Arthur Kollie was found guilty in September on charges that alleged he strangled and stabbed Jupiter Paulsen, resulting in her death. Jupiter’s family said a life sentence isn’t enough, and the father threatened to take matters into his own hands if Kollie got a slap on the wrist.
