‘Next stop microalgae yoghurt and cheese’: Sophie’s Bionutrients plans category evolution after initial success with milk

Singapore-based Sophie’s Bionutrients intends to create a brand new category of products based on its microalgae fermentation technology, including yoghurt and cheese, after successfully creating the world’s first pure microalgae-based milk alternative.
According to Sophie’s Bionutrients CEO Eugene Wang, the creation of this milk alternative is ‘just the beginning’ and starting point of the firm’s plans.
