The Falcon and The Winter Soldier star Anthony Mackie recently appeared on
The Daily Show and talked to host Trevor Noah about the intense training regime that comes with playing a Marvel superhero.
Talking specifically about the work that goes into being part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Mackie said it takes him around four months to get into shape and indicated that he's already in the process of preparing for his next appearance. This comes shortly after his character, Sam Wilson, became Captain America in the finale of that aforementioned Disney+ series.
