Father of abducted Rochester kids arrested, charged with kidnapping

The father of two Rochester kids abducted and taken to Alabama earlier this week has been arrested and charged with kidnapping, according to Monroe County Jail inmate records.
Dimitri Cash Sr., 29, has been charged with second-degree robbery, second-degree kidnapping and first-degree burglary, jail records show.
