GRDA gives investigation update on the previous explosion that occurred at Robert S. Kerr Dam.
The Grand River Dam Authority oversees the Robert S. Kerr Dam and according to the company it was never under OSHA investigation following an explosion that killed two out of state workers.
The dam is east of Tulsa and on May 13th, three contract workers were 80 feet down in a shaft doing routine maintenance when there was an explosion. Two of workers died while a third escaped. All three men were employed by a Colorado drilling company.
