Family sues the Philadelphia Housing Authority over deadly Fairmount fire

Family members of five people who died in a Fairmount fire are suing the Philadelphia Housing Authority, holding them responsible for the incident. The lawsuit claims the housing authority knew the home was overcrowded. The complaint also alleges that PHA did not make sure the building was up to the safety code.
