There is no vision of the eight seconds leading up to a serious crash involving a police car in Sydneyâs south because part of a faulty in-car camera ejected âwith little forceâ when it should have been locked in place, a court has heard.
Harry Thomas Little, 42, is on trial in the NSW District Court accused of dangerous driving causing grievous bodily harm, after his highway patrol car crashed into a Mercedes driven by Gai Vieira on The Kingsway in Cronulla on September 5, 2018. He has pleaded not guilty.
