Sir Declan Morgan, Chief Commissioner of the Independent Commission for Reconciliation and Information Recovery: 'Failure to deal with legacy continues to affect community life and politics - we need to address it'

From Wednesday, the Independent Commission for Reconciliation and Information Recovery (ICRIR) takes on the remit to investigate deaths and serious injuries during the Troubles/conflict.
