Farmers-herders clash: Create livestock ministry, committee urges Tinubu

The National Livestock Reforms Committee on Thursday recommended that President Bola Tinubu should create a Ministry of Livestock Resources to, among other deliverables, reduce the decades-long gory conflicts between farmers and nomadic cattle herders nationwide.
