SHAH ALAM: Fahmi Fadzil has called for a comprehensive review of procedures at the Central Agency for Application for Filming and Performance by Foreign Artistes (Puspal) after the controversy involving The 1975 band led to him cancelling the Good Vibes Festival (GVF) 2023.
