FALLS VILLAGE — Board of Finance member Amy Wynn lost her bid to restore some funds that were cut from the proposed municipal spending plan during Monday’s board meeting.
She said based on the comments heard at Friday’s hearing, she would suggest restoring money to the capital reserves account, t
