Family, friends say goodbye to Chesapeake teen fatally shot at community center. Police still deciding if charges should be filed.

DeAndre Everette, 17 and a student at Deep Creek High School, was shot and killed Feb. 19 outside a community center in Chesapeake. No one has been charged and police have said they are looking into whether it was a justified homicide.
