The heart of Haryana's Jaatland, Jind on Wednesday welcomed the new hero of the ongoing farmer's protest Rakesh Tikait with garlands and the state's traditional folk songs or 'Ragnis' as they are called. Bharatiya Kisan Union (BKU) president Rakesh Tikait entered the 'Kisan' Khap Mahapanchayat in Kandela in a dramatic manner while making a bhangra move, twisting moustaches and turban tying.
