Russia probe, it is russia fever, that the country needs to get out of it . Will he address it in anyway. To answer your first question we want full transparency. What weve said all along. Well make a decision when and if that time becomes necessary. In terms of the state of the union, im not going to get ahead of the president s address. It is tomorrow night. I know youre exciting and will eagerly tune in and can see at that time exactly what is going to be included. April . Reporter [inaudible] we addressed it every single day that weve been here. One of the questions you guys ask over and over again. We spend more time on that than any other topic despite fact time and time, poll after poll, frankly no one cares about this issue and certainly not the thing that keeps people up at night. We would love to talk about all the things that do. My guess that will be the focus of the president of the state of the union tomorrow. April . Reporter two topics on state. Union. Specifically when the president giving state. Union address, typically his first, president s are optimistic, say the state of our union is. What is the state of our union today . I think it is incredible. You will hear that in the president s words tomorrow night. Look we have an economy that is booming. Isis is on the run. Were remaking the judiciary in a way that believes in upholding the constitution. There are some great things happening in this country and i think you can expect to hear the president talk about a lot of those, not only what were able to do in the first year but all the great things were going to do in the next seven years after this. Second topic, i want to talk to the issue of black unemployment. One, is the president going to start targeting black unemployment as he say, unemployment gone down over his watch . I never heard of a targeted approach from this administration . Is this administration aware that the black Unemployment Rate from december, 6. , white Unemployment Rate 3. , asian Unemployment Rate is 2. 5 . Hispanic Unemployment Rate is 4. 9 . Black Unemployment Rate continues to be higher, two times that, more than two times that of the white Unemployment Rate is. That something that this administration is touting or trying to fix, making a active evident to fix in 2018 . Look i think you can see from the steps weve already taken that were trying to fix unemployment for all americans. That is the point that the president has made time and time again is that he wants it to be better for everybody. We made significant progress in that, both through the number of regulations that have been cut to make this a more jobfriendly market, a more jobfriendly environment and certainly adding to that, the tax cuts and tax reform legislation that the president led on has been historic what has happened an in the way that it helped our economy and certainly helped create jobs across the country. Why did he take issue with jayz, talking in terms of black american. He screamed with all caps have you seen my black unemployment numbers . They are better than they have been. Were making progress. We continue to do that. Look, we want every day to be better than the day before and again, certainly for black americans, for hispanicamericans, across the board this is president who wants life to be better for all americans. He will keep fighting and pushing for that. You will hear him talk about that again tomorrow night. John . Reporter thank you, sarah, the former attorney general of the United States, eric holder described, Andrew Mccabe as a dedicated Public Servant who served this country well. Would the president , would you describe him in that same manner . Look, i dont have a personal relationship with him so im not going to describe him. We talked about some of the concerns that we have with some of the actions that he has taken but in terms of anything specific regarding the Deputy Director particularly news reports today i would refer tout fbi. Francesca. Reporter based upon past tweets regarding mr. Mccabe, does not seem to be a big fan of mr. Mccabe. That he is disappointed leaving post as deputy fbi director . I havent asked him if he is disappointed. He didnt play a role in any of that process. Would refer to you the fbi for any specifics. Francesca. Reporter thank you, sarah. One of the president s pieces that Andrew Mccabe is racing the clock to retire full benefits, 90 days to go. So does the president believe Andrew Mccabe should be allowed to retire with full benefits . Again i would refer to you the fbi for any specifics around the news of today, of his stepping down. Reporter i have a question about the state of the union. You mentioned who would be in the first ladys box at state of the union. You talked about a lot of difficult guests but didnt hear anything about the president s family. Can you say which of the president s family members will be there . Preview some of the travel the president might take . Usually the president takes travel with his agenda afterwards. Terms of the family, all the president s children along with the first lady will be at state of the union. With exclusion barron i dont think he will be attending right now. In terms of travel well keep you posted on any traveling arrangements over the week. Margaret. Reporter ask you a question about [inaudible]. Can you tell us whether or not that will happen today, and whether the news on the list will be public and on the impact on sanctioning, about the we do expect the report today and i would refer to you the department of treasury for any specifics on that. Reporter [inaudible]. That would be really helpful. On 5g. Were coordinating, im telling you theyre taking the lead for questions specific to it, you should reach out to the department of treasury in terms of timing. Reporter i will let them know what you said an they can tell us. On 5f, 5g there is speculation about what happened and security case to make for one secure network but, some experts including the republicans fcc chair concerned about one nationalized network. Can you bring us up whether the idea dead, sr. We outlined our National Security strategy, page 19, you people will be proud of me for memorizing that, we discussed a need for secure network. Right now were in the very earliest stages of the conversation. There are absolutely no decisions made what that would look like. What role anyone would play in it. Simply need for a secure network. That is the only part of this conversation that were up to right now. Just one network or multiple look, there are a lot of things on the table. These are very earliest stages of the discussion period and there has been absolutely no decision made other than the fact that the need for a secure network. Dave . Thanks, sarah. Tomorrow night will the president talk about urban revitalization plan . As i said before not going into get into the details beyond what was discussed in the state of the union. I do think it is something worth tuning into for all to see. One last question, hunter . Thank you, sarah. The president repeatedly touted black unemployment phased with allegations of racism. Given those numbers, low black unemployment, why do so many people in the Africanamerican Community are uncomfortable with the president . That is question you have to ask them. We hope and pray and expect to spend every day working to build a greater relationship within that community. As i said before, with allamericans. This is the president who wants to lead for everybody. He is not looking to lead for any one person, any one group but he wants to be president of the United States. I think that if you look at policies that he is enacted over the first year, you can see that he is doing exactly that. He is building an economy that helps every american. He is cutting regulations that help every american. He is helping put isis on the run, which helps on safety and security of all americans. He is helping secure the border. He is helping to put an end to loopholes in our failed immigration system. All of those things, benefit all americans. That is what this president is focused on. That is what we have done in the first year. We look forward to doing next seven years. Thanks, guys. [shouting] trish that was Sarah Huckabee sanders. Just breaking the white house blasting those reports that fbi Deputy DirectorAndrew Mccabe was actually forced out of his position. Sarah Huckabee Sanders saying a short time ago that the decision was not made by the white house and the president had nothing to do with it. Im trish regan, welcome, everyone, to the intelligence report. Joining me fox news contributor, former utah congressman jason chaffetz. Good to see you, representative. Thanks for having me. What do you make of this . This is catching a lot of people by surprise here, Andrew Mccabe leaving. Did that need to happen, is it the right thing. It probably is the right thing. We dont know the contents of these materials. But you do have an Inspector General report. He knows what will be in there, he was most likely interviewed, if not once, more than once. You also have the House Intelligence Committee getting ready to vote on what they might be releasing. There have been a lot of public reports about his involvement or noninvolvement in certain things, what he did and did not do and as best i can tell he was coming close to retirement. He may very well be taking some leave he had accumulated prior to that actual retirement. But it will be interesting to see how it plays out. Trish you know, what did you make of what was really perceived as a conflict with mr. Mccabe . That was his wifes position, she was running for office and his wifes campaign had received Campaign Funding from People Associated with Hillary Clinton and that comes of course course amid news that people work at fbi felt strongly might be the next president of the United States and the peter strzok text that said we have to tread carefully because she could be our new boss. Is this serious enough conflict for him not to run the investigation into Hillary Clinton and not to have such a big position at the fbi at a time when there are lots of questions being raised about the president and his campaign . Well, what is really telling it me, when i was still in congress and chairman of the Oversight Committee i found it interesting that mr. Mccabe, when his wife started to run he put recusal lert in place. He recused himself for all things happening in virginia. As best i recall he late rescinded that. He an ended up getting a promotion. Why did he decide to recuse himself because of perceived conflict of interest, only to rescind that . He gets a promotion and his wife goes on and accepts nearly 600,000 in a fundraiser . Now your spouse can do other things. She can run for office. Thats fine but how you deal with that, and how you recuse yourself or become involved and engaged that is still an open question. The book is not shut on that. The Inspector General is looking at that. I know firsthand he is looking at that it will all come to head. What we do in this country, we make it open and transparent. We know what happens. Trish this may feed the fire so to speak, in that there are a lot of people on the left that believe, you know, this is, all being orchestrated by donald trump and that he may have had a direct hand in firing him and he may go on, if he had his way to fire robert mueller. What do you make of those accusations right now . I mean, and danger that this Conspiracy Theory gets fed . I dont think the president needed to do that. If the question, if the democrats want to question people about that i think you can go ahead and do that that is a legitimate question. But dont presuppose the answer to that question. I would think that the democrats would want to know as much about what did and did not happen within the fbi. Remember, when donald trump won the election, when donald trump actually was sworn in as president the democrats were probably more adamant about having comey step down and holding him up on, comey up on hatch violations than anybody but somehow they have had a sea change here, now because the supposed collusion regarding russia doesnt seem to have many facts but the collusion that may have been happening within the fbi and the Intelligence Community from a select few that were antitrump, that is all coming to a head and that does come with facts unlike what their allegations are. Trish that is scary stuff. Yeah. Trish very quickly before i let you go, representative, what is your expectation for tomorrow night . Look, i think the president has an amazing opportunity to convey the state of the union which is pretty good right now. I do think he will talk about a lot Foreign Policy he will have to address what is going on with isis. North korea i think you will hear more about in very stark terms because we do have to deal with that but the president has a lot to tout tomorrow. Hopefully he doesnt just gloat about the past year but set as vision for where he wants to go with vision for infrastructure, et cetera. Trish i have a feeling well hear a lot about that thank you, jason chaffetz. Thank you. Trish tune in tomorrow night, i will be there. Neil heading our coverage at 8 00 p. M. I will take over at 11. Lou kicking everything off at 7 00. President trump offering a Big Olive Branch to democrats on emigration. He is offering a path to citizenship for so call dreamers. Will the dems bend on funding for the wall, ending chain migration and increased immigration enforcement. Adam shapiro on capitol hill with the latest next. Make something for dinner. But some of us make something much more. With blue apron, any night is a chance to see what cooking can do. Trish the president calling for a bipartisan immigration deal today. Offering a major concession, amnesty for two million dreamers. He wants his wall, border security, end to chain migration. A group of bipartisan lawmakers unveiled their immigration plans. For very latest, go to adam shapiro, live for us on capitol hill. Hi, adam. Reporter hey, trish, lets talk about what the president at the swearingin of the new health and Human Services secretary. The president when he did the swearingin, he talked about knead of bipartisan deal, democrats and republicans coming together to find a solution for immigration. The president outlined from the white house, what he is seeking. 1. 8 million people, that would be the new definition of daca or dreamers. Not just 800,000 students brought here illegally by their parents, with an end to chain migration and 25 billion to build the border wall on the southern border of mexico. Here is what the president said in his own words. Has to be bipartisan. The republicans really dont have the votes to get it done in any way. It has to be bipartisan. Hopefully the democrats will do it, enough of them will join us so we really do something great for daca and for immigration generally. Reporter the white houses proposal, the administrations proposal might be a tough one to win, not only with conservative republicans but liberal democrats as well. For instance, the 25 billion in border wall security. Here is the group which knows itself as problemsolvers caucus. This is bipartisan group, democrats and republican what is they are proposing. First they agree with the president about a kind of path to citizenship for the daca students over 10 to 12 years, depending on the time frame. But those people would have to be talk a registered by june 15th of, 2012, they would not be allowed to sponsor their parents who brought testimony here illegally to become citizens. The parents would get threeyear renewal to be in the United States legally. No path to is citizenship. 15 million to hire border guards, but only 1. 6 billion roughly to begin planning for border wall. Not the 25 billion the president has requested. When you get to chain migration. There would be threeyear renewable legal status for parents of theers, no path to citizenship. What they are proposing if youre an immigrant to the United States, you could have your spouse join you, children not married under age 20 one. That would be it. Trish thank you very much, adam. Joining me with reaction former chief of staff for senator mike lee, boyd math son, and democratic strategist robin biro. Robin, can this get done . Trish, it has to. Im just so glad theyre offering bipartisan compromises here, that were trying to work together. I am skeptical whether or not we can get that done specifically when it comes to border wall funding. But you know, i see a lot of opportunity here. I am glad they have broken through some of the ice and are making what seems to be some progress. Trish boyd, theyre making a little progress here but you know, you get a lot of democrats out there that have, put their heels, dug in their heels so to speak, not a dollar can go for the wall. I know, i guess im a little bit more skeptical than my friend here because i dont know that the democrats are going to get on board with this. Im with ribbon on this one. Im an optimist on this one, for this reason. I think the country is to the point where we can actually prove rule of law and compassion are not mutually exclusive items. That you can have rule of law. That you can have compassion. That you can work all of these things through. I think this is the beginning of the discussion for sure. How much of that ends up going towards the wahl well have to see. But there is a way to do this. That is one thing of the american people, we like our rule of law, that is important, our borders matter. All the process matters, but were the most compassionate people on the planet. That plays into it. Im hopeful. This can get done, if, if, they dont tie it to 27,000 other things and pages upon pages of a bill nobody is going to read. Trish let me jump in right now, and boyd, i will go back to you first, and over to robin, boyd, keep in mind, whoever get this is done is basically going to ingratiate themselves to a whole lot of people, right . I mean, that is in part why you saw in the past marco rubio and others really try to push for immigration reform, well, yes, im sure fundamentally believe it is the right thing to do but it is not just that. They are also receptive to the idea that they will have a group of people that will feel somewhat loyal to the Republican Party, because the Republican Party gave them some sort of path to legitimacy. I dont see the democrats being willing to give that up. Well i think what the president ought to do, once everybody gets in the chamber tomorrow night, he ought to lock the door, nobody goes out until we solve it. We have a conversation not the political conversation that you described, trish. That is the problem. You have outside groups on both sides raise millions of dollars off this, run campaigns off it. It is going to be a challenge for sure. But we have to expect more, not less from our leaders in washington. Trish here here. We have to make sure were not allowing them to solve their political problems at the expense of the american peoples problems. That is what is at issue here. Trish robin, i dont know how a democrat is going to be able to look their constituency in the eye if in fact they dont go for this, and as a result, people are sent from the country, children may be sent from the country. How do they say, well we just didnt want money for the wall. No, youre exactly right, trish. I called this before. This would be the modern day trail of tears. There would be story, very emotional, gripping, powerful stories of people contributing to our communities, being ripped to their homes and sent to places they are completely unfamiliar with. We cant afford that as democrats. Republicans cant afford it either. Well have to find a way to work together. This is really been a hyper partisan issue. It needs to be dialed back a notch. I know democrats will be holding his feet to the fire because of border wall funding because he said mexico was going to pay. And he has not given a clear understanding how that will be. There will be more questions but i am still confident that at the end of the day well come out with a solution, trish. Trish hope youre right. We expect to hear quite a bit about it tonight. Thank you so much, boyd, and robin. Forgive me, tomorrow. Getting ahead of myself. Wild swings on the market. Were at the lows of the dow. This is big earnings week with Big Companies reporting, coming on a day Deputy Director, Andrew Mccabe, stepped down. What does it mean for the markets . We have intel for you. See you here next. Ike the worst experience of my life. Seven lanes of traffic and i was in the second lane. When i get into my car, i want to know that its going to get me from point a to point b. Well, then i have some good news. Chevy is the only brand to receive j. D. Power dependability awards for cars, trucks and suvs two years in a row. Woman wait laughing i definitely feel like im in a dependable vehicle right now. Woman 2 i want a chevy now. Woman 3 i know so, howell. Going . We had a vacation early in our marriage that kinda put us in a hole. Go someplace exotic . Yeah, bermuda. A hospital in bermuda. A hospital in bermuda. What . What happened . I got a little overconfident on a moped. Even with insurance, we had to dip into our 401 k so it set us back a little bit. Sometimes you dont have a choice. But it doesnt mean you cant get back on track. Great. Yeah, great. Id like to go back to bermuda. I hear its nice. Yeah, id like to see it. No judgment. Just guidance. Td ameritrade. They always refer to me as master sergeant. They really appreciate the military family, and it really shows. Weve got auto insurance, homeowners insurance. Had an accident with a vehicle, i actually called usaa before we called the police. Usaa was there handson very quick very prompt. I feel like were being handled as people that actually have a genuine need. Were the webber family and we are usaa members for life. Usaa, get your insurance quote today. Trish we have the market a little bit off treasury yields touch the highest mark in nearly four years. As investors gear up for a pretty good week for earnings and janet yellen final speech as policy chair. Shares of apple continue to slide on reports that the tech cutting is cutting the iphone x production by, 50 . Joining me right now for a look at these markets, heather zumarriaga. Heather we headed down triple digits. Were moving back towards the lows of the session. Why are investors a little nervous here ahead of the state of the union and on a day when the Deputy Director of the fbi has resigned . Yeah, youre right. I think it has more to do with earnings, trish. It is a stellar week for earnings this week. You pointed out apple. Its a bellwether for the tech sector. Poised to report on thursday, i think it is going to come under analyst expectations because of the delay, that they are really not selling enough iphone xs. A heavy think price tag of 1000, i dont know about you, it is too expensive i think. No one is ready for it right now. Not a demand. Trish that is really interesting. Everybody kind of needs an iphone but, you know, the old iphone kind of works just fine. Unless you come up with a product that is got that many bells and whistles, most people say i dont need to replace it just yet . It has to be revenues larry. Were not seeing that with apple. While they are still manufacturing 30 million of their old iphones, like iphone 7, iphone 8, there is not just the demand. They cut it into demand of 20 million for iphone x. That is weighing on the markets to some extent. Apple has been leading nasdaq and s p higher. Some has to do with the Technology Earnings in focus. If you consider amazon a tech company, theyre out as well. Facebook i think might come in a little under analyst projections as well. And, google and microsoft also. So its a big week for earnings. That is why the markets are pulling back. That is the question then. If these guys dont live up to expectations here, then are we going to see a larger selloff than this one . Everybody has been so excited, so excited about the tax cuts, what it means for Corporate America and what it means for earnings, et cetera, et cetera. Yeah. I guess the question would be are investors getting ahead of themselves at all . We had a tremendous run in the equity markets as a whole. If you think a 4 move in apple last week really matters, it doesnt. Apples stock has been up 40 in the that year. Amazon up 56 in the past year. A little bit of a pull back. Hey, many investors are waiting to buy the Technology Sector on any weakness today or this week. So i think this will be a shortlived pullback and after the state of the union and will continue to see tax cuts being realized and americans paychecks i think that condition tins to boost the markets. Trish that is a biggie. I dont think anybody anticipated what it would be able to do for wages. We havent seen the effects, heather, keep in mind. That is a biggie. Wages gone nowhere 30 years adjusted for inflation. The American Worker is making more money. That translates to a lot, a lot in terms of what people think about the economy, doesnt it . Youre right. I think Federal Reserve, they may not hike Interest Rates on this wednesday but i think it is important to listen to Janet Yellens last statement in terms of eshoo going to be very optimistic on the economy and growth which will put pressure on wages. I would welcome that, by the way. Yeah, me too. Trish yeah,. Yeah i know in the past market said fed will raise rates. You had the taper tantrum. This is positive news. Powell will continue to raise Interest Rates two or three times this year. You just wont see it at this meeting on wednesday. Trish heather, good to see you. President trump set to turn his attention to infrastructure and a littlenoticed provision in the plan has some Property Owners, individual Property Owners kind of concerned here because you know what . It is going to allow potentially the government to tax your property if your property increases in value because of, say government infrastructure project. How is that right . Well, were going to take a very hard look at this. This is, by the way, title in New York Times article, just today. Lets show it to you. The subway is next door. Should new yorkers pay extra for that . Well its possible that the government might want to try to do this on a federal level as well. Well explain what were talking about after this. Dry mouth has been a problem for me. I just drank tons of water all the time, it was never enough. My dentist suggested biotene. My mouth felt more lubricated. I use the biotene rinse and then i use the spray. Biotene did make a difference. [heartbeat] my business was going nowhere. So i built this kickin new website with godaddy. Free to try. No credit card required. Gocentral from godaddy. Trish President Trump expected to highlight our Strong Economy in tomorrow nights state of the union address. He will point to his overall tax reform as best example how to make America Great again. As nearly three million americans are receiving bonuses from at least 273 companies. That is very good news. All the Companies Say guess what . Because of the new tax law. All americans will start seeing bigger paychecks in the coming days. Joining me the ceo of 32 advisors, robert wolf. From americans for tax reform, paul blair. Good to have you both here. Thanks, trish. It is kind of hard to argue with the good economy, a Strong Economy and a lot of indicators, robert, suggest, things are looking up. Good economy is good for the country, there is no question that confidence is high. Businesses feel good about tax reform. I would not use the stock as such an indicator on the economy. Trish the stock market . The stock market. I think it is a thing you can win and also lose on. Remember, 50 of our country are not involved with stocks. Trish fair point. Its a tough gain to use. Trish that said if youre a union member, chances are your pension is involved in the stock market. Thats true. Trish you may be touching it, some way, shape or form. Its a good thing. Trish i agree with you, with the sense, that president obama years, stock market did okay, not as well as it is doing now. It did okay, that was in part because you had the Federal Reserve out there with all its liquidity pushes. The fundamental economy hadnt improved, but in this case, robert, it feels like the fundamentals are getting better. I would say it feels like there is a real basis. Corporate tax reform was a good thing for the economy. Stock market going up is a good thing but not the gauge. My nervousness, wages are still slow, participation is still low. We need to three to six months of gdp better than 2 1 2 . The jury is still out. Definitely the trajectory feels good. Trish i know, paul it will make you happy because you and your team there, including grover have been pushing for lower corporate taxes for some time. Absolutely and were keeping a running list of all of the businesses. These are small, medium and large that have given bonuses, pay raises, 401 k contribution increases, Health Care Benefit increases on our website at atr. Org list. As you pointed out, 273 that we know of have already given these benefits. Trish let me stop you there because enough with the good news, right . There is a lot of good news out there, and that is all fine and well. But we have gotten word, our adam shapiro has been reporting, that something is going to be introduced tomorrow night by the president that may not be as good, certainly not for anybody who owns property. Value capture finance something a strategy that is going to be talked about. Basically the way this would work, theyre already trying to do it, by the way. Bill de blasio and company and andrew cuomo here in new york city. The way it would work, any kind of public money spent on any infrastructure plan if youre one of the Property Owners in that vicinity that benefits from that money being spent, while the government will say, guess what . You got to help pay for it. There will be a surcharge a tax if you would. If you live on Second Avenue, if bill de blasio, andrew cuomo get their way, guess what . If you live on Second Avenue, they will charge you more, hey youre benefiting. Your Property Value has gone up because of the Second Avenue subway. This is bonkers to me, i will tell you, robert wolf. It is absolutely crazy. I thought we had something in the United States of america called property laws, i didnt think the government could set the price on your property and pay us back something on it. You and i have been speaking a long time about infrastructure, the need to do Public Private partnerships. This type of recapture Program Using taxes is not a good thing because youre taking something of value, i. E. , your home, your condominium, making a judgment if there is an mta transit next to you that trish not youre making. The government is making. The government is making a statement obviously your real estate will go up. It could be true but may not be true as well. It is not Just Real Estate may go up. Travel and tourism can go up for the city. Im not one of these recapture financing tax plays. Trish feel as little venezuelan to me. Feels a bit like a property grab. Your value has gone up. Therefore well take some. Paul, isnt in this some way a form of double taxation . Hey if my Property Value goes up, theoretically i am paying more to the government in taxes for my property. They will nickel and dime me twice on this now . If de blasio and como would have the their way there let me be clear this is coming from the white house. Just to be clear. This is in the president s state of the union, not de blasio. Trish they talked about it in the New York Times today, but the reason were doing it, because nobody cares about city of new york. We care about it from a federal perspective because the president is said to be introducing this tomorrow night . Sure. I think what the president should be cognizant of and republicans in congress should be cognizant the reason it is so appealing in place like new york, new york city, because cost overruns are so high. If there is any sort of discussion about this sort of engagement and between businesses and contractors and Property Owners, most fundamental components of the conversation needs to be about driving down labor costs. Were veering off course here because i think, the point is it is a bad idea taking it from people. Trish, it is a horrible idea. No, were totally aligned here, infrastructure needs to be paid for. We should go to Public Private partnership. Should not be based on government funding and government taxation. So i think that this is not a new york city, new york state thing. There is over a trillion needs of infrastructure around this country. So this can hit anyone at anytime if this is something that the president decides to proceed. I hope we dont. Absolutely. Trish it would hit individuals more than it would say a developer for project . It will not hit the developer. The one being taxed is the real estate owner who supposedly is benefiting. This is, this is as i said a little venezuelan. Hopefully it is an idea that gets floated and squashed. Robert, paul, good to see you guys. Thank you. Trish a shocking report today, chipmaker intel under fire for security flaws in its processors, gave a early heads up to a select group of companies, including Chinese Tech Companies but didnt bother to tell us, the u. S. Government. That decision could have empowered the Chinese Government to exploit a security weakness. Why would intel do that . Were on it for you. See you here after this. Red now. So . Were voya. We stay with you to and through retirement. With solutions to help provide income throughout. So, youll still be here to help me make smart choices . Well, with your finances that is. We had nothing to do with that, uh, tie. Or the suit. Or the shirt. Voya. Helping you to and through retirement. This is where i trade and manage my portfolio. Since i added futures, i have access to the oil markets and gold markets. Okay. Im plugged into equities trade confirmed and i have Global Access 24 7. Meaning i can do what i need to do, then i can focus on what i want to do. Visit learnfuturestoday. Com to see what adding futures can do for you. Retail. Under pressure like never before. And its connected technology thats moving companies forward fast. Ecommerce. Real time inventory. Virtual changing rooms. Thats why retailers rely on comcast business to deliver consistent Network Speed across multiple locations. Every corporate office, warehouse and store near or far covered. Leaving every competitor, threat and challenge outmaneuvered. Comcast business outmaneuver. Trish new report says computer chipmaker intel told several Chinese Companies about a major security flaw before warning the u. S. Government. How could that happen . Our own Deirdre Bolton is here. And wow. This is a bombshell and it makes intel look pretty irresponsible although i want to point out its stock is not suffering too much. We can come back a little bit. Nuts and bolts of the story first. Intel bus business with lenovo, huge computer maker in china. Does business with alibaba. Of course our equivalent roughly of amazon. Huge ecommerce company. Intel warned these Chinese Companies about its flaws in its chips. The reason that this is becoming such a story is because some of the some of the flaws in the chips basically left systems vulnerable to hacking. That is where this comes about. In fairness, so far none of the information has been misused by china or anybody else. I just kind ever want to make the point on intels behalf so to speak, they basically told their clients before they told the government but the problem is in this land where technology and security are so important, it might have been nice to give either the u. S. Government or the nsa or somebody a heads up somewhere. Trish before you tell china. Before you tell the Chinese Companies. The worry if alibaba knows, lenovo knows, perhaps, that is inference that is not completely been confirmed. The Chinese Government would know. That i think the potentialities made everybody really nervous. The u. S. Companies found out about it before the u. S. Government include microsoft and amazon and now obviously Everybody Knows but our colleagues at wall street journal discovered the timeline, and that is really the problem. Trish who is their loyalty, to the United States of america or to their clients . You know, if youre a u. S. Company like this, and security issue at stake, you would think it would be to the u. S. Anyway if it is not they should say, the stock is flying high. They had great Earnings Report on friday and saying that this year is going to be a blockbuster year for them. So fairly or unfairly they are not suffering. Trish deirdre, thank you, sir. North korea feeling pressure on sanctions, dialing back on military exercises, because hey, they cant afford it now. Now that the fuel restrictions are kicking in. Sounds like President Trumps tough stand on north korea would be helping a little bit. There a whole lot more we can be doing, we should be doing. Well tell you all about it right here next. The commander in chief well throw down that rhetoric. His tough talk on the rogue nation is having some effects it seems according to reports from the wall street journal. They had scaled back in youll military fox news military analyst ralph peters. Good to see. They are scaling back a little bit. Theyre trying to play nice. With their neighbor there. I dont know if you are totally buying it though are you. One and they they want to buy time for their in your teaser we are going to write to the heart of the issue. They do appear to be scaling back the Major Military efforts. They in my view are running very low on fuel. So even those surely is can have 50,000 soldiers. But they are what they are going to be marching is not going to be tanks and trucks. I think the sanctions are biting. We need to come down even harder. I dont know how we can come down much harder in terms of sanctioning north korea i do know how we could come down harder on china, and russia and on any other chances out there. But we pretty much cut them off. Right now we have a real problem with the russians and chinese. Obviously it doesnt happen without government approval. They have to go back on the precious showcase. Its time to really concentrate on fuel and what does that do. Does it create enough anger towards king jungle that they say weve have it. The people have no power. What it does do is ultimately a break of the regimes capability. Twentyfirst century all Major Military still run on fossil fuels and oil and gas. So if he cannot move his systems his threat to invade south korea is an empty threat. Colonel peters. Run him down. Thank you so much. I just quick programming note for all of you. I will be joining my colleagues at 8 00 p. M. Of the state of the union. And im taking over for the late shift. 11 00 p. M. What we have heard at 11 00 p. M. Life. I will be there little blearyeyed. But i will follow it through. Lets take a look at the stocks that are waiting through a sea of red. Its not just the fed. It will be speaking on a number of hot button issues that could move the market. It concludes with the 1 trillion spending plan. Everybody agrees its muted but who will be paying for it. Plus could i
