Father Charged After Cops Say Son, 14, Killed Girl, 13, With Dad's Gun

New Mexico State Police say that four juveniles were at the home of the alleged shooter on the afternoon of July 28 when the host pulled out his father's pistol, pointed it at the victim, and then fired a single fatal shot.
