Family of Chris Kaba arrive at court as Met Police marksman who shot the 24-year-old dead is set to appear on murder charge

Mr Kaba's parents and other relatives sat in the public gallery as a Metropolitan Police officer appeared at Westminster Magistrates' Court charged with his murder.
