Later on tonight, so want to bring in lewis gomer at the rally joining us now. Congressman gomer, all eyes on alabama all of a sudden. Its the center of the universe and it seems like everything is at stake. What do you expect tonight at the rally and tomorrow at the election . Well, i expect the rally to be terrific tonight, but roy had asked me to be here. I met him many years ago when he and i were both judges. This is a man of principle and i am just outraged and shocked at how many people who used to be for due process, something this country was about turning around and said somebody has made an allegation about Sexual Offences my word is that all it takes to lose an election . We saw fraudulent charges against ted stevens and he was tried a week before the election and lost by 1200 votes and cost him the seat and his life and look, i may be the only person here whose ever looked at a man in the eye and senate seemed to die because of what he did to a woman. I take those things very seriously so for heaven sakes make an allegation four weeks before the election, and then well work through this in the months ahead. Charles there have been several allegations made, and of course when you Start Talking about 14 year olds and young girls who arent yet adults, that even adds a lot more to the weight of the whatever you want to call it. It doesnt. You look at them, theres one crime thats alleged by the 14 year old and you wait 38 years. You know, charles we have a statute of limitations so that you cant blindside people this far into the future after somethings happened. How do you ever find somebody to show where you really were . Who has a calendar back then . Charles ultimately i dont disagree with you. Only two people will know about this because its 40 years old but having said that do you see tonight, i mean tomorrows election as sort of a referendum on that or does it go beyond that back to the basic political points that probably would have been front and center if it wasnt for this controversy . Well, it would be front and center if it werent for the controversy and roy moore would have blown doug jones away. The only chance they had spending 30 million in the primary, 60 million or whatever it is, trying to take him out, they had no chance unless they waited until the last minute, brought these allegations, and i get tired of hearing people say oh, but they sounded so convincing. Look, i spent a decade listening to people trying to decide what was truthful and what wasnt and always people were very polished in their presentations because their lawyers always got them ready, you know, people like gloria alred, they make a living preparing people to make statements. Thats not what you look at. Say for example, if a witness says well, we talked on the phone in my room. Then you find out she didnt have a phone in her room. She couldnt bring her phone into her room. She didnt have a cell phone. What else is she not being truthful about . Charles so you personally with your legal background, you see enough holes in this 40 year old story to dismiss it completely . Ive seen enough holes to know that roy moore needs to be elected tomorrow and in the months ahead, lets work through the evidence, lets dont do what happened to ted stevens and jump the gun based on fraudulent evidence and then we find out after the election and its turned over to a democrat and a lot of damage is done to america you know, that Supreme Court justice, we got a confirmation with mike pence this past year casting the deciding vote. If that seat is in the hands of a democrat that vote wont do it charles we know that, the entire, we know perhaps the entire trump agenda could be at risk tomorrow, but some folks are saying its even bigger than that. I could tell you, charles, if a year from now we finally goat to the bottom and we find that there was substance to it, then i have no problem. Ive sent people to prison for their lives and to death, but you dont takeaway due process. What have we become where the senators say were not sure we want him to be part of our club . No, this is for alabama to decide. The people here in this state need to decide and im here to remind them of that. Charles congressman lewis go hmert, we appreciate up being on the show thank you very much. Thank you charles. Charles bringing our panel now, more on this Alabama Senate race, ford o connell, civic foreign chairman and washington examiner, gina louden, donald j. Trump and amy holmes political analyst. Let me start with you gina. Obviously the controversy is there. Its interesting on the Mainstream Media theyre taking it as a winwin. If the democrat wins they win if roy moore wins they win and of course theres a lot of never trumpers out there getting a lot of airtime across the tv spectrum in the last 24 hours. Well, ill tell you what. You know ive got my broadcasting start in alabama. I call it my sweet home. I was there on the ground last week with steve bannon traveling alabama, speaking at rallies for judge moore and i can tell you the momentum is palmable, charles, people in alabama are excited for so many reasons and excited to stand for judge roy moore against allegations that are unsubstantiated in any way shape or form and excited to stand for due process and excited to stand up for their sovreign right as a state against the Mainstream Media who would try someone in the court of Public Opinion so i think tomorrow will go well for him. Charles let me just let the audience know in this fox news poll, they have a likely vote of 42 democrat 44 gop, registered voters 38 democrat and 46 gop and the president ial election, President Trump gop was 62 , so so that really is really really low, 52 of the voters in alabama are republican so our numbers skew a lot more to democrats in this poll, perhaps amy thats why moore has a 10 point lead. Well certainly and its all about turn out and you have models that show his opponent up by 10 points, models that show roy moore up by 10 points. It all depends on who goes to the polls tomorrow. Charles but it also depends on how you constitute your polls doesnt it . Absolutely and thats what turn out is all about but i would go back to the point that we heard congressman gohmert make is ive talked to alabama native about the roy moore situation. There are two things they dont like, outsiders meddling in their election and liberal hypocrites. People like Harvey Weinstein who defended president clinton when he was committing Sexual Harassment and assault allegations while president of the United States, the Democrat Party rallied around him and said we needed to protect the president because we want to protect our agenda. Alabama doesnt want to hear these same people wagging their finger at them over roy moore. Charles you know on that note, ford, highway 31 is revealed its a new super pack. They just pumped in over 4 million for jones, we know jimmy kimmel just wrote a check a lot of other celebrities have written checks. Could that back fire . I know alabama too and i have a lot of relatives down there as well and its not a state that takes kindly, necessarily to outsiders trying to make them do things. Look, theres no question the democrats have gone all the way and they can smell blood in the water. They think if they win this race they have a shot to retake the senate in 2018. Let me say this. The polling is all over the map and having run campaigns in alabama, i would say i give roy moore a slight edge just because the demographics lean so heavily republican, trump won the state by 28, the last democratic United States senator elected from the Yellow Hammer state was 1992. Look i do agree with amy its all about turnout. The democrat s are trying to pull out every single trick they can do to really their whole key is can they get out African Americans and Younger Voters and if they cant we have a traditional election guess what roy moore wins. Charles corey booker over the weekend Charles Barkly president obama. Charles trying to get the black vote out there and perhaps some of the College Degrees as well, guys thank you all very much. Ive got new details right now in the new york city bomber that just put President Trumps immigration policies on the forefront of the debate. Chain migration where have you heard someone say maybe thats where it starts . Well explain, next. I accept i dont conquer the mountain like i used to. I even accept i have a higher risk of stroke due to afib, a type of irregular heartbeat not caused by a heart valve problem. But whatever trail i take, i go for my best. So if theres Something Better than warfarin, ill go for that too. Eliquis. Eliquis reduced the risk of stroke better than warfarin, plus had less major bleeding than warfarin. Eliquis had both. Dont stop taking eliquis unless your doctor tells you to, as stopping increases your risk of having a stroke. Eliquis can cause serious and in rare cases fatal bleeding. Dont take eliquis if you have an artificial heart valve or abnormal bleeding. While taking eliquis, you may bruise more easily. And it may take longer than usual for any bleeding to stop. Seek immediate medical care for sudden signs of bleeding, like unusual bruising. Eliquis may increase your bleeding risk if you take certain medicines. Tell your doctor about all planned medical or dental procedures. Im still going for my best. And for eliquis ask your doctor about eliquis. Or a little internet machine . Charles breaking news, the department of Homeland Security confirming the alleged and failed new york city bomber as bangladesh native who entered the United States on a visa in 2011 that he obtained through the chain migration Policies Program that President Trump has been talking about. In fact reacted to it in a statement that reads in part todays attempted mass murder attack in new york city the second terror attack in new york in the last two months highlights the urgent need for congress to enact legislation to protect the American People. Todays terror suspect entered our country through chain migration which is compatible with national security. Congress must end chain migration. Joining me ron hosko, now president of Law Enforcement Legal Defense fund and bill gavi n, a former fbi assistant director in new york. Bill ill start with you. New york is this is your beat for a long time. You know it very well. We all know its a target. The idea that this guys walking through the Port Authority with a home made pipe bomb is very un nerving and people, weve come to learn that we have to live with those things but do we have to live with things like chain migration and other things that might make this more possible . You know, youre absolutely right. Chain migration is something that the president is addressing and all of us must address. When you can take, i fully understand immigration into this country is what made this country great, but when you can be an immigrant and there for the rest of your family is also admitted, its so easy in some of these countries to make a complete stranger look like brother john or uncle lewis and have him come wandering over over the border into the United States as well. I think each individual ought to be vetted drastically and be admitted to this country on their own merits, not on the coat tails of somebody that they may not even know. Charles ron obviously were happy there was no loss of life in this attack, but do we celebrate or do we sort of lament the fact that here is a knuckle head who could barely put together a pipe bomb and yet he was able to do it and if he was justine a little bit smarter , he might have created serious havoc there and what does it tell us about how we have to proceed with our lives from here on out . Yeah, unfortunately, charles, i think it is the latter. Look, this was a failed attempt at potentially mass murder but it was a successful attempt in some knuckle head to use your word in building an improvised explosive device, carrying that device to midtown manhattan during the height of the morning rush hour in a subway tunnel thats crowded with other people and you look at that potential for great harm to a lot of people, so in a way thats a success. Certainly in the coming days isis will claim it as a victory for them and in some sad, sick ways it will inspire some other twisted soul to do something similar just to say they can and they will try to succeed, so i think that this does go back to all of us being part of the collective american effort to look for signs that someone has been activated and to reach out to Law Enforcement. Look we saw the success of that in tampa recently where an accused serial killer was identified because a mcdonalds employee thought something was suspicious and called police and that guy got arrested and it sounds like they have the right guy. Those successes are there. Charles i walked through times square every day and im vigilant. Dont pull up in an unmarked van if im around ill let you know right now. Bill, i do want to ask you because theres some breaking news late today about the wife of that demoted doj official having worked behind the anti trump dossier that she worked for that firm. We keep coming back circling back to just the mueller investigation, the Mueller Probe and how seriously can we take it as we continue to find out that these deep tentacles show at least some sort of bias toward President Trump and perhaps even deeper than that . Its a very troubling effect to see those kinds of thins occur to have one person removed back in august i guess it was and now to have a wife of somebody involved as well. Its a troubling effect and i think that what mueller identifies it and addresses it as it comes along, i dont question his ethics, his integrity but its just, it hasnt done that committee a lot of good and has just added thought for people who are totally against bob looking into what it is. Charles ron i dont think you have to be against bob looking into this per se. It feels like the integrity is going to be challenged because theres so many discrepancies. Yeah, look, full disclosure i know bruce and id worked with him when i was an assistant director at the fbi but the reality is both the fbi, doj, other federal organizations have ethics officers. You have ethics training. You ought to know that if i have the appearance of a conflict, i need to go to somebody in my chain of command and tell them look, i cant be privy to any part of discussion x, whatever that subject matter is, and be out of it in its entirety or if i know somebody who may have some significant information of value here, part of the report is that bruce was in contact with some of the fusion gps principles, if thats true, that may be relevant to those. Charles theres no doubt about it and thats going to in the general public is going to continue to question this and continue to question the validity of it all. Gentlemen i appreciate your expertise on an always very difficult topic thank you both very much. So the gop tax bill drowns in public disapproval, the Treasury Department might throw it a major life line. Ive got those details for you, next. When youre clocking out. Sensing your every move and automatically adjusting to help you stay effortlessly comfortable. I can even help with a silent night. Does your bed do that . I dont actually talk but i can tell you how you slept. Im the new sleep number 360 smart bed. Lets meet at a sleep number store. Charles the Treasury Department releasing a report claiming the Senate Tax Bill combined with President Trumps economic agenda would pay for itself and then some. The analysis claims over a span of 10 years the u. S. Economy would generate 2. 9 gdp which is equivalent to 1. 8 trillion, 3 billion more than the gop tax bill projected 1. 53 trillion cost. Now, the data being released as the gop continues to grapple with poor polling numbers from a whole bunch of outlets on this and also how to get a final bill over the finish line here to discuss with me now, janeen bore lli, and ladies, i do want to share with you and the audience we just have breaking news that brady now saying he wont commit to a 20 Corporate Tax rate on this bill and conference committee. I dont know what that means but it seems like obviously youve got to pay people off and ill ask you jillian, with the wall street journal a lot of people are making serious demands and drawing lines in the sand so id suspect perhaps we can see the corporate rate go to 22 . Yeah, thats something thats a concern. The goal of this bill its been so great on the corporate side because it is about incentiviz ing investment in growth, making the United States competitive and i think concessions on that end are not great that may be the price of total tax reform and i think getting the popularity point as americans are seeing that growth youll see the popularity of the bill overall improve. Charles that sound like a nancy pelosi said. [laughter] charles im just saying. Its not the best. Charles nancy pelosi said once you live with it for a little bit youre going to love it. She got her people in line though and also with this, its based on pretty sound economics. We know that businesses have been afraid. Were seeing that reflected in the gdp growth and this is something where theres a strong correlation with growth. Charles right the American Economy has certainly come to life because they expect something 20 22 some are saying it may not necessarily matter but what does matter is getting this thing done and getting it done in a timely fashion and also you have to provide some relief for the middle class because ultimately if you look back five years from now and only large corporations made out on this its not going to look good for the gop. And you mentioned the polling that its not all that popular and im kind of not surprised because i think the republicans could do a much better job at messaging and it all comes down to messaging and the media. You mentioned nancy pelosi is all about doom and gloom and armageddon those were her words on tv. Chuck schumer said that its fake money, fake math excuse me, so its all about the messaging and talk about how the economy is clipping along right now with just the talk of tax cuts and tax reform. The market highs that are incredible, Consumer Confidence is up, the dow has been hitting record numbers on a regular basis over 3 gdp. Charles you want to come back and do the eblock. Whenever youre out ill fill in. Charles what about some of the things that maybe arent 40 to 50 billion questions but people are worried about them for instance first in first out, you know, why should individual investors have this additional tax burden when mutual funds dont have it. Also medical burdens and things like that jillian. Those are the Public Relations disasters waiting for republican s and youd think they would know better. This is a really loaded thing and tax reform is difficult because these arent simple policies to summarize. It does take a certain amount of literacy, but i think the bottom line here is that this is a pro growth bill and its a pro growth bill happening at a time were focused on american competitiveness. If you look at that 3 economic growth, you can look at historically how tax reform is played out and the impact on wages, assuming that or even more optimistic assumptions youre looking at four, five, 6 wage growth i think thats when it really hits the middle class. Charles thats significantly above. You know, could it play also in the favor of republicans that theres not necessarily in difference but sort of a show me attitude out among the general public and if they start to see the wage growth that just brings more people across as the time goes on. Youre absolutely right and thats why the left is playing all kinds of cards they can think of. The race card, Sexual Harassment card. They dont want to talk about the success coming out of the Trump Administration to date including the market growth. Charles ladies thank you both very much appreciate it. Well, coming up, the White House Press secretary battling the media. I mean you want to talk about someone taking a serious stance. Sarah huckabee sanders, cant wait to talk about it well report on that when we come back charles well, today the president and White House Press secretary took turns firing back in the war over fake news. Here is part of what went down today at the White House Press briefing. Journalists make honest mistakes they should own up to them. Sometimes and a lot of times you dont, but theres a very big, im sorry, im not finished. Theres a very big difference between making honest mistakes and purposely misleading the American People. Something that happens regularly you cant say im not done, you can not say. That was completely fake sarah. You can not say that its an honest mistake when youre purposely putting out information that you know to be false. Charles here to discuss Katrina Pierson and America First policy spokesperson and former Trump Campaign National Spokeswoman vince, editorial director and back with us gina l owden. Katrina Sarah Huckabee sanders that was an amazing stance she took today and fought back and i thought it was ironic with cnn calling President Trump a bully for calling out don lemon that thing you would have senior members of the press White House Press, you know, really bullying Sarah Huckabee sanders. Well thats exactly what was happening and you could hear the frustration in her voice, having to even deal with this type of questioning and youd have to be brand new to cable news, charles to see it any other way, as sarah mentioned this is purposely misleading the american public. Since december 1 were only into the second week of december and weve had how many stories now being retracted from cnn itself just this friday had to fix the story that they put out and weve had abc news, a story that actually impacted the stock market and we had bloomberg. It seems to be a daily basis now where Media Outlets are constantly putting out misleading information about this president and his administration. Charles lets listen to the very beginning what a concept from cnn tried to defend the media and brian ross. Abc report by brian ross i think that was pretty misleading to the American People and i think that its very telling that that individual had to be suspended because of that reporting. I think that shows that the network took it seriously and recognized that it was a problem charles all right, you know, gina, what the Mainstream Media saying we get it wrong but we apologize quickly. Is that good enough for you . Not good enough for me. Im so glad that Sarah Huckabee sanders took the stance she did today. Theres a certain amount of damage, charles, thats done when a story is reported at all even if it is corrected and retracted later even if people are fired because so often, that same Mainstream Media that covers the story wrong in the first place then doesnt report the corrections or the retractions as we all know so there is already a certain amount of damage done but also think back to the insincerity here think back to the obama administration. How many corrections and retractions did they have to make on obama. Not id bet in his whole presidency as many as they make in a week with this president. Charles certainly the retractions are never the headlines, right . Vince, you know its just getting really ugly. Today that scene was appalling and i applaud Sarah Huckabee sanders because she stood her ground. Well i think it was important for the white house to do this because it highlights for americans the state of the American Press which by the way think about all of the mistakes. If you were saying that a bunch were to make mistakes youd think they would fall on both sides of the aisle. They dont. They all fall in a direction of going after trump in a way that was unfair which suggests to you that as they go into these stories, theyre assuming malice and stories that harm the president rather than help him and i think thats a huge tell and by the way, a clear sign of why voters in alabama are skeptical of the press reporting , whether or not its true on roy moore, the skepticism that were seeing in the polls is reflective of the fact that the press often makes these mistakes in the directions of slandering republicans. Charles katrina do you think that will play role in the election tomorrow . Oh, absolutely no question this is playing a role. Weve seen this not just in this last election cycle. Its gotten progressively worse since Obama Took Office but the press is out there really with conservatives with the help of some established republicans which is another thing that i think is helping roy moore in his election tomorrow and voters are really tired of whats happening and its affecting everything, charles and to gina s point this does damage. The headline is what does the damage and its not just the damage against the party or a person. There are people involved and a lot of these cases, their livelihoods are damaged their families are ruined and you can not fix that with a retraction and thats the greater problem here. Charles and you would think that the media knows they have that kind of power and will it with more consideration. Thank you all very very much. Now republican Alabama Senate candidate roy moore set to take the stage here at a rally of course this is the day before the election. Hes going to be there in 30 minutes but Hillary Vaughn is on the ground right now and shes going to bring us uptodate. Hillary . Hillary hi charles this is the last chance for judge roy moore to convince alabama conservatives he is the right guy, to avoid getting some votes taken out by conservatives voting for a write in candidate so yesterday, moore was on the attack accusing his opponent Democrat Doug Jones of pretend ing to be a moderate democrat in order to get some votes. I think he is owed by both the democrats and the republican s hes going to try to oppose a conservative movement let me put it that way. The republican establishment actually wants jones in there because they think they can feed him in two years. Jones spent the weekend traveling with an entourage throughout the state campaigning from people outside of alabama. He brought new jersey senator corey booker down and brought beyonces dad Matthew Knowles to campaign too and called out judge roy moore, and moore had no Public Events and jones decided to ask where is he . Roy moore was not even in the state of alabama over this weekend. You all have covered politics for a long time. When is the last time youve heard of a candidate for a statewide office leave the state hillary tonight moore will be here meeting face to face with voters this is the last chance he gets before they head to the polls tomorrow and well see charles if it makes a difference and if republicans decide to vote for him instead of writing in somebody else. Charles . Charles Hillary Vaughn thank you very very much. Coming up the major averages shake off a terror attack in new york and the dow and s p post yet another record close and by the way bitcoin, it did pretty good with its wall street debut also. Com charles a Massive Wildfire in Southern California now spread over 230,000acres and is now the fifth largest fire in californias history, as of this afternoon 798 buildings destroyed. Charles well the Dow Jones Industrial average and the s p 500 closed at record highs in what was largely a pedestrian session until you saw the late spurt into the close and the day and usually the week after the jobs report typically slow but it also gives us a clear insight into investors without the influence of data or earnings reports. Stocks by the way did not get a jolt from the jolts report, which came in slightly below consensus but still near record alltime high, were talking about job openings here, highlights include construction up 48,000, real estate and leasing up 40,000, foodservices up 94,000. Of course on the downside not all great because wholesale trade was down 90,000, fire and insurance 47,000 lower, and information down 32000. Now overall the data which by the way is sort of backward looking but it lends credence to the notion that the 2017 employment momentum that we see right now, its going to carry into 2018. As for the message of the market today, we saw rebound in Technology Stocks but there were decliners, more than advancers on nasdac. Meanwhile the dow notched a 66 record under President Trump and money continues to flow into blue chip names which results in 116 stock closing at new highs only 26 on the New York Stock Exchange and lows and now in addition of course i keep telling you guys have exposure to the stuff not always exciting right . Materials and industrial stocks of course we also maybe now could look at oversold tech names like twitter and tesla coming on strong, high risk, but coming on without any fanfare to me thats a buy signal and of course when we talk excitement all of the excitement still reserved for bitcoin which enjoyed a strong day after its futures contracts made for trading debut in a cboe, last week remember all the haters said this listing would actually crash the cryptocurrency instead bitcoin surge over 17,000, 13 today and those january futures contracts 18, 850 up 26 . Everyone out there is a big boy and a big girl and you guys understand wall street names out there they want you to feel good about earnings strong singledigit returns and theyve got a lot of good reasons to be worried about bitcoin working out and lets face it so far it has. In the meantime, the fomc begins their two day meeting tomorrow which will see a 25 basis point rate hike wednesday and by the way that should be good news could be rates the fact this economy is on fire. You can argue over where the credit goes but you dont want to miss this moment in time. Charles Small Businesses are succeeding in record numbers even following this years disastrous hurricanes the Small Business administration provided over 30 billion to Small Businesses through its loan programs in fiscal year 2017 and it increases lending to women, veterans and emerging communities. Many are attributing the success now to the person whose running the sba, administrator Linda Mcmahon and she joins us. I am so happy to have you on the show. I wanted to get you on the show a couple weeks ago. I dont know how i stumbled across some of these sba stats, and whats happened under your leadership with respect to making a loan program easier, streamlining it, accessible, minority lending. Its absolutely amazing youve made an amazing impact and ill give you the floor on that note. What do we see in the future now for the sba . Well i can tell you charles first of all thanks for having me and you know what were see ing already in this First Quarter in fiscal 18, just in octobernovember, yearoveryear were seeing about a 13 increase and our 7 a loans which are flagship loans and just a little below that about a 12 increase in our 504 lending, so were on fire going into this new year, and i think that its the optimism in the marketplace. You know relative to the tax reform, tax cuts, regulatory reform, all of the things are having such a positive impact and our entrepreneurs are really looking to get into the marketplace. Charles i want to ask you about entrepreneurship in general. I follow a lot of the work of the coffman index and institute and it was a rock bottom just a couple years ago and its barely up now. How do we get more americans now to sort of go back into the garage to start tinkering with things, take their life savings and start a business because they really just gave up on that notion for a long time. Well they did but thats what i was talking about that feeling of optimism. You really do sense it. They feel theres an opportunity for them now. Its worth taking the risk. Entrepreneurs are always balancing that risk factor against the downside and you find more entrepreneurs now that are willing to take that risk and risk means often ceasing an opportunity and theyre realiz ing they cant let the opportunity pass them by so i think youll see much more of that going forward. Charles but i think the key to your point though is realiz ing that there is an opportunity. I think that was the component that faded away not necessarily the dna of americans to take these risks. Two areas of really that im interested. The microlending has gone through the roof and also some of these lending programs associated with online folks like the lending club and things like that could you explain those . Well the lending club im not really familiar with but the microlending that sba is doing our microloans under 50,000 primarily is where weve seen the greatest number of those loans, and its just in creasing really going through the roof in terms of giving that sort of seed capital to those Small Businesses to start. You know, when i came on at sba, i was asked whats my vision and i said my real vision and my goal is to make sure sba is no longer the best kept secret in the country. Its really thought about for lending purposes guaranteeing loans not making loans direct but also the Resource Partners that we have through our score offices that are often retired ceos from businesses who come and donate their time for marketing plans, for Business Plans to entrepreneurs who want to start up, our Womens Business Centers our Small Business Development Centers our Veterans Outreach all of this goes into making entrepreneurs have a broader opportunity to learn how to really structure their business and move forward as well as how to get access to capital, so were on the move to make sure people know all of the aspects of sba. Charles certainly under the move and i want to circle back onetime with the veterans because you had an announcement recently about that and just a little bit more on that because these are folks who have all of the qualities that would make any businesses success and they need that seed money and perhaps a little guidance. Well, our boots to Business Program that we have through our Veterans Outreach is just that. Its to help our returning veterans who want to make that transition from the military into the business world. We offer programs for them and for their spouses to understand what is necessary but also how to look at the skills that they have and how they transfer to businesses today, not only if they want to be employees but also if they want to start their own businesses, and we wave the fees at sba for our veterans loans so we really want to encourage our veterans to get into the marketplace and to help them do that. Charles Linda Mcmahon i was a fan long before you got this job and because of your success with the wwe and what you and your husband built from scratch and i just got to say thank you on be half of all Small Business owners i happen to be one myself youve done an amazing job and this is where it all begins this is the grassroots stuff that does keep America Great. Thank you very much. Thank you very much, and for the team at sba. Charles all right and just before the alabama voters head to the polls tomorrow, president s both current and former voice their support in robocalls. Now the big question a lot of people are asking is tomorrow a referendum on President Trump . Next. Are investing in streets that are smarter and greener. The solution was right under our feet. Asphalt. Or to be more precise, intelligent asphalt. By embedding sensors into the pavement, as well as installing cameras on traffic lights, we will be able to study and analyze the flow of traffic. Then, we will take all of that data and we use it to optimize the timing of lights, so that traffic flows easier and travel times are shorter. And sacramento is just the beginning. With advances in cameras, sensors, and network speeds, we have the ability to make cities smarter, and happier. What excites me about this technology is that were using some of the most cuttingedge machinelearning, and ai, to help solve the most fundamental challenges that cities face around the world. Who knew asphalt could help save the environment . lani and the possibilities are endless. Charles President Trump recording robocalls days after telling voters to vote for roy moore. President trump get out and vote for roy moore. We need roy to help us with the republican senate. Well win and well make America Great again. Charles joe biden and barack obama are supporting their candidate doug jones. Will this be a referendum on President Trump . I am sure the Mainstream Media will try to frame it that way. But president obama endorsed roy moores challenger Luther Strange in the primary. When president obama tried to weigh in, i held back and president obama doesnt necessarily have a lot of coat tails his supporters think he does. Charles democrats are trying to take a position if they win, they win. If they lose, they win. So when its all said and done, if its a close race. Would you say President Trump would have been a deciding factor if it does go to roy moore . I do believe this is roy moores race. He didnt go to alabama to help campaign with him. The media as you said, they are going to insert themselves. They nationalized this local election. If moore lose, its trumps fault, if moore wins its trumps fault. Charles over the weekend you had quite a few Establishment Republicans saying they wont roll out the red carpet if it is moore. They will be calling for an ethics investigation. Does that hurt him . President trump won alabama by 28 points. Roy moore should be comfortably ahead. Charles does this make it harder for him to win if you have tim scott. Mitch mcconnell, graham, all these guys. Maybe senator. Shelby . Steve bannon was down in alabama. The name he kept hitting on was senator mcconnell. They see these Establishment Republicans as being members of the swamp. If he can articulate is policies over and over again does he overcome the controversy out there . I think he could. The voters dont trust the media. So i think it comes down to the voters deciding for themselves looking past what the media is saying to see how it plays out. Charles should there be an ethics investigation if he does win . , even after the people of alabama have chosen him . Yes, and that will be the big question for senate republicans.
