Father won't face criminal charges in crash that killed 2 sons in Bow

The Hillsborough County Attorney's Office said there is insufficient evidence to support criminal charges against Thomas Ouellette, the father of Nick, 16, and Gavin, 6, Ouellette who were killed in the crash.
