Family of Hyde Park woman run over by Metro bus files wrongful death lawsuit

In January, police said a METRO bus driven by Deon Willis ran over and killed 87-year-old Beverly Kinney, who had the right-of-way as she tried to cross Duck Creek Road near Dana Avenue.
