The other issue, how does the government move forward, the borrowing costs are that much more expensive. And the house of representatives, he says that puerto rico is going to pay its debt just not all of it. But we have to address the bull in the china shop, the debt that puerto rico has as its structured today, its too immediate, its too big for puerto rico to meet it as originally structured. What we need to do is restructure it, not to avoid it, not to weasel out of it as some people may say, but make sure that we can comply with our obligations in a way that supports puerto rico economic growth. Analysts believe that the default on the Public Finance Corporation Bonds was strategy and its to put pressure on bondholders. The commonwealth has another serious problem on the table and thats a water shortage . Theyre running out of water .
