Family-of-three wiped out in crash after mentally-ill man ploughed into their car head-on inquest hears

A young Kurdish family were killed in a horrific collision when a man diagnosed with psychosis drove erratically on the wrong side of the M6 motorway and struck their car, an inquest has heard.
