A man accused of shooting a stranger in the city centre after a drug deal went wrong has previous convictions for armed robberies, a jury heard.
Londoner Robert Worrell, aged 43, has used an imitation firearm to hold up a supermarket, betting shop and travel agents, a court was told.
The bullet went straight through Luke Trembath and grazed his stomach - narrowly avoiding causing even more serious injury more than two years ago.
