Facebook users experience mass forced log out

Facebook users around the globe have been experiencing a mysterious forced mass log out since Friday night. Many users in Bangladesh also reported being hit by the forced mass logout around Saturday morning. When opening the Facebook app, many users received the "session expired" notification and were prompted to log back in.
Outage detector site DownDetector.com reported a sudden spike in complaints around 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM Bangladesh Standard Time, this morning.
"We're looking into reports of people being logged out and having to log in again to access their Facebook accounts. We're working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible," said Facebook in an official statement.
