The winner of each respective prize package (detailed about) will be randomly drawn from all entries, and announced on Thursday, June 17 on Mornings@HOME (between 6-9 a.m.); and contacted via the phone number and/or email address provided above. Entries will be received through form above, with additional entries when DJs open up the phone lines for nominations on-air.
Any dad can be nominated more than once, but must be nominated by separate individuals. There is no age limit or requirement to make a nomination in this contest. All required fields above must be filled for the entry to be accepted. Information submitted related to dad’s reason for nomination may be shared online, through social media or on-air. No personal information other than name/city will be shared for promotional purposes on the air.
