Facing freezing temps, dozens visit the city of Sacramento's warming centers

The warming centers were activated at the city's Outreach and Engagement Center on Auburn Boulevard and the North Fifth Street Shelter lobby on Nov. 28. Both locations will remain open from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. through Dec. 8.
