talking about a very globalized company. And this goes back to the trade argument. If we are not allowing the world to sell to us, we can not sell to the rest of the world. It speaks to how crucial it is to keep these markets open. Someone may be doing something, could possibly do something, that is very difficult in some cases for Law Enforcement to follow up. It allows police to have a belief that someone is dangerous or has a mental illness, perhaps not on their medications and it could be potential threat. Allows the police to take guns in that situation, keeping in mind due process. But without regard to violating any Second Amendment rights. These are types of things we need to move forward on to address these types of situation is who to call about it, a specific idea came out, it is in raw form, the president is criticized, obviously all the details are not figured out yet, but arming certain individuals in the schools who have experience with guns, who could get more training to do so, what do you think of the idea . Who would pay for it . Its a novel approach. One of the concerns that we must have, most educators have, are in that process to teach children. So the concern i have is whether we could have an effective overall policy that would be put in place that would apply to all teachers. But certainly there are some areas wherein teachers might be more adept to that particular issue, being able to be proficient with a gun. The president did say it would be for situations where people were absolutely qualified and capable and adept to that situation. So i think we need quite frankly more comprehensive approach has actual security personnel, Law Enforcement personnel, specifically trained to have the skillset for this type of attack. Number two, as to any negotiations that may take place, we recognize that north korea is trying to drive a wedge between ourselves and south korea. That is not going to work.
