A council tenant from Mitcham has spoken out on the "unliveable" housing conditions that he and his family have been forced to live in for the past three years.
Kwajo Tweneboa, 22, said he and his two younger siblings have been left to deal with an infestation of mice and cockroaches at the property which also has an “asbestos-filled ceiling”.
He is now forced to shower at the gym because the light in his bathroom is filled with rainwater, the room has no window, the taps on the shower are rusted, and tiles are falling off the wall.
