North Canterbury farm foresters would like to see the benefits of pine trees recognised in efforts to meet New Zealand's climate change targets.
Responding to the recent Climate Change Commission report, New Zealand Farm Forestry Association North Canterbury branch secretary Laurie Bennett said his branch was concerned the potential of radiata pine had been overlooked.
