CENTER POINT, Ala. (WBRC) - The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a fatal hit and run.
The victim’s name has not yet been released.
The man was walking on 24th Avenue NW in Center Point around 11 p.m. Wednesday when he was hit by a vehicle.
Authorities say the driver left the scene. The victim was found in the 2400 block of Center Point Parkway.
