Here via the family visa and the diversity lottery system and this failed suicide bomber. Watch this. He might well be the guy that ends all of that. President trump moving on this front. Weve got details. And red flags bitcoin wall street top cop warning that bitcoin market is quote burning with risk for retail investors. You could get torched. Were going to have the details on that tonight. We have an allstar lineup of guests, including the Weekly Standards fred barns. Fox news steve hilton, former nixon speechwriter and economist ben stein and sirius xm radio host. Welcome to risk and reward, im elizabeth macdonald. The dow surging higher more than 100 points going right now for washington for tax cuts maybe youll have them before christmas. Look at this. Were now more than 500 points from the next milestone 25,000. But lastminute horsetrading deals. Breaking news on the tax bill. Adam shapiro has the latest. Adam. And, heres what were being told. Fox business reported earlier today that the corporate rate would rise above 20 . Now we know its going to be 21 . Blake burman and i have been reporting it would be somewhere between 20 and 22 after a Senior Administration official told us it would probably be 21 with a decimal point. But the parameters that theyre working with and have agreed upon at this point, 21 corporate. The top individual rate, 37 . The pass through rate, this would apply to Small Business owners. You would be able to reduce your top bracket income 20 . And then on your mortgage, Interest Deduction up to 750,000 in mortgage value. They are planning seven individual tax brackets it at this point. Thats actually still being discussed. But it looks as if the senates going to win on that one with seven individual tax brackets. The key to all of this. Because now these big parameters in place, they have to score it. It still has to beat the bird bath reconciliation rules. So theyre expected to score by thursday but these are the parameters with which theyre working. We also reported earlier today that there would be a 10,000 cap on state and local taxes including property and income. This would spread the assault deduction to millions of americans two itemize whether you own property or not you would be able to do 10k property. Its those two up to 10k. Liz yeah, that is big breaking news and we dont know how theyre going to pay for it right, adam . How theyre going to drop that top rate down to 27. Maybe get rid of the 37. 37. God bless you if it was 37. Liz maybe get rid of the Corporate Tax deduction for state and local taxes. Wipe that out. They have to pay for it. Thats why youre seeing the corporate rate go up to 27 . Remember ron johnson on the senate side was holding out for a deduction. Its the giveandtake. Its the back and forth. Its the horse trading. Thank you, adam. Great breaking news there. Thanks so much. Now lets get to the latest of the Alabama Senate race jeff flock on the ground in birmingham. Jeff. Covering the doug Jones Campaign, as a matter of fact, liz. Were at a black polling place, africanamerican community. Turn out seems to be high in that community. At least anecdotally which would help doug jones. Hes been running ads, by the way. And as we have pictures of him, by the way, of voting today, earlier today in his hometown, which is just suburb of birmingham. Trying to tout himself as more of a moderate. Some of his positions fall in line with that. He supports the second amendment, though, constitutional right to bear arms is not a godgiven right but a constitutional right. He also is for a Corporate Tax cut. And he says, hey, im not not tough on crime. He was a prosecutor of eric radioed off, the olympic park bomber as well as the kkk members who blew up a church back in the 60s. On the other hand on some of the other positions, not so moderate. On health care he has supported obamacare and has been opposed to attempts to repeal it. Also, he is for abortion rights, which is tough in this state. He has not for lateterm abortions. But on the other hand, he is firmly behind a womans right to choose. One pollster says if he was prolife, he might be winning this race in a walk away. Anyway, ive covered the Jones Campaign and now Hillary Vaughan also out there on the roy moore campaign. Back to you, liz. Liz great reporting. Thank you, jeff flock. Now to republican roy moores campaign. President trump tweeting about his opponent doug jones. The people of alabama will do the right thing. Doug jones is pro abortion. Hes weak on crime, military, and illegal immigration. Hes bad for gun owners and veterans and against the border wall. Doug jones is a Pelosi Schumer puppet. Roy moore will always vote with us. Vote roy moore. Lets get to Hillary Vaughan in montgomery, alabama with the very latest. Hillary. Hey, liz. Well, following up on jeffs reporting, thats the big pitch last night. Thats the big pitch today that roy moore is the only republican on the ballot. So getting those conservative voters to check yes for roy moore instead of choosing to write in a different candidate or flipping for doug jones is something that theyre thinking about and something that theyve been trying to combat last night at a rally inside a barn in midland city. Steve bannon spoke to many roy moore supporters, reminding them that doug jones is not a moderate. He is a democrat and roy moore is the only republican on the ticket. But today, roy moore really pushing against some of the Sexual Harassment allegations that have plagued his Campaign Going as far to say that when he gets to washington. Of course, emphasis to win the election here tonight first before he heads there. But when hes in washington, hes going to take Mitch Mcconnell on headtohead and make sure that he does not stand in the way of his senate seat saying that if he tried to do that, that it not only would be unconstitutional, but that it would be overcoming the will of the people. And he said that it is institutional for the senate to ignore the vote of the people here tonight. So holds due. Not close for a couple of hours. Were inside the watch party where a lot of his supporters are going to gather watch the results rolling in. So it will be interesting to see how things end up later tonight. Roy moore did kind of get a lot of attention earlier today by writing his horse to the polls. So well see if he decides to take his horse here tonight. Liz. Liz great to see with you be hillary. Great reporting there. Thank you so much. Now, Alabama Senate election has big implications for the president. The president s agenda, the republican party, and 2018 midterms. The outcome of the race could affect the balance of power in washington, d. C. If Democrat Doug Jones wins, it would cut the Republican Senate majority to a slim 5149, giving democrats momentum in the midterms next year. Executive editor for the Weekly Standard fred barns joins me now. Could a victory give democrats a better shot at retaking the senate next year . Oh, of course it would. I mean, jones victory would mean theyre only two seats away from winning 51, and they control the senate and, boy, you can see how that would affect the agenda. Particularly, the agenda, the judicial revolution that republicans are carrying on, getting conservatives on the federal appeals courts and they would have a hard time doing that with democrats in charge. Liz you know, the stakes are high for doug jones. No democrat has been elected of the senate of alabama. I think since 1990. No democrat has held statewide office since 2010. I mean, he needs high turn out among afternoons americans to win. They make up a quarter of the states electorate. Its all about the turn out right, fred . Well, it certainly is. Because normally you would expect an election two weeks before christmas with nothing else on the ballot. It would be a very low turnout, and i think doug jones would benefit from a higher turn out. Well see. Its just going to be hard to get voters out at a time like this. Liz yeah. Lets talk about the opposition to roy moore. The conservative National Review, they opposed roy moore. They note that hes been tossed off twice. They say quote his record of vicious constitutional ignorance is so brazen and egregious that it should gavel him from the senate. Joy simmons and richard shelby, the senator is not voting. What do you think . Well, all of that you said is true. On the other hand theres a election between the republican and democrat. The best things for republican is for their candidate to win, even if they dont like him. Its a little like the Trump Campaign a year ago. And that is where a lot of people. I bet you knew a bunch of them, liz. I certainly did. People who didnt like trump and at the end said hes better than a democrat. And voted for him. I think there will be some of that voting. Liz yeah, i think youre right. The exit polls, theyre going to be murky at best because people tell pollsters one thing and then go behind the curtain and pull the lever and do something entirely different; right . I think that happens a lot. So weve had a terrible problem with the exit polls in recent elections. President ial elections, in particular. And so i personally just pay little notice to them now. You really have to wait for a result. Liz you know, republican South Carolina senator tim scott is already saying there will be an immediate ethics investigation into roy moore. What do you think of that. Well, i think the republicans better cool down a little bit. I guess an immediate investigation would start some time early next year. Look, republicans are going to be better off, i think, electing roy moore even though they dont like him. So many of them dont like him, and i suspect theyll treat him civilly. I suspect roy moore is not going to get up there and throw down the gauntlet to Mitch Mcconnell or Something Like that. I mean, this is politics. And this argument that republicans if moore is elected would give up the high moral ground. High moral ground in politics is imaginary. So i dont think they would be giving up much. Look, roy moore leaves a lot to be desired. But hes a respect he, and they need his vote. Liz it looks like we are watching the polls weighing the balance. The voters in alabama, the allegations against roy moore is a difficult choice for them. What do you think of the allegations, fred . Well, you know, that first woman that came along and Mitch Mcconnell said he believed her, and she sounded pretty credible to me. It was 40 years ago. And im sure theres been a lot of effort by democratic investigators and the press out of alabama trying to find some people, women who were somehow assaulted or mistreated sexually by roy moore. Some time in the last 40 years. More recently. I think they havent found anybody. I havent heard of anybody. But that tag still hangs on him. I mean, that story has really may have doomed his campaign. Liz thank you, fred barns. We love to see you. Come back soon. Lets get to your money. Another record winning day for the dow and the s p 500. Lets get to Nicole Petallides on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange with the very latest. Nicole. You get tired saying record after record; right . The Dow Jones Industrial average, the s p 500. Alltime record highs during the day with record closes. Third consecutive for the dow as we look at the Dow Jones Industrial average would have triple digit gains today up nearly 120 points. In fact, it was the 67th record this year and the 84th record since the election. And when you ask traders, they still think the momentum is to the upside because of earnings, fundamentals, a better economy, and of course the tax overhaul. Also, oils back. A couple of the winners, goldman sachs, boeing, verizon helped lead the way. Liz. Liz thank you, nicole. Americas top cop on wall street now warning investors about bitcoin. Were going to tell you what he said about this socalled cryptocurrency and whether or not you should aware. Bitcoin has had a slippery ride since it launched a few years ago. And new york city terror bomber got into the u. S. From bangladesh on a family visa via the diversity lottery system. That was a relative of his that got in. President trump now vowing to end those programs. U. S. Attorney general Jeff Sessions railed about them today. Roll tape. In just the last two months, weve seen two terrorist attacks in new york city. By men who were here as a result of failed immigration policy. The diversity lottery, which makes no sense and has never made no sense, and change migration. Went to the Port Authority yesterday morning with a purpose. He had strapped to his body an ied. A pipe bomb that he had made using a metal pipe filled with metal screws held together under his jacket with wires and zip ties. Admitted that he began researching how to build bombs about a year ago and had been planning this particular attack for several weeks. Liz the failed suicide bomber charged today with five federal terrorism charges ranging from providing Material Support to a terror group to using a weapon of mass destruction. He faces life in prison. Heres what we know about him. Hes a 27yearold bangladeshy national. He entered the United States on a immigrant visa in 2011. He got that family visa through a relative who got here through the diversity lottery program. Twothirds of immigrants come here via the program. The National Review says quote people are getting into the u. S. With no investment in this country. Its systems of belief or its institutions. Thats usually necessary. Its not even support youre seeing for the u. S. economic. Thats not even a prerequisite for admission. The only tie and requirement is one of blood, meaning family ties. President trump is vowing to end these programs. Roll tape. There have been now two terrorist attacks in new york city carried out by foreign nationals here on green cards. The first attacker came through the visa lottery. And the second through chain migration. Were going to end both of them. Liz joining me now, former Senior Adviser to uk primers david cameron. Est host of the blockbuster show the next revolution. He is steve hilton. Good to see you, steve. Senator tom cotton asked on the floor of the Senate Last Week quote shouldnt we have an immigration system that focuses on the needs of the American Workers and the u. S. Economy . Not one that gives out green cards by random chance. Is it time to end these programs . Hes exactly right. It is time to end. Theres no Popular Support for it. Theres Political Support for it from the democrats who have always been for the last few years pushing this argument that any kind of restriction somehow races. Thats ridiculous. You can be pro immigration, understand the benefits of people coming here who have something to offer, who can contribute to our economy and our society. But to have very tight controls. We dont have tight controls. All of these systems are completely broken. Now, what i dont understand is why its taking so long to do something about it. When youve got a president who is elected so clearly with immigration as part of his message that got him elected. And youve got a republican in control of congress. Put forward a very since i believe bill, which would, amongst other things, deal with these really broken systems. I think its really time to get on with it. This should be the next priority the minute theyre done with the tax bill. Liz isnt the proof staring us in the face trying to kill innocent people on their way to work . What a greater violation to human rights than that. And also sanctuary cities. You see illegals coming in killing people. You would talk about the bill that would abolish the chain migration to spouses and minors, people of children under the age of 18. More skillsbased immigration like they have in canada and australia. But do you think this is too little too late . I think you said the u. S. Doesnt take these kinds of attacks seriously enough. Can you explain . Well, i think its also true to say that dealing with immigration is just one part of it. That can help us deal with the threat for new people as theyre coming into america. But it doesnt help us. But the other part of this terror threat, which is the radicalization of people who actually maybe when they came to america or even who were born here, they werent the kind of people who would ever do this but through online resources, through meeting people at mosques or all sorts of different means become this murderous ideology is the right way to live their life. Now, thats something we need to fight. And, again, i dont think were taking that seriously enough here. Theres so much more that we could do to stop the online spread of that kind of hate. But also, looking at the religion of islam as well. Its true to say that most muslims are peaceloving. All of that stuff is completely true. But i do think we need to expect more. Also, we need to expect more from the country, frankly, that did most to spread all of this hate and ideology. That is saudi arabia. They funded all of these radicalized preachers and mosques where they do their dirty work. And now they say theyre reforming their country. Well, i think we could also expect from them is a lot of money put into communities to build up an alternative network of mosques and Islamic Centers that will provide a positive alternative to this disgusting ideology. Liz but the u. S. Doesnt vet on ideology; right . Yeah. But thats right. But im talking about the people who are already here. Because thats also a risk. Its not just immigration. That should be part of it, the idea logical inclinations of people. Thats what i thought the president meant when he spoke about extreme vetting. That should include any history that people might have of participating in that kind of conversation, that kind of idea logical conversation. So, yes, we need to look at that as well. But its also about people who are already here. Its too late to shut the doo door. Theyve never been born here. What was your reaction on the news that the family of the failed suicide bomber and the Port Authority that the family was outraged by the way they were treated by Police Investigators saying a teenage relative was basically pulled out of class for questioning things like that. What was your reaction to that . Its just completely absurd. The first duty of police is to protect people and whenever theres an incident like this, the alarm bell goes off and is there something about this person that can tell us theres future attacks that we need to know right away . Literally every Second Counts in terms of potentially stopping further injury or loss of life. So of course the police have to respond sometimes in very speedy ways. Thats their job. Liz steve, we love having you go on. Come back soon. See you soon. Great to see you. Bye. Liz great to see you too. Global oil prices. Lets get to your money. They basically were seesaw action today between gains and losses as traders weighed the impacts of the shutdown of the key europeanfueled pipeline. British Companies Said it would shut down the Pipeline System for several weeks. Lets take a check of gas prices. The National Average is up a year ago. Now sits at 2. 46 a gallon. Were coming down to the wire. Lawmakers negotiating on what will be in the tax bill. Will they get something on president trumps desk by christmas . And we have this story for you. Bitcoin going from 1,000 bucks at the start of the year to now sticking it around 17,000. Wall streets top cop now sending out warnings about it. Find out what he said. Dont go away no matter how the markets change. At t. Rowe price. Our disciplined approach remains. Global markets may be uncertain. But you can feel confident in our investment experience around the world. Call us or your advisor. T. Rowe price. Invest with confidence. Liz this is this has been an historic market story. Apple went public 35 years ago this weekend. Now, if you bought 1,000 worth of shares at apples ipo price of 22 bucks a share way back then, your shares today with dividends reinvested would be more than 411,050. Apple stock now selling at over 170 bucks. Close felt day particular down in the red. Lets get to the republicans in the house and the Senate Closing a tax deal that could bring the party closer to passing a major piece of legislation by the end of the president s first year in office. Were going to hear more from the president s tax speech tomorrow at 3 00 p. M. Eastern time at the white house. Lets bring in the vice chair of the House Republican conference. He is congressman doug collins. Its great to see you, congressman. Great to see you as well. Okay. Dc bureau adam shapiro and blake burman. They got the news 21 corporate rate. A 37 top individual rate. The mortgage interest capped at 750k mortgage value. Did you hear that . Is that what it is . What are your thoughts about that . That looks like the deal. Well, i think weve been hearing a lot of moving parts. That is some of the things ive heard as well. This is the interesting part, and i love talking about this process because so much that be hab happening here in congress that were actually doing what the congress does. Thats the house and the Senate Working out a bill and signing that compromise when we can make what we felt was a good bill even bet. And i think thats just good for the american people. And i think donald trump deserves a lot of credit for that. And his active involvement saying were going to do tax reform this year. But its also the speaker and kevin brady and the Senate Leadership as well working to say what can we do to make right . Congressman, are we going to see a santa claus tax cut . I dont know if you saw this. Senator rand paul just moments ago sweeting out thats like in good conscious vote to add more to the 20 trillion debt. Is this tax bill still good to go . Are we going to get it by christmas . And im not sure what senator paul is talking about. Is he talking about the tax plan . All ill say is following kentucky, i know in northeast georgia, and hes very familiar with that area. Our businesses need relief. Our people would like to see more in their paycheck. I would like to see us take a longterm approach. And i think the right approach is you do tax reform. You do growth in the economy. Im not satisfied with 1 or 2 growth. I want to see tax reform that gets us to 3 and 4 growth. Then we work on our spending problem. But also, we get our businesses growing, and thats the biggest part. So when people wake up in the morning, theyre deciding do i want to spend this extra money on my family or do i want to write it to the tax man . Liz you know, nancy pelosi says its armageddon, this tax bill. What do you say to that . Well, ive always said shes the queen of hyperbole on this issue and if she continues to do this, then fine. Let her go around and explain why she wouldnt want to be for businesses being able to expand. For businesses being able to add that piece of equipment. Shes always talking about the middle class. Lets let our businesses being able to hire people at good wages and good jobs. I would like anybody to explain why thats not a good thing. You may call it armageddon because its your philosophy that government should spend and maintain a level of taking care of everybody. We just simply have a different opinion. That people can do it better. Liz yeah, but the Mainstream Media has people convinced. This is a really bad tax deal. But to your point, its about growth; right . Well, again, Mainstream Media, they can do what they want to do. I answer to voters. I actually go out and talk to people at the waffle house. I see them at the grocery store. And what i hear from those people is we want you to do what youre supposed to do but we also want you to help us find jobs, help us make sure that were able to freeway provide for our kids and do those things. Liz you know what i had the other day . Chicken and waffles. It was delicious. I love that you go to the waffle houses. Come back soon. Love having you go on. Look forward to it. Take care. Liz bitcoin. Wow is this the bitcoin craze at its height . Warning the little guys watch out. You may be get caught holding the bag from the big investors. We also have look at this story. It was basically trading at 1,000 around the beginning of the year. Now more than 17,000. But now americas top cop has a warning for mainstream investors. Hes jay clayton. He runs the scc. Saying quote there are tails of fortunes to be made and dreams to be made. Were hearing the familiar reframe. This time is different. Now is an opportunity too good to be true. Please exercise extreme caution and be aware of the risk that your investment may be lost. With me now is economist and author of the capitalist code benstein. You know, ben, its great to see you. We love having you go on in these stories. You know, i was talking to a derivatives expert who wrote columns for the economist magazine tried to back out of a bitcoin trade. Said she couldnt. The infrastructure wasnt there to handle the trade. Are you worried about the infrastructure is not there to deal with these bitcoin trades . Im worried about every single thing having to do with bitcoin. I just dont see what it is. Its like what my aunt said about the city of oakland. What you get there, theres nothing. Theres no, there there. Nobody knows what bitcoin is. Its a cryptocurrency. What does that mean . Thats just a restatement of my question. If you dont know what something is, i would be very, very cautious about putting my money into it. And if Warren Buffett warns you against it and the head of the scc warns you against it, i would be very cautious about it. Maybe im going to be proved totally wrong. I have been proved totally wrong in the past. But i think this whole thing is a bubble of bubbles. Liz a bubble in search of a pin. I love that you quoted your relative. People get so much information all day they lose their common sense. Theyre not heavily regulated. Theres always that concern. Its hardly regulated at all. Liz what are your thoughts about that . I think it should be highly regulated, and i think there should be a clear explanation of just what the heck it is. You use it for the dark web. Well, how big is the dark web . How many people even know how to get onto the dark web. I sure dont. Ive been using the web for a lot of years. I have no idea what the dark web is or how to get onto it. What is it . What is it . What is a bitcoin except a bubble in the minds of people who are exceptionally optimistic. When i hear taxi drivers, limo drivers say, oh, im going to go into bit coins and im going to make my fortune. That scares me to death. When i hear people that are not in the Financial Service area saying theyre going to make their fortune off of previously unknown speculation, i get worried as hell. Liz 80 of the trades according to the wall street journal are in asia, japan, and south korea. Countries like that. They can make mistakes too. They can make mistakes too. They have been the subject of some very, very serious corrections, and i have a terrible feeling that theres going to be this time too. Now, look, china is such a big, rich economy, they can absorb it. But what if a giant correction starts, and it just spreads panic through the market . And our markets are Securities Markets are real securities, Real Companies like General Motors or ford. Theyre already very highly valued. What if it starts a panic that ripples through the whole economy and knocks down stock prices a lot . Its going to be a nasty situation. Liz that is your that is the point. The bumrush for the exit. That is a very, very crowded trade. That exit jammed packed when people are trying to rush out of the exit at the same time. We saw that in the financial collapse. Again, the Bitcoin Trading structure, infrastructure is not there. Thats the fear in the market. Go ahead. Well, its even its worse. I mean, Warren Buffett famously said that in the crash of 2008 he said everybody was going to leave at midnight, leave the party at midnight. But there were no clocks. Theres no clocks here. Theres no exit door here. We dont know how people get out of it. Its easy nothing further. Very hard to get out. And we dont know what it is. If i call up my broker, and i say i want a Million Dollars worth of bitcoin, what am i buying . I dont know what it even is except i know its a bubble. And im going to place my fortune in the hands of a bubble, and i dont like the idea of that. I mean, we already have a highlyovervalued stock market. It sounds like a bubble on bubble. Liz great to see you, sir. Merry christmas to you too. Saudi arabia lifting decadesold bans on movie theaters. Liz breaking news on that russia probe. Telling fox news that all of the interviews of white house officials by special Counsel Robert Mueller have been completed. Now a source with knowledge of the investigation expects that the Mueller Investigation will be wrapped up soon, which could be weeks, perhaps a couple of months. Were going to bring you any developments on that story. Next up, a former facebook executive now criticizing his own company. He says he feels quote tremendous guilt about facebook. Heres what he said. I think we have created tools that are ripping apart the social fabric of how society works. Lets take it up with sirius xm radio host and Fox News Contributor david web. Wow. A bombshell here. Should web thinking twice about our social media use . He says its ripping apart the social fabric of society, facebook. Well, let me start with a very basic thing. Just because youre friends on facebook, doesnt mean youre really friends. If you havent met, if you havent had personal interaction, if you havent gotten to know each other, youre not friends. You and i are friends. We met. We know each other. Were not just facebook friends. Social media has a place. I dont want to get people i dont want to give people the wrong impression. Im not against it. Its a great tool for my radio show. Its a great tool for us on fox. Its a great tool for us to spread and interact and share ideas. But, you know, were going to the point where social media has a place real interaction between people too much. The percentages are dropping between minerals and younger children and thats an important part of our development as people. So, you know, the old days when ibm hired the hackers because they knew how to break into the servers. Well, now its the Facebook Developers who are saying, hey, we created this, and were telling you theres a little bit of a problem. Hire us to tell you what the problem is. Liz and, david, what hes saying too is so enlightening. Hes saying that it is purposely built to set off a dopamine charge in the brain of excitement and addiction that when you see that like button, you keep going to facebook. Or, you know, people who troll or abuse other people anonymously. Again, a dopamine charge in the brain. Now, this former facebook executive, david, he does not even allow his own children to use facebook or social media. I mean, how dangerous is that . How smart is that . How smart is it to control what they do . Now they want to build a tool to go even younger. Theres another side of this, and that is the medical side. First to the idea of that response that dopamine level. You know, we used to get that for making a basket. You shoot a hoop. We get that from interacting with our friends. High five. You ride a bike as a kid. Now youre replacing that with the digital world, and youre removing that human interaction, you know, the idea of how to find your place in social structure, it comes from human interaction. And weve seen the tests over the years and the studies that, you know, people cant put down social media. They put it down, they feel withdrawal. They feel those symptoms. This is something we have to watch. We have to monitor it. I moderate it. I use it professionally. I get on it from time to time, but im not going to tell you what im having coffee or, you know, what latte or i dont drink lattes or whatever. I think these executives are finally starting to realize that their families cant carry out the bad side of it. Liz its okay that you admitted to lattes. I enjoy it as well. Come back and tell us more of what you enjoy. David web, we love having you go on. Great stuff. Thank you so much. Love you. Liz me more. New details on Justice Department officials who was demoted last week over his connections to that firm behind the unsubstantiated antitrump russian file. Thats up next. Dont go away zar one of our investors was in his late 50s right in the heart of the financial crisis, and saw his portfolio drop by double digits. It really scared him out of the markets. His advisor ran the numbers and showed that he wouldnt be able to retire until he was 68. The client realized, i need to get back into the markets i need to get back on track with my plan. The Financial Advisor was able to work with this client. Hes now on track to retire when hes 65. Having someone coach you through it is really the value of a Financial Advisor. Liz bruce was demoted last week for failing to disclose meetings with that firm fusion gps. Now, this is the outset behind the antitrump russia file. Now were finding out that mr. Ore, hes married to one of the firms former employees. Fox fox news james rosen has confirmed that his wife worked on the Opposition Research team in 2016 ahead of the president ial election. Lets take it up with the political panel, republican strategist Ford Oconnell and democrat strategist kelly grace gibson. Good to see you both. Judge napolitano said this is not a major conflict of interest. But she didnt work directly on the probe. But what do you think . Should we look more into this doj fusion complex . Absolutely. Look, i think they have a light to look into the investigators. Yes, it may not aba major conflict of interest. But it is a major sign. And bruce decided not to disclose his meetings with fusion gps. And honestly, if we take a step back from this, what were starting to see more and more than a trump russia collusion scenario is a obamacontrolled doj and fbi they use tentacles of government to basically go after a political opponent during and after the campaign. This is pretty significant. Liz the details come out, it just gets more strange by the second. Now you have director fbi director Andrew Mccabe no longer going to testify before the house committee. Hes going to postpone it to next week. Sources say he may have an ore problem. What do you think . Well, i mean, yes, its not that hes not going to testify. It was pushed back and theres preparation that goes into getting ready to testify, and we cant speculate what that is. But i do want to go back to the conflict of interest. In modern day couples, the woman gets to have a career and the and a man gets to have a career, and they can do that and if you want to work for Opposition Research. On the record saying facing all the opportunities for hillary opposition was. Kel kelley, but you are now missing apples and oranges. We are now talking about the law. No. No. No. She did it under the law. She didnt work for the government. It doesnt matter. We know that the trump dossier was the basis for this entire witch hunt and the entire russia probe. Its aint witch hunt. People on the Trump Campaign had actual relationships with russians during his transition. Kelly, this is a conflict of interest. Andrew napolitano may not agree with me about the size of said conflict, but im willing to bet that theres more conflicts here. And if Andrew Mccabe was not willing to show up because believe me, i dont believe in scheduling conflicts. Oh, you dont. Youve never had one. With the fbi . Absolutely not. This story was popped up last night and guess what . He decided not to show up this morning. He wants to get his story straight when it comes to ore. Liz its kind of strange, though. You have all of these weird things going on in the federal government with the antitrump dossier connected to the fbi and now this guy at the Justice Department, his wife works at that same firm. You dont find that strange. Liz, i think theres a lot of strange things with trumps relationship with russia. Liz im not talking about that. Kellyanne, just answer that question. Dont you find it kind of strange that his wife works for the firm . No. I dont think his wife is an Opposition Researcher. And if i lost a job for what my husband does . But your husband isnt the basis for the trump dossier. Reacted to the fact that theres a valid investigation. Liz we have 30 seconds left. During the candidacy. Liz ford and kelly, thank you so much. Another fiery discussion. Come back soon. You know, were going to have more after the break. Stay there. Dont go away the moment a fish is pulled out from the water, its a race against time. And keeping it in the right conditions is the best way to get that fish to your plate safely. Bacteria can multiply to high enough levels that even cooking it will not destroy all of them. Its definitely the most important thing in my business. How fresh is the fish . Where it comes from . How it gets here. The more i know, the better. Sometimes the product arrives and the cold chain has been interrupted, and we need to be able to identify where in the cold chain that occurred. We took our world Class Network and we developed devices to track environmental conditions. This device allows people to understand whats happening not only with the location of that asset, but also if its too hot, if its too cold, if its been dropped. Its completely unique. We ship fish, beef, poultry, vaccines, insulin. This is about monitoring and protecting everything we ship. I catch all this amazing, beautiful fish and then once its out of my hands, i have no control over what happens to it. If you have a sensor that can keep track of your product, it keeps everybody kind of honest that way. Its really all about the network. You are looking at trillions of transactions a year. Not too Many Companies in the world can even scale to that type of volume. Who knew a tiny sensor could help keep the food chain safe . Food has to be fresh. Its that simple. Liz were in the closing hours of a tight race, senate race between republican roy moore and Democrat Doug Jones.
