Fairfield man formally sentenced to 21 years for voluntary manslaughter

Devin K. Lewis, 23, was sentenced Monday and had pleaded no contest to voluntary manslaughter for the Christmas Day 2017 killing of Jakkari Sampson, 24, of Fairfield.
