Fall River brings Sons of Serendip to CW network

FALL RIVER — From the venue, to the sets, to the production, the TV special “Christmas in Fall River with The Sons of Serendip” showcases of the spirit of collaboration in the city, said Mayor Paul Coogan.
The concert that was filmed at the Narrows Center for the Arts a few weeks ago will be airing in a prime time slot on Saturday night on the CW Network in Providence.
Coogan brought the “America’s Got Talent” finalists to the city last December in collaboration with the Narrows Center for the Arts for a holiday concert in lieu of an inaugural event. That was concert was so popular with attendees, Coogan said he wanted to repeat it again this year.
