Family of Sean Brown say treatment at hands of state agencies 'cruel, inhumane and degrading'

The family of murdered GAA official Sean Brown has branded their treatment at the hands of state agencies as “cruel, inhumane and degrading” after the PSNI claimed an inquest is not an “appropriate vehicle” for the for continuing the investigation into his death.
