Which everybody has been waiting for with the economy boost, that well see investment from apple into our economy over the next five years. That is really what springs it. Lets start with dow 26,000, apple is dow component. 321 points to the upside. 1. 2 gains for the big board. For the Dow Jones Industrial average, but across the board, you can see all milestones here for record closes, for the dow, nasdaq and s p. Since then we have hit eight, 1000 milestones. Eight trading days since the dow 25,000. It facessest 1000 point gain in history. Look at lead earns, boeing, almost 19 . America, caterpillar, great performers and eight, 9 gains there. Also watching cisco an united technologies. Weve seen a lot of winners across the board in technology, Consumer Products and that. Taking a look also as we talked about apple briefly. That was breaking news during the day. We contributed 250 billion. Adding jobs with, investing here at home, bringing money back from abroad with a more favorable tax plan. That is what everybody is waiting for, administration with u. S. Companies. Dow 26,000. Pretty happy for folks at home long this market. David talking about real stuff. Real jobs. Hundreds of if not trillions of dollars. They are not just promises. They are being done. Thank you, nicole. Lets bring in today ace panel. Jonathan hoenig for capitalist pig hedge fund, steve cortes, hispanic 100, former advisor to the Trump Campaign. Both fox news contributors. Were wellserved with their analysis. Jonathan first to you, you hear the word euphoria, John Templeton said that is the last stage of a bull market. What do you think . That is the only negative you can find, david. This is bull market. Put euphoria aside. 300 new highs, 80 new lows. Some individual stocks at alltime highs or 52week highs. I think you said the real risk now is sue for yaw. The average euphoria. The average investors value is bigger than 2000 and credit card at alltime high. There is lot of argument that the could make that the pendulum swung from fear all the way down to greed given the markets continued refusal to go down at all. David steve, there are a lot of naysayers of the market i doesnt give any credit to. Paul krugman who famously on the night of the election how we would go into a bear market like youve never seen before. The market would never recover. Weve gone up, 5000, 6,000, 7,000 points since then this. Is what krugman said. I dont even want to give it the dignity of reading it again. Marti feldstein did have a piece, Marti Feldstein had a piece in the wall street journal, Charlie Gasparino referred to it saying stocks are headed for a fall. His piece, Marty Feldstein deals with the effects of the Federal Reserve board, the elephant in the room marred at this doesnt talk about the effect of at that timetax cuts. If you talk about the fed alone, maybe that is the case but he didnt talk about the tax cuts. That is why the market is booming, right . David, not to good too wonky, ive been on wall street two decades. Stock market rallied over last decade, main street did not artificially low Interest Rates that practice at this forced money into the stock market. What we see now the stock market rallying like gangbusters, setting record after record while Interest Rates are rising. That is a great sign for america. David it is. That means the markets believe in real growth, not artificial asset allocation. They believe in the trump agenda. They believe in repatriation of capital. This is important, david, not just wall street doing well, it is main street. Were seeing economic gains, capex, productivity surging. There is belief out there, optimism. Not just my opinion. The survey shows it. David jonathan, i cant name the number of times you and i talked about during the obama administration, the air, the hot air that was being pumped into the economy by the Federal Reserve was just that. We have to remember a lot of people say well, the stock market went up during the obama administration. That is because obama came in when the stock market was down to practically its lowest point. Its low point was 2009 when the dow was 6, 7,000, it had nowhere to go up but it could have gone up much higher if there was real economic progress, right . When its with at 7,000, it looked like it was going to 2 and 3,000. There was a lot of fear back then. To your point about the influence of the Federal Reserve kind of where we are, were in uncharted territory. David, to quote the president himself a couple months before the election, there is a lot of bubble out there, a lot of people saying in a speculative bubble. Weve never been here before with intervention from the fed. We participate Interest Rates go up this way, that way. The real risk could be a liquidity risk. David bitcoin is down 50 from the highs. David yeah. Why couldnt other speculative assets take a breather. David apple is not a speculative stock. Melissa no. Let mow turn you to the apple story because i want to read you some quotes down below it. Jonathan, this will appeal to you. You hear democrats will say this is coming on the back of the middle class, you will hear corporate welfare, Corporate Tax breaks. Apple is already the largest u. S. Taxpayer. Anticipating repatriation of tax payments of approximately 38 billion. They are going to pay 38 billion in taxes as required by the recent changes to the tax law. A payment of that size would likely be the largest of its kind ever made. So they were already the largest single taxpayer. Now theyre going to contribute another 38 billion on this one move alone. It will be the largest payment of any kind. And yet, and yet the left will find something to complain about im betting, what do you think, jonathan . Well, shouldnt pay 38. They should pay zero because that money goes, first of all, rightfully theirs, melissa, but goes into creating wealth. Where dot iphones come from . Where does wealth come from . It comes from Companies Like apple who invest in individuals and law materials, put them all together, and create something that we are happy to wait in line for. More money in individuals pockets, corporations pockets. More apple iphones, ibms, netflix, itunes we get. Melissa so true. Steve that money is so not productive, 38 billion, it is like theyre giving their piece to the mob, for protection. Here you go, our, but were giving you protection. You dont help us out that much. Your infrastructure is for crap. It is not all cracked up to be. Trust me, give us your 38 billion. What do you think, is my language too coarse . Youre right. It is like a street tax. Melissa right. Here is the great news and it is fantastic news, by the way, im a political pundit, im on air for the president at times when it is difficult to defend what he is doing sometimes, not most of the time. I cant imagine going on air trying it somehow poke a hole in this apple news. This is the greatest news for america imaginable. 20,000 new jobs. Billions of dollars into our government covers to pay for essential services. Hundreds of billions of dollars invested into our economy. This is what we knew could happen. The American Economy has been hamstrung by absurd regulation and confiscatory taxation. That is changing under President Trump. It is changing dramatically. Melissa i want to give you more quotes where theyre getting this direct investment into the economy at 350 billion. So they say mine new investment in apples current pace of spending with domestic suppliers around manufacturers is estimated 55 billion for 2018. The direct crib shun to u. S. Economy will be 250 billion over the next five years. This is American Innovation at its finest. Right. Melissa this is not only someones original idea, but continuing to refresh and renew. I mean all those things that i read to you i read to you on my iphone, my new iphone x. They get us hooked. I was a resistor. My entire house is apple ecosystem. We did everything we could not to get sucked in. There is no way not to. American ingenuity at its finest. That is wealth creation, melissa, all of a sudden, like holy. Life will never be the same because of uber, because of apple. These miracles that these tremendous Free Companies come up with. When government touts their solution the east german against the iphone tense. [laughter] david throw something in here because it is not just high technology. I was talking to a guy who worked for a Company Making metal containers in baltimore, maryland. The most basic stuff you can imagine. Hes putting a Million Dollars, a Small Company but he is putting a Million Dollars into revamping his equipment, all of the Tool Companies that he has been dealing with are doing the same thing. It is not only hightech. It is virtually every level of production in this country, steve. Right. David im so grad you brought that point up, we love the slash think headlines for apple david i know you accept this as excuse to butt in. The president is about to speak attribute to bob dole. Lets go to president donald trump. Incredible moment in history, the presentation of congresss highest civilian honor to our friend, a true american hero, bob dole, and bob, it is an honor to be here. Thank you very much. Great job. Great job. [applause] bob earned his place in the chronicle of American Legend by the time he was 21, and in the decade since he has never stopped earning his place in the pages of american history. I also want to recognize senator elizabeth dole. Elizabeth, that was beautiful. Your words were beautiful, thank you very much. Youve been my friend for a long time. Thank you very much. And you have meant so much to our country and done so much for so many, and i know that very well. Thank you. [applause] everything we herd today herd today remind us when Second Lieutenant dole what he was 4,000 miles away from where we were today, as his body lay paralyzed against a cold, jagged italian hill, his thoughts went back home, back to that small town in russell, kansas. On hill 913 in those darkest moments bob dole had home in his heart. He wanted to go home. And in the end it was home that saved him. Home was his grandma, who believed that he would walk when the doctors doubted, that he would even live. It was his mother whose love and cooking fueled the fight to move his legs just a halfinch higher each and every day. Half an inch each day, bob. Half an inch you would say each day. It was dawsons drugstore on main street where cigar box sat on the counter to solicit donations for his some surgeries. Home is where bob dole learned the classic american grit. He knows about grit. That got him through 39 months in the hospitals. It was where he learned the values of loyalty and integrity, hard work, faith and family. That have defined him ever since to the stars through difficulties is the state motto. To the stars through difficulties. A beautiful motto of the truly great state of kansas, and the perfect description for senator doles extraordinary life. From his first year as a young representative, from kansas, to his 10 years as majority leader of the United States senate, all the way to today, bob dole has never stopped fighting for those values. He fights for kansas, for veterans, for the disabled and for all of his fellow americans. And he always has. Tens of thousands of veterans have bordered honor flights to visit world war ii memorials thanks to in great measure bob dole. Nearly every day at the memorial you can see tough war heroes in 80s and 90s moved to tears. Many can not forget the experience being greeted at their memorial, much to their surprise, by senator dole, somebody they have Great Respect for. One world war ii veteran from ohio write him after a visit. He told him before he traveled, on the honor flight, that is capital h, capital f, very important, honor flight to see the memorial he felt like he hadnt amounted to very much. He didnt feel good about himself but when he came to washington, met senator dole, and saw the memorial to his service he said, i truly felt like a hero a day. I never felt any better. That is because he remembered he was part of something much greater than himself. He was an American Patriot who defended freedom in its need of hour. He really went out and he defended it more than ever. Those who wear our nations uniform are part of an unbroken chain of heroes, their sacrifice, bobs sacrifice, keeps us safe and prosperous and free. Long after we are gone when our children and grandchildren and great grandchildren visit that extraordinary tribute on the national mall, they will no longer find world war ii veterans gazing up at their memorial to their friend, and their deeds. They will be gone. But they will still stand in the place where our heroes have stood for so many years. Their hearts will be filled by the beauty and reference of that grand memorial, and they will hear the story of a great man who rose up from a small town in the heart of america to become a soldier and a congressman, and a leader admired by all. They will hear the story of bob dole, and in hearing that story they will truly learn what it means to be a great american. Bob, that is the legacy you have left our nation, and it will outlive us all. Youre a friend. You are a patriot, a hero, a leader, and today you have become a recipient of the congressional gold medal. Its an honor to be with you, bob. Thank you for your service. Thank you very much. [applause] david that is the president of the United States giving donald trump medal of freedom, for a man who has sacrificed. That word is thrown around readily, talking about Public Services in the case of bob dole, i dont think it is an exaggeration in any way, shape or form, medical list sachs to call this man a great hero, a man who sacrificed his life for what makes america great. Melissa if you look at years of service to this country, whether you talk about his years in battle, years in government remain standing chaplain of the United States senate, dr. Barry black gives the benediction. Melissa i dont want to talk over them. Let us pray. Eternal lord god, the giver of every good and perfect gift, we thank you for the gift of senator robert j. Dole, a hero, and an exemplary role model for patriotism, service, justice, and freedom. Lord, were grateful for the beauty of his life, that continues to bring light to darkness, joy to sadness, pardon to injury, and hope to despair. May his magnanimous living challenge us all to see you more clearly, love you more dearly, and to follow you more nearly each day. Lord, bless and keep senator bob dole and his precious elizabeth in all of their going out and coming in. Keep them without stumbling or slipping, and one day may they both hear you say, welldone good and faithful servants. Enter into the joys of your lord. We pray this in your great name, amen. Please be seated. Ladies and gentlemen, please remain at your seats for the departure of the official party. Until euro is david ever heard a more beautiful prayer . That was just about a perfect cap on a wonderful celebration. Again, really a sacred celebration, at the capital dome for one of americas great public servants, bob dole. Right from the beginning when he was wounded so critically in world war ii, managed to show us all how you could overcome such horrific injuries so well, spend your entire life up until he is 94 right now, continuing to serve this great country. Melissa i talked to, i heard other people talking about what the day meant to them, sort of passing the torch, veterans of this era to now, you know, people that are in congress and are serving who have served post9 11. Sort of that transition and what it means. Interesting perspective. David there are, we must remember, everybody talks about the great generation, the greatest generation. Of course bob dole does fit in that description however there are individuals now that proved themselves just as he did back in world war ii. Were still sacrificing our finest people for their cause and for the greatness of this country. Melissa for our freedom. David speaking of our country and some of the people who are not sacrificing for it, we are facing a government shutdown. President trump and congress racing to iron out an immigration deal and keep the government open for business. Our own blake burman live at the white house. Blake, i feel like saying from the sublime to the ridiculous, but go ahead. Reporter rare moment of bipartisanship up on capitol hill. You would never know they are hashing out right now a spending deal or maybe not hashing one out, i guess well see, potentially a deal on immigration as well. As for the spending component of this, Republican Leadership has put forth the parameters of what a new deal would look like. It essentially kicks the can down the road yet again. A shortterm spending measure through february 15th. There is extension of the funding for the Childrens Health Insurance Program as well. Along with delay of obamacare taxes. The white house says it is something, a spending measure that President Trump would indeed support but they also say it is not option a as they see it. We do support the shortterm cr. However that is not our first choice. We would still like to see clean funding bill, a twoyear budget deal, but we do support the shortterm cr, but were going to, and continue moving forward in that process. Reporter the spending deal would not include a solution on daca as democrats would want. This could be a major hurdle up on capitol hill especially in the senate when you look at the numbers there. Republican was need at least 10 democratic votes. Republican senator lindsey great many already said at least for the moment he is a no because he is sick and tired of shortterm deals. We just had a caucus, we dont know whether the house will send us this bill but the revulsion towards that bill was broad and strong. To me its a layup. You have reasonable daca solution with some Border Security which we need. You increase defense spending with nondefense spending and call it a day. Were making this far harder than it should be. Reporter here at the white house they say getting a daca deal is a top priority. Up on capitol hill today senator Mitch Mcconnell had interesting words he is still not sure exactly where President Trump stands on the matter. Mcconnell saying that the president quote, has not yet indicated what he is willing to sign. David, melissa, back to you. David i still cant digest the contrast between the tribute to bob dole which was so beautiful and all that youre describing but there it is. Blake, thank you very much. Melissa very true. David melissa. Melissa here is congressman doug collins, House Judiciary Committee member. What do you think of this shortterm solution . Well, it is not ideal i agree with the white house. The revulsion is Chuck Schumer and democrats if they want to look at something, roll the tape from a few moments ago talking about bob dole who served his country, injudd for his country, who served his country with distinction for years. You go back and tell the american people, you tell the defense, our troops in afghanistan, iraq, syria, around this world youre willing to shut down the government, youre willing to with hold a budget deal number for a problem that is looking to be solved that does not even end in march 1st, even though issues happening daily. We put a court case put that on hold. We explain to them look at them in the eyes well not come to a number until you come to our project with these folks here in our country illegally were trying to fix and president promised to fix. That is the revulsion most americans should feel right now. Melissa do you think about responding to them, if you care so much about those americans that you want to stay here, or not americans, care so much about those immigrants you want it stay here, pardon my slip, do you not then, are you not willing to spend money on the border . Are they worth that money would be spent on Border Security that the president wants . Look, it is very interesting everybody is not wanting what the president is looking forward here. The president is looking to solve daca. Barack obama didnt want to solve. He wanted to use it as political pawn. President trump said i want to solve the issue. Well look at chain migration and look at Border Security so we dont end up in the same mess that we were. This is the part that just buffalos me, when you get to this part with the democrats wanting to hold up defense spending, not coming to a deal on twoyear caps deal which they are going to probably get more money for Discretionary Spending we understand that the defense numbers go up so we do what we need to do in the world. I cant go back to the word enough. Revulsion what i feel when i think about the Democrats Holding up a caps deal over a issue president said he wants to solve and is not even due at this moment. Those are the kind of things frankly if those democrats in the house and senate want to go out there and shine that light because they dont want to deal with this, so be it. I will stand with the troops. I will stand with our defense. I will stand with the other agencies in our government who need to operate and not held hostage to petty partisan politics. Melissa congressman doug collins. Thank you. Thank you. David Arizona Republican senator jeff flake blasting the president on the Senate Floor Today for his attacks on the media, comparing President Trump once again to Joesph Stalin. Kelly ward is running for Flakes Senate seat. She will join us later in the hour. First well hear from mediabuzz host howard kurtz about all of this. Coming next. That is awesome. Strong. You got the basic, and you got the beefy. I just think it looks mean. Incredible. No way. Start your year off strong a new chevy truck. Get a total value of over 9,600 on this silverado all star when you finance with gm financial. Find new roads at your local chevy dealer. Mr. President it is a condition of our democracy that the president uses words infamously spoken by Joesph Stalin phone by his enemies. When reflexively calling a press that doesnt suit him fake news, it is that person should be the figure of suspicion, not the press. Melissa arizona senator jeff flake going after President Trumps criticism of the Mainstream Media on the senate floor earlier, specifically responding to his remarks calling the free press of the enemy of the people. Joining me to weigh in, Howard Kurtz Fox news media analyst and mediabuzz host. Does the president deserve to compare to stalin who i think murdered a whole lot of people . Joesph stalin was a mass murderer. With that one second i think jeff flake undermined his whole argument against President Trump. He put that out in advance and was on msnbc saying im not really comparing the two of them, except you put them both in the same paragraph, knowing full well that would be catnip for the media. Such over the top and harshly personal comparison, ridiculous really, while flake may have other good points to make, completely overshadowed by the stalin comparison. Melissa speaking of ridiculous, im glad you brought up that word. Let me play you a little bit of the presser we were treated to yesterday. Do you believe he is fit for duty . Seems he is just shy of obesity. Youre confident of that number . Does the president wear dentures . He is borderline obese. Can you characterize that as Excellent Health . Does the president do anything at all right now in terms of exercise . Do you have Life Expectancy range of him based on results . Can you address drug addiction. Drug addiction. And other drugs. No he has no drug addiction. Melissa they asked about dentures, they asked if three to four hours is too little sleep and asked if he should be eating more fish. James freeman said, anyone issuing Long Distance diagnoses contradicting the available medical evidence can hardly complain when reasonable people call them fake news. Look, obviously it is the job of the press to ask questions about the president s health but that went on for 55 minutes. It really got the impression that the correspondents didnt want to accept the white house physicians assurance not only was President Trump in Excellent Health but he score ad perfect score on the cognitive tests. So much for the 25th amendment talk. It got into dentures and eating mcdonalds, isnt he overweight . It just was not a good look as it went on and on. By the way circling back to the senator flakes comments, i didnt agree with President Trump calling the media enemy of the american people. I thought that went too far. I am glad we have system that can criticize the president but the president has First Amendment rights to go after the press when he is being treated unfairly. Melissa or when the reporters ask do you think the president watches too much tv . They asked that of his doctor. That was really, like, anyway. Howard kurtz, thank you. Thank you, appreciate it. David remember though, it went on for 55 minutes because the president s team let it go on. Melissa he trolled them. They went for it. David they wanted america to see what kind of questions the press would ask. The press obliged. While steve bannon held back answers from congress he is agreeing to meet facetoface with special counsel robert mueller. What does this all mean for the trump team . Jason chaffetz next with his take. Melissa history on wall street yet again. The dow closing above 26,000 for the first time ever. It only took eight trading days to get us to that brand new milestone. It is the fastest time yet. And more breaking news from apple. Bloomberg reporting the tech giant it is telling its employees they will get bonuses worth 2500, worth of restricted stock that the president , thanks to the president s tax plan. I would like stock from apple. David apple stock any day of the week. Former trump aide steve bannon agreeing to interview with special counsel robert mueller, instead of testifying to the grand jury. He refused to answer questions before the house intel committee. Representative gowdy, trey gowdy voicing his frustration early on fox news. Take a listen. I am frustrated whenever people assert privileges that do not exist, and i am really frustrated when witnesses have all the time in the world to talk to the media on and off the record and they can help people write books but they cant talk to the representatives that are elected by their fellow citizens. David here now is jason chaffetz, fox news contributor, former chair of the house overnight government reform committee. Jason, everybody wants to hear from steve bannon. Congress wants to hear from him. Grand jury did. Mueller will be hearing from him. Why . I dont understand. When was steve bannon the arbiter of the truth with regard to the Trump Campaign . Well, look he created some problems for himself. He created this little firestorm with his comments in the book, some of the things he said in the media. He has been all over the map. If you make an accusation with the trump family, saying particular meetings were treasonous, they will highlight the need to have some questions answered. Ive been in trey gowdys shoes. Trey gowdy is absolutely right. If you get called before a committee of congress you can not make up this idea you get executive privilege. That has to be invoked by the executive branch, not the person coming to testify. David i understand that. I am curious by robert mueller. Prosecutors looked for people who were consistent, not people all over the map like steve bannon. Well, his credibility is, you know, much like general flynn. Here he pleads guilty to lying to the fbi. Well his credibility is now gone. So mr. Bannons credibility will be highly questionable because he has been all over the map in his Public Comments but there is a difference between lying, say in public and lying when youre under oath having to raise your hand when youre lying to perhaps an fbi agent or going before a committee in congress. That is a whole another level. At least it es supposed to be. It net always played out that be but it is supposed to be different. David because of the tribute to bob dole we had to cut the segment short and ask you about jeff flake, what he said today, at least part of it. He said truth is under assault. Now you were in congress. Is that really so unusual inside of the beltway . Look, im very good friends with jeff flake. I thought it was way over the top to talk about, to compare the president of the United States with somebody who has been at the hands of murdering millions of people, i cant recall the number but a lot of people, i got to tell i think that is just a bridge too far. He has got a solid case to make on self fronts but i think he undermined his credibility comparing him to stalin. I think that was too much. David a little bit. Jason chaffetz, good to see you, sir. Thank you very much for being here. Melissa. Melissa distracting from the agenda. Cory booker lashing out at dhs secretary Kirstjen Nielsen over the president s alleged comments. Is this slowing down progress on a daca deal . Michael goodwin, New York Post columnist is nix. Evaluating patients remotely is where i think we have a potential to make a difference. barry murrey we would save a lot of lives if we could bring the doctor to the patient. Verizon is racing to build the first and most powerful 5g network that will enable things like precision robotic surgery from thousands of miles away. As we get faster wireless connections, itll be possible to be able to operate on a patient in a way that was just not possible before. When i move my hand, the robot on the other side will mimic the movement, with almost no delay. Who knew a scalpel could work thousands of miles away . The commanderinchief in an Oval Office Meeting referring to people from african countries and haitians with the most vial an vulgar language, when ignorance and bigotry is allied with power its a dangerous force in our country. Your silence and your amnesia is complicity. You cant remember the words of your commanderinchief. I find that unacceptable. David senator cory booker grilling dhs secretary chris tenille send whether President Trump in a closeddoor meeting but is political grandstanding overshadowing any kind of progress on Immigration Reform . Do democrats really want a deal that this president can sign . Here is michael goodwin, New York Post columnist, fox news contributor. First on corey bookers remarks, what do you make of it. Grandstanding is what it was. It was about three days late but he had to have his piece of flesh from this incident so could stake out his claim to being an angry democrat. David theyre all trying to take their piece of flesh in various ways partly because the president was so successful on openair meeting the whole world go on and showed he want ad deal. I dont think they want a deal, do you . This subject they believe, based on polling is playing well for them. They dont want to let it go on with making a deal with the devil. As long as they label him the definitely of devil and racist, all these other things it will be hard for them to come across and sign a piece of paper with them. David that characterization on which they are basing practically all the campaign to take back the house in november of 2018. Any kind of deal with the president would ruin that strategy. Look, everything is about hating trump. That is the energy of the Democratic Party right now. So if you make a deal with him, then ursus speck too. So i think that the leaders in congress are really in a bind. If they throw in with the trump haters and say were not going to do athing, he is vile, he is evil, how can we make a deal with him . Then they will get nothing done. They will go into the election she is son having no agenda, other than hating trump which then leads to oka what are you going to do if you win . Well impeach him. What kind of platform is that to take to the american people, especially if the economy is doing well. People are seeing tax cuts. Is that, is that going to be a winning formula . We dont know yet. But it looks to behat is what thre going so do. If the economy continues to go gangbusters, like today, like with the gdp figures, not just the stock market, a whole lot of activity going on the private sector, if the economy keeps going strong, will that strategy fall o its face . A lot depends onresident trump himse. Whether heas to get his proval nbers up. Whenou look at sor of the generic balt,t has democrats up anyere fro10 to 14 pelection. Meaning they would certainly take the house and maybe even the senate in 2018. David even if the economy is going gangbusters. So far. Can the president get his numbers up where the republican brand looks good . So a lot of republican incumbents can hold on. David michael goodwin, New York Post, great to see you. Thank you. David melissa. Melissa new criticism for President Trump from his own party. Outgoing senator jeff flake from arizona slamming the president comparing him to a brutal dictator. The woman running to take senator flakes seat, kelly ward is with us next. She has a strong response to what he said. Achoo achoo snap snap achoo achoo feel a cold coming on . Zicam cold remedy nasal swabs shorten colds with a snap, and reduce symptom severity by 45 . Shorten your cold with a snap, with zicam. Melissa arizona senator jeff flake Holding Nothing back on the Senate Floor Today where he took several blows at President Trump comparing his words to those of Joesph Stalin. It seems he is now in turn inspired dictators and authoritarians with his own language. That is rep prelensable. Reprehensible. Melissa senator flake is stepping down at the end of his term in january of 2019. Joining me now, dr. Kelly ward who is running to fill senator flakes seat. Thank you so much for joining us. One of the other points you make in condemning this speech is the idea that, all it does is exacerbate the very problem he claims to be railing against. It is another opportunity for him to get out there, talk about the president s hatred of the media and vice versa, and then stirs up the whole feud. Youre right, melissa. I thank you for having me on. It is really despicable that jeff flake used the privilege of the u. S. Senate floor to attack our president and compare him to a brutal, maniacal dictator from the soviet union. It is unbelievable. It is unacceptable. And that is why i have challenged everyone running for his seat, the seat that he currently occupies, actually the peoples seat, to condemn these remarks. The people on the right and the people on the left, republicans and democrats should call him out for this behavior. Melissa which, i mean im sure they wont do. You have a tough race shaping up though. What are people from arizona most focused on right now . You know, they want the wall. They want to build the wall, not just a physical barrier but of course a physical barrier. They want to utilize technology to the fullest. They want to empower the border patrol. They want accountability. They want everify for and consequences for people that come here the wrong way. They dont care about daca. They want a wall. We have to build the wall, fund the wall and build it before we discuss Permanent Solutions for the daca population that barack obama created with his unconstitutional executive order. Melissa what about funding for the border way, maybe not permanent citizenship, talking about some sort of certainty what is ahead and a plan . I think that anything that were discussing right now has to be temporary for the people who are currently here. We first and foremost have to secure the border. When ever Ronald Reagan was in office you know, his biggest regret, ive been told by ed rollins is that he granted amnesty and then trusted congress, he trusted congress to deliver. Melissa theyre not going to agree to that you see, look at empass theyre sitting at right now. Again people are frustrated looking at this continuing resolution. Were going to fund the government for another 3 1 2 minutes because we cant agree on this issue. I mean dont you think it seems like, there was a deal in there somewhere, maybe only a week ago. If you say border wall first, that is like saying no deal. Well, President Trump said border wall first and he said no amnesty on the campaign trail. So that is what the people expect. You know the democrats have manufactured a crisis that doesnt exist. This does not expire anytime soon. And so to consider holding our military and other essential Government Services hostage, as the democrats are doing, is ridiculous. We cant allow that to happen. We need to move forward in the right direction and the right direction is Border Security first, discuss daca after. Melissa hmmm. Well, i dont know. I dont know how much that inspires people to want to go out and support you because, they may agree with your feelings on those things but that just is not the reality of what is going on in washington right now and it feels like it end up being more of the same. No deal gets done at all well, melissa, the problem is, the people in washington are out of touch with real people out across the United States and inside arizona. Inside arizona, and across the country people want Border Security. They want it first. They dont want to reward people who have come here illegally. Especially not before we have the Border Security that is national security. Melissa i agree with you. Im talking about what can get done. Talking about what can get done. Inspired to follow this campaign. We have got everything going. Melissa thanks for coming on. Best of luck to you. Thank you, melissa. She will be in tough primary. She is against joe arpaio. Melissa that will be interesting. David a heartstopping video literally showing the moment a group of fishermen jumped over board to escape death. Wait until you see what happens next. Hey. Hey. Hey. Oh, my god. Melissa a dramatic crash caught on camera. Speeding motor boat showing no signs of stopping at all as it plows right into a small boat in oregon. David one of the fishman is suing the driver of the other boat. He was speeding and distracted by his cell phone. Yes, he was texting. Or at least thats the charge the fishing boat was wrecked. Thankfully no one was seriously hurt. Melissa thank god me jumped. We have broken a lot of records. Were breaking another one today. The stock market is way up. Jobs are back. Black unemployment is the best it has ever been in history. Many companies are moving back to other countries where they left the United States and are now moving back into the United States. We had some big announcement recently with chrysler going back to michigan. We had toyota coming in and is going to build a massive plant. We have many, Many Companies coming in, and theyre building in the United States, and that means jobs. Liz well, its the best start of the stock market in 15 years.
