Fairmont Dallas announced the promotion of Christina Mertz from her previous role as assistant director of catering and conference services to director of catering and conference services. Reporting to the director of sales and marketing, Mertz will oversee catering and conference services for the 545-room hotel, home to several major annual conferences in Dallas. Mertz brings more than 20 years of experience to her new role, including experience from several previous roles in management positions within catering and conference service departments.
