We had Goldman Sachs issue this new report saying theyre downgraded the Gross Domestic Product for the entire nation due to both Hurricane Harvey and Hurricane Irma from 2. 8 to 2 , are you seeing any of that potential certainly in miami beach . Well, clearly, you know, the hotels were under a mandatory evacuation with about 18,000 hotel rooms that had no guests in them for probably the better part of a week. There is a significant financial impact, but the good news is, the beach, the physical beach is open, the lifeguards are out there. Fp l is gradually restoring power throughout the beach. My personal home, i dont have power, chamber of commerce doesnt have power. There are areas theyre getting to as time permits. The city has done an excellent job. There is a free trolley running through the city as of today. And although there is significant foliage damage, lots of trees that are down, branches that are down. I did not find any damage to a physical building as i drove around. Thats the good news. But there are you do need to be careful. There are about half of the street lights that are working, so they have stop signs and need to treat those as four way stops.
