You've no doubt tried Zuma's famous brunch before. For Father's Day, the feast will be extended to 3 hours with free-flow champagne, while guests have the option to upgrade to a main course of grilled 400g black Angus rib-eye steak with black pepper and soy. The pricing of the brunch is based on your preference for bubbly: the Signature includes R de Ruinart NV (HK$1,138 per person), the Deluxe offers Ruinart Blancs de Blancs (HK$1,488), while the Premium allows you to drink Dom Perignon to your heart's content (HK$2,280).

Helmed by chef Emmanuele Canuto, Pirata’s Festa del Papa brunch starts off with a welcome drink of coffee-infused barrel-aged negroni, an antipasti platter and four sharing starters, before offering a choice of mains that includes lasagne alla bolognese, baked sea bass, and the wagyu beef cheek pappardelle, which is hand-shredded tableside. Alcoholic and champagne free-flow packages are also available as add-ons.
